This is a perspective company. This Start-up is very cool. One of the best promising projects at the moment! The project team made a very unique concept.
True that. Looking forward to see them succeed!

Really dig this project, really dig your scientific (for a lack of a better term) approach Do you guys plan on launching a full-scale marketing campaign or anything like that? Might attract some people from social media, y'know?
I'm sure they will start with the campaign once their product is ready. Nothing to stop them

So what if it requires time to get the trust? Starting small is better than no start at all.
Thats right. However even If they start new, they will Be the only ones to offer Publishing service such as timestamping on the blockchain and creating the proof of existence for manuscript submission. That's a winner right there;)

Globally, many laboratories and even universities are private ones, so there is no problem to attract other private investors to the platform.
Yes, some people like science and are always interested în new tech. I can see them supporting science related projects

Shouldn't you make an interest return policy for the investors?
It is somehow self-explanatory if you read the whitepaper, but you got a point. It's a good tip!
The well-known magazines charge for publishing the articles for a reason - they have a reputation and people know that the articles there are trust-worth. You will need time to achieve the same trust level.
No, this has nothing to do with reputation. The only way a publisher achieves trust is to have a lot of cited articles on that platform. The money part is just not well-justified. They don't reward the authors, nor the reviewers. They just keep the profit to themselves
Hi! Do you have video interviews?
Yes, they do have. Check their YouTube channel!
Why do you need to reward the reviewers? And how can you guarantee a fair work from them?
How can you guarantee it now? There are always minimum 2 people reviewing a work and they don't know each other, nor the author. So it's highly improbable that all of them will be unfair
Wait, only institutions will be able to fund science?
No, everyone who wants to. Institutions and universities will be encouraged to stake coins in order to sustain the network
the effort to put something like this on going is pretty cool but i;m not sure of it's potential Of course it has potential. The system is so corrupt and the big publishers make the most of the research. They end up selling articles for 50$/piece, while the authors, nor the reviewers get anything in return. Have a read through the whitepaper so you get a better grip on the unparalleled potential this project has.

I don't know if you have concidered another implementation like employment tool?
Yes, it is planned in our Funding Platform. How will it work? Like a LinkedIn for scientists only? Yes. You'll be able to browse over research grants, funding opportunities, scholarships and many others

Since 2014 there is already Einsteinium (EMC2) which is a coin designed to reward science and education. EMC2 is a PoW coin without any premine and already totally decentralized, with a good capitalization, good volumes and an excellent team with an exciting roadmap. So which is the need to create now something similar, and to sell it in an ICO? Just explain it to me The ideas are totally different, Einsteinium is trying to help scientific funding with PoW. How many scientific projects have been funded since 2014 with the help of Einsteinium? Scienceroot aims to revolutionize knowledge creation and the overall scientific community with the help of blockchain, the areas tackled are collaboration, funding and publishing. So this is more than just the use of blockchain as a currency, but storing scientific content on blockchain to solve problems like intellectual property theft. If you still have doubts please check out our Website: https://scienceroot.com or Telegram: https://t.me/sciencerootThese ideas where the network's coin should only serve as a currency to fund certain things don't work. You have to tie the currency into an ecosystem that represents a compelling use case. That way the coin has a tangible reason to exist. Correct! That's actually the main difference between emc2 and scienceroot Yes but he is not the only one trying this. There are many coins that have no use case except for the dev claiming there is a use case... They make a coin and say please use this for buying nutrition... I would say too way too many coins and ICO s with no real use yet

The universities and the labs will love to join!
The reason for PoS is that they don't see any universities building mining farms

The universities and the labs will love to join!
Yeah that's why they go for PoS

I wonder if you can verify the users identity in the network?
We are planning to implement already existing scientific identity provider like orcID Great, so it's compatible with the existing systems and repositories? Yes , already existing systems/repositories can benefit out of it
Can they use the system for patents as well?
Yes. They can create the proof of Existence for anything related. It still has to be acknowledged in the end by the legal authority in charge with recognising patents
I wonder if you can verify the users identity in the network?
Can you use KYC for that? Researchers, students and academicians will have to use their EDU e-mails for registering. This could be a way for example
how you will make the unique identities in the system?
It's easy when you link a certain ID to a wallet for example
You have several token generation event in the roadmap, it's the ICO stages?
The TGE event is split in four rounds over two years in order to create trust in the community, and develop a high quality platform. After the last round of funding, this will be a total boomer!
How will you attract investors and funds to the platform?
By offering unprecedented services to the scientific community, from which they will all benefit, investors and users.
