The Chainge app launch: most frequently asked questions Since a lot of you had the same questions we thought it would be easier to publish an article answering them all. If you have any other questions please feel free to address them in our global telegram channel
1. When will I have access to the app?
We are releasing the app in batches. We will release it to as many users as possible as soon as possible. Please follow our announcements. The app is currently available to the first 100.000 users on the waiting list.
2. Why can’t I access/download the app?
You are not part of the approved batch that were whitelisted, or you are not following the correct on-boarding steps.  .[/size][/left] 3. Is the iOS version available?
Not yet. It’s in the internal testing phase. It will be ready soon. We will make an announcement when the time comes.
4. How can I claim my CHNG tokens?
If u wanna use easy on-boarding go to Earn -> Waiting list -> Verify phone number -> Scan QR code -> get access to the app and have your CHNG tokens automatically transferred.
If you on-boarded with your phone number (classic on-boarding) and you wanna claim your initial CHNG tokens on the website go to Earn -> Waiting list -> Verify phone number -> Scan QR code -> and have your CHNG tokens automatically transferred.
If you on-boarded and claimed your initial CHNG token batch but earned more CHNG tokens, you have to go to the CHNG dropdown on the website in the top right corner (after signing in) and scan the claim token QR code and your not yet claimed CHNG tokens will be transferred automatically.
You can do this at any time. Each time you earn more CHNG tokens on the website (through amplifying and deposit to earn) you have to follow the same flow in order to claim them.

You can send them to one of your C-Link friends for now and you will soon be able to exchange them in the Chainge DEX or buy extra CHNG tokens from the centralised exchanges we will be listed on.
6. How can I get more CHNG if I can’t buy them from any exchange?
You can use the Earn (through time-framing) feature within the app to Time-frame your assets and instantly gain more CHNG tokens.
7. Why should I use the Earn feature and what benefits does it bring along?
Time-framing is basically assigning a purpose to a certain amount of wealth for a certain amount of time. This implies you — as the owner — will still safely possess the given value (back portion), while the smart contract — as the trusted entity — will have the right to use the front portion for a fixed predetermined period before returning it to you.
The front portion of your asset will go to the smart contract and you will instantaneously receive your TF asset reward (according to the great APY)+ CHNG reward (where applicable)

Yes you can BUT you need to make sure you send the back portion of your TL FSN in the Chainge app because if you send the front portion you risk losing it .
9. Why is the APY on the website different from the one in the app?
Because they’re not the same thing. One is a regular deposit to earn and in the app we have the earn through time-framing. Plus, in the app you also get CHNG rewards instantly as well as your profit.
10. Can I send a Time-Framed asset to an exchange?
No. because CEX exchanges don’t support time framed assets. But in our DEX you will be able to exchange TF assets to full assets (according to the available trading pair)
11. Can I send CHNG to an exchange?
Not yet. But you will, once we get listed.
12. What do “Expert mode” and “Beginner mode” within the app imply?
Beginner mode (recommended) means you don’t have to store your own seed phrase. It is encrypted and stored on the Chainge servers. In Expert mode you have the seed phrase and you are responsible for its safe keeping.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please make sure to read the warning before using this functionality. You can lose your assets if you don’t transfer them before switching the account mode.

Witness history in the making. The Chainge app is ready to take on the crypto world Today is a day to remember for Chaingers world wide. Because we are ready to open the path towards a new financial universe. Everything we imagined and built together over the past months, is now starting to take form in the hands of our first 100 users.
The beta android version of the Chainge app is up and running & the iOS version will follow shortly.
After the first testing phase, we will gradually upgrade and release the app in batches to the rest of the users on the waiting list. The app will be exclusively available to download on the chainge.finance website and then in the Google Play Store & Apple App Store. Users can report bugs by writing to any of the official Chainge Telegram Channel Admins. ⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please be careful and DON’T download any unverified .apk file from anyone/anywhere other than the official sources mentioned above.
Now let’s make a short summary of what our first 100 users will get to try out in the Chainge app:
1. On-board & claim the CHNG tokens. A full video tutorial of both on-boarding methods can be found here
2. Payments — Send/Request assets to and from other users. A full video tutorial of both operations can be found here
3. Profile personalisation — Change your language, profile pic & others. A full video tutorial of how you can manage your settings can be found here
4. C-Link — Connect with other users. A full video tutorial on how to do that can be found here
5. Earn through Time-Framing — Start maximising your wealth! A full video tutorial on how to time-frame your assets can be found here
6. The Magic button — Can be used to onboard, financially interact with C-Link friends & claim CHNG tokens. You can find out more about it here ⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE: The assets within the app are your responsibility. If you choose to use the earn feature, the chosen assets will become Time Framed assets. You will be able to send them to your C-Link friends or any other Fusion address. HOWEVER, if you send them to current centralised exchanges you will lose them. So please be cautious when using the earn feature in case you need to send spot to exchanges.
You will be able to liquidate futures into spot anytime after the Chainge DEX will be available (The Future DEX will be activated when everyone in the waiting list will have access to the app)  Aside from the Future DEX we have many other revolutionary functionalities in store for you. ’Til then, let’s go through our Easy on-boarding process once more, just to make sure it all goes smoothly.
1. Tap the “Let’s Start” Button -> Slide through and read the 3 introductory slides -> Then click on the yellow arrow button to continue.
2. You’ll be greeted by the Welcome to Chainge screen. Here is where you choose your on-boarding method — phone number or scan QR code.
3. If you choose to continue by scanning the QR code, tap the “Continue with easy on-boarding” button which will access and open your camera
4. Go to the chainge.finance website on your desktop, sign in, and under the earn tab in the waiting list section you will find your QR code which you can scan. Your wallet is ready!
5. You can now move on to Securing your wallet -> Tap the “Secure your wallet” button and set your passcode.
6. You will then be asked to confirm your passcode. Please make sure you don’t forget your passcode and keep it safe ’cause you’ll need it.
7. All done. You’ll be sent to your dashboard and you can start exploring your profile and features.  And then of course you have the option of using the classic on-boarding process using your phone number. You can find both methods comprehensively covered in this article.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE: if you choose the classic on-boarding method you will still need to go to the chainge.finance website on your desktop, sign in, and under the earn tab in the waiting list section scan your QR to claim your initial CHNG token batch.

Earning in the best possible way. Time-framing is here to stay.  Although we’ve talked before about the extraordinary Time-Frame feature, it’s now time to start exploring how you’ll be able to gain from it within the Chainge app. But before getting into further details, let’s go through the basics of time-framing once more.
Time Frame (TF) is a revolutionary, unique FUSION innovation unparalleled in traditional or digital finance that will definitely serve as a foundational component of crypto-finance. Chainge will be using this new technology to express value more accurately and allow you to better control your financial future & exploit the value of your wealth in time.
How does it work?
Today, there are two essential parameters that define traditional transfers of value: Type and Quantity. Our innovative TF function creates a third parameter of value: ‘Time’.
The ‘time value of money’ fundamentally states that 1 BTC today will be worth more than 1 BTC in let’s say one year, because of its potential earning capacity. In an applied scenario, 1 BTC can be invested today in something that will make you a profit over the course of that certain period, thus, making that 1 BTC more valuable in the future.
Using the ‘Time frame’ function, any value, can be ‘split’ into defined periods, (for example, from the present time until 6 months from now and from 6 months from now to infinity)
The possibilities TF opens up are endless, but right now we are going to focus on the Earn feature which will grant you the possibility of time-framing an asset and then managing it through a smart contract.  Earning while having full control over your wealth
So, as previously explained, time-framing is basically assigning a purpose to a certain amount of wealth for a certain amount of time. This implies you — as the owner — will still safely possess the given value (back portion), while the smart contract — as the trusted entity — will have the right to use the front portion for a fixed predetermined period before returning it to you.
In other words, you will still have ownership rights on the back portion of your assets while putting the front portion to work by giving the smart contract usage rights over it.
What happens when you time-frame your asset?
The front portion of your asset will go to the smart contract and you will instantaneously receive your TF asset reward (according to the APY)+ CHNG reward (where applicable)
So what can you do with the back portion you own and the rewards you receive?
The back portion of your asset will fulfil all the functionalities of a regular asset, meaning you can withdraw it, send it to someone else or use it for any other operation as per usual.
As for the Time-Framed asset reward you get, you can either wait for it to reach maturity and become a full asset, or you can liquidate it (according to the existing trading pair exchange rate within the Future DEX), send it to someone else or even use it to write options. (we will cover options comprehensively in a future article)
!!! The date at which your TF asset will mature (maturity date) is predetermined and applies to all users regardless of when or what sum they Time-Frame.
Now that we’ve tackled Time-Framing and its amazing advantages let’s see what the Chainge Earn module looks like and how easy it is to start earning:
1. On your main Wealth screen tap Earn
2. You’ll be taken to the Intro Screen which briefly describes TF
3. Click Continue and then click on the Assets Dropdown
4. Select the currency you want to TF
5. Fill in the input field with the exact sum
6. Click Earn & All done! Sit back and relax while you earn.  What is the difference between earning through Chainge Time-Framing and earning through other types of APY services?
The main difference here is simple but extremely important:
The magic of the the TF token lies within its incredible flexibility. When you time-frame, you are sending the usage rights aka the front portion of an asset to the smart contract. BUT the back portion of your asset will remain in your wallet, under your control, to use as you please.
With other types of APY services, like regular deposits, your funds are locked in. You can’t do anything with the asset you’ve entrusted because you have no access to it. In a nutshell you’ll finally get a taste of actual financial freedom.
