81  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Money laundering via BTC on: April 19, 2021, 08:42:10 PM
Hello everybody. Every year it becomes more difficult to use cryptocurrency for money laundering, because now KYC has been introduced on all major crypto-exchanges, even decentralized exchangers will not help you avoid questions from bank officials about the history of this money. Surely there are some money laundering schemes associated with cryptocurrency, and they are used, but this is not a greater percentage of money laundering than through cash or some other instrument. Money laundering is bad, but for any Fresh "apple", there is always a "worm".
82  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC's crisis time is coming on: April 19, 2021, 08:25:41 PM
Hello everybody. The wording "Bitcoin crisis" is very relative. After the price has dropped from 61,000 to 51,000, one cannot immediately speak of an impending crisis, my opinion is that at this stage the crisis has passed, we are growing further. Even in spite of the possible drop in the price to $ 46-42,000, I think this should only be considered as a gift of fate, which makes it possible to buy Bitcoin at a cheap price. I do not presume to compare the incommensurable assets of Dogecoin and Bitcoin - they are too different, people will eventually understand that this is real digital gold. I think Dogecoin, regarding Bitcoin, simply does not have the slightest chance, based on this I do not see any imminent Bitcoin crisis.
83  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Loan to buy Bitcoin? on: April 19, 2021, 08:09:18 PM
Hello everybody. If I were buying bitcoin spending $ 500 a month from 2019, now at current exchange rates, that's a pretty good amount. If you took out a Bitcoin buy loan in October 2019, you would make a fortune today. Based on today's reality - today I would probably take out a loan to buy bitcoins - but I would not buy at today's price, I believe that the price should still fall to about $ 46,000. I understand that one of the main rules of the cryptocurrency market is not to take out loans to buy cryptocurrency. But being confident in the upcoming growth of bitcoin, it is very difficult to refuse credit, which, taking away most of your daily income, immediately makes you the owner of a large amount of digital gold. In general, the cryptocurrency market is one huge temptation, but you need to discard all your rash desires and make decisions only in cold blood.
84  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government Controls Crypto? on: April 18, 2021, 08:00:42 AM
Hello everybody. I think that governments cannot control cryptocurrency in any way - they make timid attempts, understands that they cannot do anything about it, and begins to introduce fiscal measures in the form of a ban. Which, in turn, is also not easy - you cannot prohibit what you cannot influence.
85  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will you do if Bitcoin hits $1m in the future? on: April 17, 2021, 08:17:11 PM
Hello everybody. Personally, I am a weak-willed person - I will not tolerate such high prices for bitcoin - I will sell much earlier. But purely hypothetically, if I wake up tomorrow and bitcoin is worth one million dollars, I will definitely sell half, and some of this half, 20 percent, I will definitely donate to charity. God or providence, call it what you want, will give you the opportunity to experience the incredible value of an asset started from scratch - you should definitely thank your luck with a donation to charity. The rest of the half I will never shoot and never sell from sites in which this part is under interest.
86  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can you say you made money if you never actally sell your coins? on: April 16, 2021, 04:22:16 PM
Hello everybody. I agree that until you lock in your profit at a certain level, it’s very strange to say that with a constant rise in the price of an asset and you have never sold it, you have already made money. 2017-18 taught us that the cryptocurrency market is like mercury. Without taking profit today, tomorrow it may turn into a loss. Therefore, guys, try to fix the profit at least in parts, it will be much safer than waiting for the mythical 100 xx. Good luck everyone.
87  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Simpsons predicted an endless Bitcoin price growth on: April 15, 2021, 08:56:57 PM
Perhaps any prediction should be treated with a slight irony, but when it comes to the future of Bitcoin, more than half of the participants in this forum will use any excuse to be more confident in their investments, which the authorities call a “pyramid”. If The Simpsons predicted an endless rise in bitcoin, as ridiculous as it may seem at first glance, there is some truth in this. At the very least, the Simpsons' predictions should not be taken any more seriously than the info-gypsies who promise us every day that Bitcoin will rise to a million dollars by the end of the year or the fall of digital gold in the fall. Relax, people - growth is yet to come.
88  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Safe with bitcoin? on: April 15, 2021, 08:38:26 PM
Hello everybody. If we consider from the side of today's global problem - the coronavirus pandemic, then, of course, payments in cryptocurrency solve the problem of cash as possible carriers of the disease, but I am afraid that pro-government structures will not use a system that they cannot conquer. Here you can argue for a long time and talk about the disadvantages and advantages, but when it comes to security against fraudsters - if you clearly apply elementary security rules, then with bitcoins it is no more dangerous than keeping money on a debit card - fraudsters can steal from everywhere. There are certain rules in any area of life, my personal answer is yes, with bitcoins it is safer.
89  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin legit or not on: April 15, 2021, 03:26:21 PM
Hello everybody. Before figuring out whether Bitcoin is legal or not, you need to look into the legislation of the country in which you are located or live. From what I hear from the media in different countries, a very small number of regions have completely banned Bitcoin, but the oddity is not that they ban it, but that they periodically allow Bitcoin. Although I am a law-abiding citizen, nevertheless, having passed any law, government officials must first of all take care of how this law will be implemented and who will force it to be implemented. My opinion to prohibit Bitcoin is the same as to prohibit spring, and to issue a law that instead of spring it is now autumn. That which cannot be controlled is in itself above all laws. This cannot be prohibited - you can only try to adapt to it. Bitcoin is above the law.
90  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin difficult to understand on: April 15, 2021, 12:44:08 PM
Hello everybody. There is no particular secret here - a purely technical understanding is available mainly to programmers, but mostly people in this cryptocurrency market are interested in the financial component of understanding Bitcoin. It is clear that without basic knowledge of cryptocurrency, you will not earn much even on speculation, but you can always get answers to the main points and questions on this forum. The road is mastered by a pedestrian - to understand, you need to make at least some effort. I am not a professional trader, but I even understand that the bitcoin price chart moves mainly according to a certain algorithm. It is clear that it is impossible to know everything, otherwise everyone here would be millionaires. I also believe that in bitcoin trading 80 percent - stress tolerance and psychology are important, even if you are a PhD in math, there will be no success in cryptocurrency without constant endurance.
91  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Saving asset in bitcoin is much more better than saving in banks on: April 15, 2021, 11:50:19 AM
Hello everybody. I believe that you are making the right choice by transferring all investment funds to Bitcoin. For a couple of years now, I have only kept my investments in a cryptocurrency "portfolio". Of course, here you need to adhere to certain rules, and strictly follow the initially chosen tactics, and if you hold the cryptocurrency for a long time, and not look every hour into the "portfolio" in the hope of getting super profit, then the profit is many times greater than in banks.
92  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin problems that need to be solved on: April 15, 2021, 08:38:09 AM
Hello everybody. I will not say anything new - I can only share the problems related to bitcoin that I faced. Sometimes the transaction can take more than one hour. The transaction cost leaves much to be desired - to switch from one exchange to another, you need to buy an asset, the transaction cost of which is low - this is very inconvenient, time and commissions are spent on various purchases and sales. ... The rest does not bother me - I have no deposits of several thousand dollars. Still, Bitcoin is number one for me.
93  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tenants to pay rent with bitcoin on: April 15, 2021, 08:17:22 AM
Why not - if it is more convenient for people to pay for rent in Bitcoins, and for owners to receive payment in cryptocurrency, I only welcome. In my country, unfortunately, Bitcoin is prohibited as a means of payment, but I am sure that when a new, more advanced generation of politicians and lawmakers comes, everything will change for the better and they will begin to do everything for the convenience of people, and not to fill the pockets of high officials. And now we only have to envy such news from other countries.
94  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Invested in alt in 2017 ..and now need help to dont do same mistake on: April 14, 2021, 01:14:48 AM
Hello everyone, I don't like to give advice and don't consider myself a crypto fortuneteller, but if you stick with some cold calculations, you can still make money in this bull market and next crypto winter. Nobody knows what will happen tomorrow, nobody. But you can try to stick to the golden mean, keep 50% of cryptocurrencies and 50% of stablecoins, only with such a deposit placement you can minimize losses from a repeat of 2018. The fact that the cryptocurrency market will collapse without warning anyone - I think there is no doubt about that. The new crypto winter can drag on for a long time, so I only keep in my wallet those coins from which you can receive passive income - staking, farming and all that. After the price drop, there will still be a new rise - but I will already come out of the crypto winter with additional coins. Good luck to all.
95  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do I convince people that Bitcoin isn't a financial pyramid? on: April 12, 2021, 09:32:03 PM
I agree with those people who say that there is no point in convincing people, especially those with an engineering background or simply holding a solid position in society, that Bitcoin is not a pyramid. Those who believe in cryptographic progress are already here. The space of the Soviet Union was filled with pyramids in the 1990s, but the Internet was not widespread then and people are very easily misled. Now you can find expert opinion on any issue from different points of view. Personally, I don't care what definitions the official propaganda of my state assigns to Bitcoin. I earned thanks to bitcoins and will continue to earn, and whoever does not believe in bitcoin - I just feel sorry for them, but I will not persuade them - I would rather spend this time monitoring the situation in the cryptocurrency world and the opportunity to buy bitcoins even more in the upcoming correction.
96  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The acceptance of cryptocurrency worldwide on: April 12, 2021, 06:21:29 AM
Hello everybody. The global introduction of cryptocurrency now seems problematic, because today's global financial system has existed for a long time, and in formed and well-established structures, the new and difficult to predict is very difficult to accept. Until this financial system is able to integrate cryptocurrency into its scheme, namely to subordinate it to its interests, it is impossible to talk about the global adoption of cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency is a completely independent structure, and any system is, first of all, subordination. The cryptocurrency is independent, therefore, from any information mouthpiece of the state, we will be informed that cryptocurrency is a pyramid, and deception and implementation of cryptocurrency payments in state payment instruments will be excluded and prohibited in every possible way, despite all the advantages.
97  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where would you sell if you had bought 10 Bitcoin at $100? on: April 11, 2021, 05:36:07 AM
Cool simulation. If I bought $ 100 Bitcoin, even one, I would have sold everything a long time ago. I consider myself weak, subject to market manipulation. For several years of being in cryptocurrency, I make the same mistake, sitting at the monitor for days and happy or upset about the price movement, I constantly sold assets for a long time before its maximum price. I began to understand a long time ago that it is imperative to keep cryptocurrency and try not to sell, because by selling today, you are actually committing a crime in front of your wallet, because as long as there is no more advanced system than cryptocurrency, it will continue to gain value by leaps and bounds. Thanks for the simulation - even for a second, but in my imagination for a second, I became the owner of 10 Bitcoins ...
98  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price fall to Zero? Possible or not? on: April 11, 2021, 05:15:04 AM
Hello everybody. In my opinion, the value of Bitcoin can fall to zero, only with some disruptions in the network, I simply do not consider other options. Even not the most dedicated people understand that the cryptocurrency market is cyclical, and even if the price drops rapidly, over time, it will grow even faster. The further the price falls, the more people will be willing to buy Bitcoin.
99  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will governments ban Bitcoin like they did with Gold? on: April 10, 2021, 03:55:27 AM
Hello everybody. There are not so many countries that have completely banned cryptocurrency - mainly this is the adoption of various fiscal measures for the circulation of cryptocurrency in the country, obeying which, in the end, we can be left without money and with undermined psychological health, because today the power is poorly educated people who write laws in such a way that they can be interpreted as they like. Clearly fiscal laws are being written that do not take into account the interests of those citizens who hold the cryptocurrency. Although illiterate officials are in power, many still understand that it is possible to ban Bitcoin, but it is not possible to enforce this law. Therefore, even those countries that already have a complete ban on cryptocurrency will soften their attitude over time. Young people who are more progressive will come to power - I hope they will come up with such laws under which both the country and the holder of the cryptocurrency will earn good money. In the meantime, the authorities are mainly pensioners who have gone out of their minds - everything will be as it is. I think that governments will not prohibit Bitcoins due to the ineffectiveness of this action.
100  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How have you impact people with cryptocurrency knowledge on: April 10, 2021, 03:40:50 AM
An interesting question, only I'm interested in how you can influence the people who communicate with you every day, and who saw every day from 2018 to spring 2020, how the price destroyed more than a thousand deposits. A bull market, which is already a year old, cannot force many to change their psychology. When most states, including yours, have taken a clearly hostile position towards cryptocurrency holders, it is very difficult to explain to a person that he will not only not lose his savings, but will also increase them. Personally, I believe that no one should be encouraged to study cryptocurrency - people themselves, when they are ready, will enter this topic and study it thoroughly. When you start to impose your financial aspirations on people, it seems that you want to make money from them and cheat. The cryptocurrency market is still very young and in most cases unpredictable. When something new appears in this world, there are always pioneers, those who go ahead and take all the risks - when the cryptocurrency market reaches a more mature level, believe me, people will buy crowds with Bitcoin. In the meantime, you need to take advantage of this situation and remove all the "cream" of the young and unbridled cryptocurrency market.
