Just tried it out on my android phone. Looks like I'm a tranquil bear  Shocked. I would like to prefer an option for practice games so I can get a feel for the interface before I wager BTC. Thanks for the blackjack games though!

I think a more important bet for BB would be what will happen to Jessie

He's the perfect spin-off character but could also get brutally killed in the last season, or even arrested

In terms of the out come for Walt

I don't think it is very likely he will survive, remember he has the DEA breathing down his neck (Hank hinted at knowing in the last ep) and he has cancer which has been in remission but I think it's likely to be the thing that kills him

I remember watching in interviews with Vince Gilligan that they were going to have Jessie killed in the earlier seasons of the show, but he evolved into something integral to the show. But the way he says it hints that Jesse was always meant to die they were just postponing it. I would bet that Jessie dies in the end.
136  Economy / Gambling / Re: bitZino - Bitcoin Casino - Blackjack, Roulette, 3 Card Poker, Slots and more! on: September 28, 2013, 01:21:18 AM
Haha. I think this is the first BTC Gambling site I've seen with a blue theme. Most people just opt for red or green or black. Interface is really cool! I like the small card design, and lots of games. I would play slots more but I know better than to try to make gains by playing slots.

People are telling you to stop, why not listen?

Stop?

The desperation is hilarious though. Poor guy.

140  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Not Enough Ways To Use Bitcoins In The Real World on: September 27, 2013, 02:15:47 AM
That is not to say that the internet is not real, but to make a distinction between internet businesses and those that exist primarily in the physical world. I believe wide acceptance of BTC in real-world transactions is necessary in order for it to reach its full potential. According to the websites that list real-world businesses that accept BTC as payment, there are only a few hundred such businesses in the world. Clearly, this needs to increase by orders of magnitude.

How to bring about this change? Following is a brief description of a system/business that could help this happen:

An integrated, online app-computer system to facilitate real-world (as opposed to internet), point-of-sale transactions quickly and conveniently. Customers and merchants would register accounts on the internet and download sync-able apps on their mobile devices. Customers deposit BTC into their accounts. Transactions are conducted through apps; merchant enters price in BTC or local currency, customer checks details and confirms transaction. Funds are then released to merchant BTC address or bank account.

An online, geographical registry (craigslist-like) of all real-world businesses that accept payment through this system. Businesses that register would provide location and contact information and have a page to display their own advertisements.

Businesses would be motivated to join by the free advertising and the access to a market segment with rapidly growing purchasing power. Sales and marketing efforts could also be made to spread awareness of the benefits and encourage adoption.

Is there an entity or group of entities working to create something like this?

I think it will take a while for people to buy into using BTC. Mostly because it seems kind of a "nerdy" thing, and not cool like most of us here think about it. People and countries are slow to change but I'm willing to bet that this type of currency will be used worldwide eventually in the future.
