io e' davvero da tanto che non mi loggavo, mi sono dato il mio bel da fare nel 2017 per partecipare a tante campagne bounty, più che altro traduzioni, dunque non mi sono mai curato realmente di salire di rank.
Devo ammettere che non appena inserito il sistema dei merit non mi ha trovato d'accordo, lo reputavo troppo sbilanciato a favore di chi, per un motivo o per l'altro si ritrovava già con un ranking alto, ma, proprio per il fatto che non mi sono quasi mai interessato alle campagne signature non mi sono preoccupato più di tanto.
Poi e' successo che da ingegnere disoccupato quale mi ritrovavo sono finito per entrare nei vigili del fuoco, la mia vita è cambiata radicalmente in termini di impegni e tempo libero dunque tra le varie cose ho dovuto accantonare anche il forum fino a quando ultimamente sono riuscito finalmente a ritagliare del tempo libero e dunque ho deciso di riprendere in mano alcuni piaceri tra cui questo forum.
Con mia onesta sorpresa ho notato come il forum sia effettivamente cambiato. A distanza di un anno sono effettivamente riuscito a notare come, grazie al sistema dei merit sia diminuito lo spamming e sia stata incentivata la qualità dei post. Se vogliamo vederla sotto un certo aspetto il forum si stava ammalando, la speculazione stava prendendo il sopravvento sull'informazione, l'avidità stava rendendo tossico il sistema rischiando di spingerlo al punto di non ritorno. A mio avviso questo deve essere in primis un luogo di informazione, di discussione e condivisione, la componente bounty è si importante ma non deve essere la principale!
Dunque secondo il mio rinnovato punto di vista i merit hanno salvato il forum, poi si può discutere su come rendere il sistema più equo ma questa è tutta un'altra storia =D Spero solo di non aver annoiato nessuno con questa lunga riflessione/digressione

Meriteresti un merit, ma sono ancora una volta a zero! ne ho appena ricevuto uno (😉) quindi te lo mando! ti ringrazio, non ho potuto fare a meno di notare il notevole impegno che metti in questo forum, ho apprezzato tanto il topic riguardo come il tuo impegno ti abbia permesso in poco tempo di ottenere i merit "meritati" =D, personalmente avevo intenzione di creare un topic tutto italiano ben fatto su bitcoin e fisco, relativo alla mia recente esperienza col commercialista  |

Salve a tutti, non avendo trovato ancora una guida in italiano che spieghi la novitá inserita a gennaio dei MERIT come metrica per scalare di rank sul forum insieme alle "activity", ho pensato potesse risultare utile, sopratutto per i nuovi arrivati fornire una traduzione della guida originale. Come premessa vorrei specificare che se da un lato questa novitá frena in un certo senso la scalata dei rank, dall'altro lato é pensata per far si che ci sia un minimo di impegno nella redazione di post e risposte, tutto ció col solo obiettivo di incentivare la qualitá a giovamento di tutta la comunitá. Di seguito la traduzione originale del post di theymos In aggiunta alle activity, ciascun membro avrá un punteggio di merito, e avrete bisogno sia di un certo numero di attivitá sia di un certo punteggio di merito per poter raggiungere un member rank piú alto. I punteggi richiesti sono i seguenti: | Rank | Activity Richieste | Meriti Richiesti | | Brand New | 0 | 0 | | Newbie | 1 | 0 | | Jr Member | 30 | 0 | | Member | 60 | 10 | | Full Member | 120 | 100 | | Sr. Member | 240 | 250 | | Hero Member | 480 | 500 | | Legendary | Random in un range compreso tra 775-1030 | 1000 |
Ottieni dei punti di merito quando qualcuno te li invia per uno dei tuoi post. Inoltre, quando qualcuno ti invia punti di merito, metà [/ i] di quei punti può essere inviato da te ad altre persone.
Alcuni utenti sono designati come "fonti di merito". Possono creare nuovi meriti dal nulla, fino a un numero limitato al mese (che differisce per fonte). Non pubblicherò un elenco definitivo di fonti di merito (in modo che le persone non li infastidiscano troppo), anche se presto scoprirai chi sono se presti attenzione.
Al momento non esiste un "demerito". Spero che i meriti positivi da soli possano bastare. Potrei peró, se necessario, aggiungere facilmente demeriti in seguito.
Spero che tale sistema aumenti la qualità dei post nelle seguenti maniere:
- Costringendo le persone a pubblicare materiale di alta qualità per ottenere rank piú alti. Se pubblichi semplicemente spazzatura, non otterrai mai nemmeno 1 punto di merito, e quindi non sarai mai in grado di mettere i link nella tua signature, ecc.
- Evidenziare i buoni post con la linea "Merito da".
Anche se non modereremo direttamente questo aspetto, incoraggio le persone a dare merito a post oggettivamente di alta qualità[/ i], non solo post con cui ti trovi d'accordo[/ i].
Non implorare in maniera eccessiva per ottenere meriti.

Se vuoi diventare una "fonte di merito":
1. Essere un membro un minimo stabilito.
2. Raccogli DIECI post scritti negli ultimi due mesi da altre persone [/ i] che non hanno ricevuto abbastanza merito per quanto sono bravi e pubblicane le citazioni di tutti in una nuova Meta discussione. Ció servirá a dimostrare la tua capacità di distribuire il merito in modo utile.
3. Daremo un'occhiata alla tua storia e forse ti renderemo una fonte.
Sono particolarmente desideroso di avere fonti di merito in sotto-comunità come le sezioni locali.

Per i membri attuali, il vostro punteggio di merito iniziale è pari al minimo richiesto per il vostro grado. Di questo, una certa quantità (meno del solito) è spendibile. Un membro leggendario che non ha pubblicato nell'ultimo anno sarebbe ancora leggendario, ma non avrebbe alcun merito spendibile.
Se qualcuno ti invia 1 merito, lo 0.5 sMerit non viene sprecato; non viene mostrato fino a quando non ottieni un altro punto di merito.

hello i received my stakes but it's still not comprehensive of the bounty thread reward, as i pointed out both on the complains spreadsheet and on PM, could you please check and fix it? Plus i noticed that you added another translation of the whitepaper of a language that was already translated and that guy is not even present on the original spreadsheet could you please check it also this fact? cause it takes around 7% off each of the stakes that should belong to other partecipants, thank for your work.

you should buy the one no one is shilling, for me the best opportunities are on: -ZILLIQA -ORIGINTRAIL -MATRIX -LAMDEN -NEBLIO of course i'm shilling them so do your own research you have chosen quite interesting and less well-known coins. the lesser known things in this way can be much higher than the others  hope that you will earn as you wish  thanks, i hope so, i've chosen these cause are all protocols some with small mcap and new, some already pretty big but with still a lot or room of growth, all of them can scale without problem so they can easily win in the long run looking at their direct competitors (ETH, ADA, STRATIS ecc.) |

it depends on the ico itself and of course the timing. Like if you bought anything that went on the market from 25dec to 5jan, also if you bought something really wortless it made at least a 3x from ico price, if something go tomarket now, or it's a really strong project or it's going under ico price due to the market situation

In order to analyze the situation let's take a look into the climb first:
-comes out the news that on December will start trading CBOE and CME futures, this feeds an unprecedented media coverage on bitcoins and cryptovalute, so a mass of average joe without any experience and knowledge of the industry begins and keep buying at the worst possible moment by creating a price squeeze towards the 20k peak, this is the fable part, we are all rich.
-The nightmare (of who fomo bought at the top), insiders, speculators, etc., have accumulated enormous amounts of BTC well before December, and are prepared to manipulate the market, shorting with the btc accumulated previously and exploiting the inexperience of the mass of average joe investors that feeling the emptiness underfoot sell at a loss, but ready as always to buy at the right levels there are them, the speculators!
We have a strong support at 8k level if the 9k doesn't held, so i'm expecting a bounce at least ther if not at the current level

Hi admin based on the spreadsheet. this is the last week of bounty? Is there any plan of extending it or this is the final week. Hope you can make an announcement regarding this. Thank you. I'm glad be able to join the bounty even for a short period of time. I can see that this project has a future in the cryptoindustry. As we can see it is so far one of the project with biggest community, having that community will help this project towards greater good. Thank you again #Arcblock
i don't think there is a possibility to extend the campaign, according to the community engagement, it's going to sold out in a matter of hours, so no way to keep the bounty campaign active |

in terms of the forum and community, you should first of all read all the rules, understend the benefit of scaling the forum rank, and only after focus on read first threads regarding market and trading foundamentals, then you can fosus on the speculation threads
