I have a pair of 4TB HGST Deskstar NAS drives, trucking along for over a year, no problems.  They're Backblaze's favourite drives, too.  Everything else I have is WD, and they've been perfect, I really can't remember the last drive failure I had, might have been a 2TB Seagate Barracuda LP, back when those were new and shiny.  I even run a pair of WD Blue 500GB as the system drives in my NAS, and they're not supposed to be run 24/7 and they're going fine.

I only run a single S3.  That's 480GH on a good day.  It's more than the dozen other ASICs I have put together (which are in a box, they're pointlessly slow now and a pain to keep running as they're all stupidly fussy Avalon-based things).

I think it's a but naff setting a low limit so high, it's precluding those of us who are supporting this pool with our little home miners.  I mean, it's very, very unlikely that someone like me with 480GH would actually find a block, but there's no hope of winning if we're excluded.

But, anyway, me and the other 12 named users at less than 800GH will probably keep on mining despite this.

Just a shame it's only for users between 800GH and 50TH...leaves those of use with less out in the cold.  Nice way to encourage smaller miners...not.

Yeah, 5.5TH is firmly in the "home hobbyist" territory now. 

5.5PH is getting large.

Went to move my S3 back to this pool, and it's stopped hashing.  Red LED on constant, no mining.   Can connect to the web interface fine, but it's just not doing the do.

Typical, it ran for two months pretty much solid, now it dies just before I go off on holiday.
