On another note, the representative I spoke to at KnCMiner said they are ramping up for shipments this week and our orders will shipping sometime toward the end of next week, set for one-day UPS Delivery.
1) KnC should be able to at least change the shipping address, given the scenario. (if no chance of refund) 2) Pick someone creditable to take over, fast. 3) Whoever is chosen needs to start getting the setup ready to start mining day 1. Does anyone know if Regin himself bought any shares? I didn't see his name in the list. Maybe we can use that to refund Jupiter GB #2 folks. I'm starting to think this is all bullshit. Raginazn was on the forums yesterday, so his depression is obviously not crippling enough to prevent him from updating us. On a side note: Prodigits, was that you at the train station yesterday? I heard someone talking on the phone, and he sounded EXACTLY like you. And That is exactly why you shouldn't count on him for anything at this point. I rather that he doesn't comment at all, since all his comments have been a delay tactic. The matter is in our hands now. JohnK/Prodigits, is step one doable? Can you confirm if KnC is willing to change the shipping address? |

This list creation is a delay tactic. Why don't you create a list of who wants to stay in it. I am sure that list of 1 or 2 people will be completed quicker. As far as the rest, regin has the senders address along with the amount send.
Regin should make it a priority to refund everyone from GB 12, and I am sure JohnK can request a refund from KnC for the "ordered" units or have someone credible take over, maybe Blastbob and Tyrion70 or Soniq.
He should NOT get the units, he should NOT mine with them, he should NOT use the profits from OUR investment to "refund" us.
This venture should end now. It was a unsuccessful GB to say the least.

Hi all, I'm expect units to begin arriving today. The factory will ship more on a daily basis until they've finished our initial order. We have more orders following that. All board evaluation coin will be sent to the 200TH mine address. I expect that after next week, we will have finished shipping and the boards will begin to accumulate in the datacenter.
Look for your divs to begin rising today!

Do you have any thoughts on the idea of reinvestment-plan for continuous hash-rate increase after full roll-out? Is this something that the founders would consider? I get the feeling this question will be ignored, as it has been for some time now. I am sure it will be answered eventually, when feasible. We all know what will happen to the share price if the answer is, No. |

Hey guys. Again I am sorry for being mia but when I thought the worst was over, it is not. I am doing the best I can. I am thankful to have prodigits7 to help me out with everything. I have provides Johnk with my kncminer info and he's shown proof of the orders. As for the refunds I am working as hard as I can. The PayPal funds are frozen because my PayPal account is limited. Why? Because some people were impatient and did a charge back or dispute causing my account to go under investigation. I am working as hard as I can to refund everyone. Please keep in mind that I made a group buy #2 for Avalon chips and collected over 300 btc. Which I have fully refunded when that group buy came to a halt. Please try to understand that I am going through a hard time right now and it is taking a lot for me to even make this post.
As for my problem. I have been doing what my therapist have been recommending me to help me move on. She's not prescribing me any medication yet because she feels like I can go on with out it. Since the event I have been neglecting everything in my life. My girlfriend, friends, and family. For the past week or two I have been catching up with everyone and everything. I even got a cHance to finally set up my salt water fish tank. Which was put to a complete halt and I lost about $1000 in fish and corals. It was very relaxing to so. This upcoming Monday is the day I marked on my calendar to start posting at least once in this thead and my other group buy thread.
So please don't be afraid. I am still alive and I am here to stay.
For the time it took you to type this out, you could of proccess the refunds. But it's not about that for you. You just want to pacify people with this once a week messages to stall further. Not sure what your end game is. |

@OP... why dont you want to raise the TH you mine with constantly and make this a constant project? I mean you have access to miners at cost so you could make this into a second Asicminer. But when stopping at 200TH it will go down and end only. I am also of the opinion that OP should take a vote or whatever needed to withhold some dividend (20% or so) for reinvestment if he can acquire hash rate at wholesale cost. Why stop at 200TH? +1. Not only will this give shareholders good dividends, but will also vastly increase share price (more value here than even mining...at least short term). Also, saves Tytus the trouble of creating and managing separate securities for additional mines.
+1 I hope the above propositions are considered. |
