Would be nice if you could explain why you think REAL is better than the competition. Well, maybe wait till you're sober so we can get a more cohesive story. Haha, let me try explain now.. My favourite Real Estate projects are REAL and Propy.. Compared to the other teams these guys have way more real estate experience, where many of the other teams are just investors (possibly getting into a field they're unfamiliar with). (I was also looking at ATLANT as well, but not enough Real Estate experience on that team for my liking) Also, the white papers.. REAL have (In my opinion) a clearer, more realistic plan than many of the others. ICO terms are great as well and their project is much further along than many of the others, so they'll be paving the way with challenges/legalities that will arise before many of the others even know what they're dealing with.. Plus I just generally like the team, after watching all their interviews etc on Youtube and the like.. I had put aside some money to back Propy as well, but I think now I just give it all to REAL.. (Now I just wish someone would target Australia's Melbourne/Sydney property goldmine, hint hint guys   ) |

As others have already said, the success of an idea is in the execution. Other things like available resources, budget etc also come into play.
When I was young and naive I had an idea stolen by someone who had a lot more funds and connections than I did at the time - there was nothing I could do about it as I simply didn't have the resources to win the battle. Lesson learnt.
Whenever sharing ideas with other parties, always have a non-disclosure agreement in place. Otherwise, only ever give an outline and don't give away the fine details.

Instant? No.. It's an amazing investment, but its not going to change anything overnight.
Any money I've made from Bitcoin was because I held over a couple years. Patience and buying whatever I could at the right time.
Now is a great time to buy, with the market in the gutter like it is, so I generally stock up a bit during these shitty times. Its all about the long-term growth.
That said however, there's definitely money to be made on Altcoins right now, if you like gambling. There's a great opportunity to make money quickly if you place your bets on the right alt-coin and get in and out at the right time, but doing this successfully takes careful research and a whole lot of luck. In the same way that you can double or triple your money in a week, you can also halve it too, or watch it shrink down to nothing so don't risk more than you'd be willing to lose.

No, I think you got it all there Its a total FUD-tsunami right now, so hodl tight and enjoy the discounts. I've snapped up a ton of bargains while all these coins are going to shit. Never fear, everyone! It will recover, it always does, it cannot be stopped!! This FUD storm will probably hang around until November Segwit but after that things will be back on track. Of course a JP Morgan banker is going to make a comment like that - he needs to protect his own interests and people are starting to take their money out of his investment banks and putting it into crypto, so he's jumping on the FUD bandwagon too.. With the millions of dollars being poured into crypto and ICOs this year, traditional investment bankers are no doubt feeling the pinch. Re: the original post. That's the nature of the crypto game. These markets are so new and volatile that one small Tweet, one post, one rumor, can send the whole market into a tizzy.. Enjoy the bargains and hodl hight!  |

Hey guys. Just saw this project today and I'm very interested in it. However, when I try to goto the website it refuses to even let me read the whitepaper because I live in the US? I also tried to watch the video to gain more insight but youtube says the video is unavailable now. Did I miss something where it is restricted to americans?

I predict that of all the projects that are running on your list, only atlant alone will get the most investment because their ads are very interesting. I agree that Atlant is going the heaviest on Marketing (I can't go anywhere without their Ads popping up!) but personally I would like to see more real estate experience on the team.. So far I've invested a little into REAL. I also like Propy and thanks to this thread, I've just discovered a couple others I like too. Again, great job with this list @nmrcngrb!
