Ding, Dong!! The witch is dead!
|
|

Not looking good for the 30k support. Hashrate keeps droping and we do not know when it will recover. Volatility could (and likely will) go over the roof if it is broken.
|
|
|
$40k, imminent!
$40k is impenetrable. Not gonna happen. (Then again, 40k is meaningless, resistance is at around 42k. We'll see.)

Party's over folks. The eternal Downtrend resumes. A massive 1% drop during a mind-boggling 20 minutes. There is simply no way Bitcoin ever recovers from such a devastating loss, certainly.

Yeah, low 0.06x seems reasonable, but in an active subject to such wild changes, I'd rather not take too many chances, I have entered at half load. If it does go down as elrippo predicts, I'll buy the other half. But I don't want to get excluded from the trip up just because a few whales decide to do something funny.
|
|
|
Especially whales who have been forced to keep funds frozen in their wallet to avoid detection.
That's funny and true. I know a guy who apparently has hundreds of bitcoins looking to get into monero without raising attention to his old wallet! He's already converted several btc but he wants to exchange much more. I'm not really sure his best course of action...? Sounds similar to institutional investors that want to buy some stocks without drawing too much attention too early. You do it little by little over weeks or even months.

Times like these make me wonder... Where is Primer?? Gone a couple of years ago, but I think he made a reasonable prediction: No XMR transactions reported yesterday on alphabay.
I guess darknet traders just don't care. Junkies are not really the brightest crowd.
I expect to see XMR back at a reasonable price within the next week or two, 0.05 - 0.07 is reasonable taking the current ATH network difficulty into account, everything above is just speculation.

|
|
Hashrate skyrocketing. Either more investors are targetting their power there, or some widespread botnet. Arguably, both are further signs of strength, tough...

XMR's USD peak was around the 500 USD mark when Bitcoin last mooned.
Back then, let's say that was roughly a 40th (or 2/5%) of the Bitcoin price. If this run 'season' plays out then a 50K BTC is far from difficult to imagine be end of 2021.
Monero making it to a four figure dollar sum is not outside the realms of possibility.
I certainly think an ATH is likely. 2 x ATH - why not?
Definitely over 500. I can't remember an exact peak, because it varied wildly between exchanges, but I did buy 4x Ledger Nano X for well under 1 XMR. I thought that was in the range of 6XX, peaking over 700, but that might have been CAD? It was running about 80c USD at that time. Well probably high US$5XX then, so never mind me ' I'm Expecting 1000-2000 USD. Just call me a bull. Nobody here will be shocked Yep, I see 1000$ XMR entirely possible, certainly far, far more than a 50k BTC. I am, however, concerned about the fireworks from law enforcement, (from any and all countries) if XMR becomes widely used in DNM. Declaring it illegal altogether is, again, not outside the realms of possibility.

In the new wallet, I see that my balance has been reduced by 5k. It does not match what I have in my adresses according to the explorer. Anyone else seeing similar issues?
This "issue" can be solved by running: -zapwallettxes=1 It will rescan for your tx'es and correct up the balance. - Its due to the new DB-Strucute which may be caused on initial sync over the old database strcuture. Windows: ./trezarcoin-qt.exe -zapwallettxes=1 Mac: open Trezarcoin Core --args -zapwallettxes=1 Linux: ./trezarcoin-qt -zapwallettxes=1 It worked perfectly. Thanks!

Of course I do, it is money I can risk, after all.
You, OP, on the other hand, have probably far greater threats on your future, judging by your nick.

I need some help. Started staking 4 weeks ago.. Worked fine and received some coins. Now since 1 week it stoped. Staking symbol in wallet shows:
Staking enabled for 19 inputs weighing 8589 coin days Inputs: 0 min. age, 0 avg. age, 19 max. age
What can i do? I have the wallet always open!
Wait and pray, really. You have a very small amount of coins, around 600 by my calculations. It is only natural that your chance of hitting a PoS block are very low. After all, you will get a 15% boost if you do. Also, keep in mind that this is an stochastic process, i.e: there is a random component around it. I for instance have spent around 14 days without getting anything and all of a sudden mined 2 blocks in a matter of hours... Oh, or you could buy more coins, of course.

Why does this coin still exist, LOL? Failed useless tech that does not really need a coin even if it worked...

Thing is, this looks like a time when a ton of shitcoins die, and we are left with many less, more interesting projects. It is a Time of Reckoning, so to say, and it's really not the time to be quiet. It is entirely possible that the problem here is "too few people, can't be appeasing the community". But it makes the whole project look bad.

Hello Krimbster! Thanks for replying. I checked the pools and it seems the pool you mention is quite small compared to the one I mentioned? Might just be bad luck.. I find a lot of jumping in the hashrate asell. Like a freaking slope! Do you guys experience that aswell?
Are you talking about the global net hashrate, your pool hashrate or your personal hashrate??

Where do you guys find the best pool to mine the coins? Yesterday I mined with my GTX 1080 at pool.trezarcoin.com for a few hours but it only netted me around 0.32 TZC. Is this normal? Seems quite low if you ask me?
I mine at TZCpool.xyz, works pretty well. No, your returns are not normal, although with a streak of bad luck at a small pool, are possible. ----------------------------- Other than that: Any plan to list the coin on other exchanges? Any news on new releases? I think that the project could be boosted with some marketing, right now it seems a brilliant piece of tech put into obscurity. Price keeps on climbing, though, so maybe it is gaining traction behind the scenes.

Very easy to look at "recent posts from user" and see that the only content is attempts to discredit or no content at all... It is sad people waste their time like this. So insecure.
Relax, the only thing he did was to pump the volume of our coin. With amounts this high it is pretty much sure exchanges will fight to bring us in Yes yes, I am relaxed despite a bit too much caffeine. Yet it I cannot help stating the obvious when an account is created just to post about Zero. It is OK. Even I can realize that it is an ex-professo account created to smear this coin. Which means that someone, for some reason, fears it. Good sign.

I have posed for several month and just now , I posed 100 coins . This is my first time to pos coin and I am so excited . However , I find the difficult of stake is so high.
Like many users have said before . doing PoS with only 100 coins wont get you very far...your chances of solving a block with only 100 coins staking is very low. As it should be. You will be DOUBLING your coins if you find a block, your chances should be very low.

How many coins do you have and what are your inputs and coin days?
I have a little over 35,000 TZC and I get a 100 coin reward about twice a week on average.
If you have 1000 coins you are going to be waiting for months before you get anything and with a little bad luck (luck is a part of staking just like it is mining) you could wait a year.
But, to a more important point. I think TZC is definitely not a shit coin. There are some shit posters around here however.
That matches well my observations...complainers do the math, and remember, it IS kind of a lottery. Of course, if there is a huge discrepancy (say, you should have got 8 blocks and got none), you may have a point.
