Confesso que estou curioso em saber como essa ""novela"" irá terminar!

Mas pelo que estou acompanhando e pesquisando sobre esse assunto, até o momento não ocorreram nenhum "update" sobre esse episodio em alguma outra plataforma/site de grande veiculação!

Exatamente... deixar o dinheiro rendendo com juros altos é extremamente mais vantajoso do que deixa-lo parado em um imovel em momentos de crise!

Com o passar do tempo o valor de uma casa terá uma oscilação considerável, tanto para mais ou para menos, já o dinheiro investido numa renda fixa (CDB, LCA/LCI ou Tesouro Selic) tu vai ter a certeza que irá resgatar uma dinheiro acima da sua aplicação inicial.

Bom, o que me deixa preocupado com relação a isso, é que, nós estamos vivendo praticamento o que aconteceu na crise do subprime novamente!

Na cidade onde moro, estao construindo "casas a rodo", mas se fosse somente aqui, eu estarei menos preocupado... mas isso esta acontecendo em diversas cidades! Estão construindo casas, apartamentos, kitnets, obras de ampliação e etc, esta tudo a pleno vapor!

Alguns dias atras eu conversei com um colega que trabalha numa construtora, e ele me falou que estão vendendo casas como se fosse agua!

Foram anunciadas a construção de mais 75 casas (populares) em uma cidade da minha região, sendo que essa cidade possui aprox. 20 mil habitantes e TODAS as 75 casas foram vendidas em menos de 1 semana e meia!

Em menos de 1 ano, o valor dessa mesma casa saltou de aprox R$ 135.000,00 para aprox. R$ 160.000,00
Isso é algo surreal!!

Infelizmente, esses acontecimentos no mundo todo respingará por ultimo aqui no Brasil, praticamente
