if my advice is better you don't invest in Pundi X, because the price of Pundi X has gone down very far and it's difficult to increase again, so it's better you invest in UBT, because UBT prices have more opportunities to increase very high and of course it will gives you profit compared to you investing in Pundi X. The one way to revive ICO from it's death bed is if it become legalized, it will take time for investors to start jumping right in again but in time things will become better, for now ICO investment is a bad idea and it need to be avoided at all cost

But I conclude that quality projects right now keep on coming especially the battle on layer 2 solutions are heated up, almost new projects offer this solution since Matic make a remarkable development.
