8 weken in crypto heb ik eindelijk een masternode draaien sinds 16-8 het was heel veel uitzoekwerk en uiteindelijk iemand gevonden die mij online een avond geassisteerd heeft met het installeren van de masternode als je geen programmeer knobbel hebt of alleen maar van Linux gehoord hebt net als ik is het een hele klus  s middags om half 6 begonnen en de eerste chat was ook van nou we installeren dat wel even in een kwartiertje niets bleek minder waar het werd uiteindelijk half 12 s avonds maar het was wel heel gezellig en leerzaam toch fijn om te zien dat er toch in nederland mensen zijn die je een helpende hand willen toereiken wat ik van de zoektocht om een masternode te installeren heb meegekregen is dat je heel veel vage antwoorden krijgt en je valt van het een in het ander zoals een abonnement voor een vps (virtual private server) er zijn zat handleidingen te vinden van masternodes maar ze verschillen veel onderling en er zijn verschillende de wegen naar rome qua installeren de handleidingen zijn vaak beknopt en weinig info over gebruikelijke foutmeldingen die kunnen voorkomen tot nu toe vind ik het wel erg leuk ondanks dat mijn masternode op het moment weer offline is dus gaan we vandaag weer uitzoeken wat er mee aan de hand is gelukkig heb ik geen kort lontje en een hele lange adem want dat heb je geloof ik wel nodig in crypto als mensen nog aanvullende info willen posten is altijd super ben benieuwd naar ervaringen van andere mensen verstrooide cryptoenthousiast, ken het , ik heb ook geen kennis van Linux, toch maar geprobeerd, en halverwege ben ik overgestapt naar windows vps  . puur omdat ik hebt gemerkt dat ik zonder grafische buroblad niet kan werken , ik moet eigenlijk op icoontjes klikken  ik heb zelf een masternode van amsterdamcoin , het is ( nog) vrij goedkope munt rond 0,13 btc heb je er al een (MN), ik heb rond 0.18 btc betaald. per dag krijg ik rond de 100 ams coins ... win-linux server heb ik gehuurd : geen idee of ze goed of betrouwbaar zijn http://www.win-vps.com/english/index.phpik heb gekozen voor bronze .... momenteel verdien ik niks met mijn masternode ( 100 ams per dag is 10k sat = rond $ 0,40 ) mij ging om de ervaring ..... na mijn recentelijke avontuur zit ook ik inderdaad te denken aan windows server ipv Linux op het moment heb ik de server uitgezet en zit ik veeeel te lezen |

@habeas_corpus are you perhaps also from the Netherlands just wondering how lyndacoin worked i think he read some of my posts here on this forum where i tried to get some info on how to put up a masternode i used the same name in lindacoin just trying to put together how he targeted me or there a lot more victims on the lindaslack because he talked to many people there but most victims are shamed in not telling their story you get remarks like heisen_berg did or no comment at all unless you re a senior and above then they will stumble over each other to find out how and offer help where help is needed if you re a newbie it doesn t seem to matter but thats just what i got from this i maybe wrong i like to be wrong about this @ visale maybe temporei got fucked too but is ashamed to tell about it worrying people in this forum would think less of him maybe he ll reply on your post in detail you got to admit that there is something wrong here in how support takes place it should me much more clear who is support hired by lindadev and who isn t is saw you recently added lindacoin team to your name but i still think support should take place on the site with a moderator have nice day dirrruk

het was linda klaaas maar door gebrek aan kennis en weinig hulp ben ik inmiddels al bestolen door een nederlander op de lindaslack en er was nog iemand die ook door diegene bestolen is zijn inlognaam was lyndacoin en hij deed zich voor als support en er was niemand van de lindaslack die hem ook maar een strobreed in de weg legde ik ga niet zielig zitten doen maar ik vind überhaupt dat als je een product maakt/levert in dit geval een coin hoor je goede ondersteuning met duidelijke handleidingen en een forum op de site zelf te doen en niet op een knullig subforumpje met een paar url verwijzingen zodra je blijft doorvragen hoe je iets moet doen en dat geld niet alleen voor lindacoin maar goed dat zal wel aan mij liggen ik kreeg al van dat soort reactie s op de linda ann hier op dit forum erg constructief en zeer leerzaam in ieder geval ik hoop dat je oppast klaaas en leert van mijn fouten als je het hele verhaal van hoe ik genaait ben wilt teruglezen :ik heb de complete methode stap voor stap gekopieerd voor zover ik kon en op lindaslack gezet had nog aan quickdeal gevraagd waar ik mijn sessie met lyndacoin kon downloaden of uitprinten maar daar moet ik nou nog reactie op krijgen het enige wat quickdeal erover te zeggen had was dat ik lyndacoin zijn gedeactiveerde account kon inzien maar geen reactie op waar en hoe het is ook niet echt belangrijk blijkbaar |

Why is there so much selling going on at the mo, nothing has really changed with the coin has it? i got scammed out of my masternode by a guy named lyndacoin on the slackchannel he then dumped the 30 mn thats why there was so much volume people beware on slackchannels in general learn from my mistakes I got burned by him as well. Lindadev said he was legit and that he was "support" He only called him a scam "after" the damage was done. The only reason I asked Lyndacoin for help was because the Linda team did a piss poor job at helping investors set up a masternode. As far as I'm concerned, they are responsible for you and I losing our investment. I would caution any future investors interested in a masternode to make sure they know how to set one up or you may risk losing your coins if you ask for help. I looked and looked and couldn't find a post in the Slack channel where Lindadev said that fake ass dude (lyndacoin) was support. Either way...you NEVER give your wallet passwords out to anyone. Accounts can be hacked/cloned etc. That's like Internet 101 man...I'm sorry but I don't feel bad for people who lost their 30MM coins because of giving out their passwords. This is crypto...YOU are responsible for securing your passwords. YOU are responsible for making sure your coins are safe...if someone tricked you that easily, maybe you should be dealing in fiat only where you have the support of banks and PayPal etc. There's a reason all of my transactions take place from air-gapped computers and everything is encrypted to the gills. i am very impressed with how smart you are and if you look at the first sentence you made theirin lies imo the problem thanks for letting us know how stupid we are its very supportive and helpful |

i think support is poor in general sure you get vague answers if you ask something maybe a link to a page that discribes some of what youre asking if youre "Lucky" but the way i see it if youre selling a product you can t asume everybody is a wizzkid i think support should take place on the website of the product and not in some halfassed slackchannel where nobody knows who is who the mentality towards newbie s has to change toward helping them with good manuals on the site itself this is giving the whole community a bad name as long as this continues, and it won t take long for goverments to regulate the shit out of it the guy who fucked me had a script for the masternode i don t see why there can t be software for masternode setup so that normal people also can put up a node sometimes i think its just that difficult because they want it that way so you can be fucked it not that i am mad i am just very dissapointed

How do you do staking Linda? Do I need have my Linda wallet online and unlocked for that?
online and unlocked indeed then you hover with the mouse on the right at the bodem you see a lock and a wifi in between a white Arrow when you hover over that you see if youre staking or not and the time it will take more or less it shifts it could be an hour or days it depends on how much coin you have in your wallet |

i would love to hold them in my own wallet i have to sleep i bought some recently and was doing de pos thing after a couple of days i saw the malicious scans mulitplying every day so i quit doing that i am not tech savvy enought to fight of hackers that s why i look for alternitive s like posw i hope in the future there will be a good way of doing the pos  |

Yeah it really doesnt look good for them, not sure if they are covering the loss or not but my balances where the same after the hack, i think they might struggle to come back from this i am going to watch this because it seems to be a good projekt and recently i bought some pos coins en was exploring this kind of projects to store them the upside is if they cover the losses i still would consider this and if they don t what kind of service are you really providing imho and it would be free publicity for the project itself |

ben voor dit soort dingen niet echt een fan van u tube klaaas dan krijg je een onduidelijk filmpje waar ze in 10 minuten de masternode opzetten en geen tekstuitleg met stap voor stap uitleg dan wil ik het nog helemaal niet hebben over als je iets verkeerd invoerd en je hebt geen Linux ervaring heb gisteren mijn eerste masternode opgezet van linda met 6 uur ondersteuning van lyndacoin van de linda slack zo simpel was het allemaal ja als je 100 keer gedaan hebt zo niet ben je maar wat blij als iemand je een helpende hand toereikt maar naar die andere url zal ik is even kijken of dat wat is voor in de toekomst heb ook nog wat crave munten
ja ja 1 dag draaide de server en inmiddels ben ik bestolen dus iedereen kan nu reageren zoals altijd maar het zou leuk zijn als de forumleden wat ondersteuning zouden bieden in gedetailleerde beschrijvingen qua aanpak om een masternode te installeren stap voor stap zodat als ik weer geld bijelkaar heb gesprokkeld ik het nog een keer zou kunnen proberen als je het leuker vind om me de grond in te trappen kun je op lindaslack gedetailleerd terugvinden wat ik gedaan heb en hoe ik genaaid ben heb daar het hele stappenplan gepost onder dezelfde postnaam dirruk
maar dat is mosterd na de maaltijd ik hoop op wat leerzame reacties bvd dirruk

last night got the masternode up and running thanks to help of someone inside the slack of lindacoin i am not tech savvy and had been asking for some support of the dutch section of bitcointalk no response exept for moccacinno who gave some general tips then i went on the lindaslack and got 3 offers to help me in setting it up and it works now they also are working on a detailed guide for the masternode so it should be coming out soon if the support is any indication of how the coin is going to develop i see a bright future for this coin i would like to thank visale,taxpayer and especially lyndacoin for all the support and pacience |

as far as i see it (3 months into crypto) any coin has potential as long as the dev doesn t scam or walks away and the community keeps growing it has a chance
i think you have keep in mind that this coin has not much money so the dev can t hire a ace team to develop the coin pretty quick so it s a long game
i ve bought some and atm just staking it and the coin performs fine for what its meant to do very stable transactions to other wallets very fast so that works great too
atm i reading up on how to put up a masternode i am not tech savvy but i had some offers on the slack of linda to guide me in that process
if you ask a question on the slack of linda you get a pretty quick response so that works too
the only problem is that as long as bitcoin keeps rising the altcoin don t grow much imho

ik denk dat moccacinno een globaal antwoord gaf ik denk dat als hij in details zou treden hij nu nog zat te schrijven zo "makkelijk" is het allemaal daarom ben ik deze post gestart om wat meer duidelijkheid te krijgen in de manieren om een masternode op te zetten en de beveiliging ervan er zijn weinig goede handleidingen te vinden van hoe dit te doen meestal is dit 1 a 4 tje en gaan de opstellers ervan ervanuit dat je net als hun met deze dingen bent opgegroeid en dat je hoogbegaafd bent |
