I read about IPO before. It takes about 200-300 thousands of USD to make IPO. For current ICO that trying to earn 20 mln and more this is not very expensive.

IMHO STO is the future. We will see more new ICO with security tokens. This cost not too much to do all by law. There will be a lot of lawyers in new ICO teams)

IMHO best chance can give some low cap coins like FSN, fantom, mft they cost lower than on ICO. And alts can give you more BTC or eth.

Neo price will depend from new projects like ETH. Hope we will see lots of them when the market will turn green. But there are lots of competitors that want take ICO on their platforms.

IMHO my list of coins to look at is fantom, fusion, mft. They all have low cap, lower than ICO price, and stil,l have some interest from investors.

I read before that we will need at least 32 eth to start some kind of node. There will be new demand on eth and hope price will rise again. Also, I hope the crypto world will stop depend only on BTC price and we will see different way movements in crypto as it was before.

If the update will be in time, hope we will see again rise of ETH) But if it will be postponed again we will see a new bottom.
