61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Pumping on Yobit 1700 GMT for rewards! on: September 05, 2017, 07:57:58 AM
Why this is on gambling board while it is not even related to any gambling activity? Don't you know the right place to post your 'shady' offer?
Reported to moderator.

I don't think you understand that pumping has risk to it.
its really a risk and many of this things also happen inside telegram they use bittrex exchange so people will join them since they are looking for profits
but in the end of the day those pumpers who made into it at first will be enjoying the ride while those last in line i don't know since OP state that there's
no complain regarding to their groups.

We are not a big group, so we are not really forced to dump on each other. But yes, of course there is a risk, but everyone in our group is aware of that. We answer questions if there are people who do not understand.

You have to be kidding me, how many people will lose money in this pump after you dump your coins?

And how is that? We have a big group of people and the coin was decided together. Please think before accusing people.

How you decide the coin together can you explain in this thread?

What I know is group admin will decide which coin need to pump and he will accumulate the coins at a lower level. Once pumping start then admin will sell at higher price and other members buy them at a higher price and after sometime sell at lower price.

If you (admin) don't make a profit then do you think you will give a bonus or gift to one of the members for free? Don't trust these pump groups and waste your money.

We communicate with one another on Slack so we are aware of each others buy orders. It also prevents us dumping on each other.

Either way, you've got to be crazy to think 0.6 BTC is enough to make any kind of pump splash. Or am I just so severely outdated?

They are pumping on YoBit, which is filled with shitcoins. My guess is that they've picked a shitcoin with very low volume and depth in hopes of their 0.6BTC being able to pump? There are a few coins with very few sellers and 0.6BTC might be enough to get up to a decent level. There would be probably no support after the pump though.

Big group and yet only 0.6BTC.

It would have to be coins worth less than 10 satoshi... to be able to buy more than 6 million coins. I suppose that is a sort of pump. Expect a lot of shilling to happen. Maybe if they really have a large group each with their own small bags of BTC to add to the mix, they might be able to achieve some kind of movement. But like you said, with no support. Their main problem would be to get enough attention for buy orders to come in. Likely is the group members will be the ones conned into doing that.

I guess I must really be too outdated to understand that this works! Lovely world of crypto indeed.

I'm glad to report to you moaners that our pump was successful. We pumped WBB and it increased 50% yesterday. And no, none of our members lost money. No one is complaining except for you people on bitcointalk.
