4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Am done with KYC on: April 19, 2019, 05:59:28 PM
KYC's go against pretty much anything I stand for in regards to lower volume average users. I think if someone is moving substantial sums of money that perhaps a KYC could be acceptable, but a KYC for a bounty program is ridiculous. That means that you actually need to trust the project with your personal information and goes against decentralization efforts. A hacker could easily steal your private information and then use your ID to cause mayhem.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: VANTA Network: the new form of BitConnect? on: April 19, 2019, 05:57:06 PM
Forcing bounty hunters to do such a task seems extremely shady at best. I would stay far away from this project. If a project is technologically sound, and is innovating, the trade volume will come regardless.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My $36,000 Invesment Turned Out Now $12,000 - Still Holding on: April 19, 2019, 05:55:21 PM
Yeah, market sentiment is turning around. If you hold, I don't think it would be too long before you return to your initial investment, and then start turning a profit again. There's a lot of exciting activity happening in the space atm.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fork and Destroy Satoshi's 1 million Bitcoin? on: April 14, 2019, 05:30:02 AM
I think that the precedent of such a fork would completely destroy the trust in Bitcoin itself. Such a suggestion goes against the very nature of bitcoin. It is a permanent ledger of all prior transactions. Even if those coins did eventually move, the market would absorb them and those coins are already counted in the circulating supply calculations regardless. He mined them and had a fair could have learned about Bitcoin at an earlier period of time and mined a huge amount of coins yourself if you had done your homework. Bitcoin is a global free market that is designed to be immune to any central interference.

Such a fork would mean Bitcoin is no longer decentralized.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DOGE] Dogecoin - very currency many coin - v1.10.0 on: April 14, 2019, 05:09:27 AM
Do i miss something? What is new here? Dogecoin already excist...........??!!
You might have missed many then  Grin Dogecoin is here since 2013 and doing great. It's popular and loyal as dog(e) for many  Grin Wink

Indeed this is here from long time it has potential to give surprise to everyone. Doge is most favorite coin that's the reason why it is still into very solid movement but it need to make some research about the potential of this coin to understand what is this in real and how big it could be.

I agree. The fact that DOGE is a known brand in cryptosphere and has been resilient for years now means it gained the trust of the community and should therefore continue to make improvements and innovations to be very competitive for a longer term.

Dogecoin already has some of the lowest fee's and also confirms transactions with incredible speed. It has secured it's spot as likely the only meme coin that will always be a top 100 crypto haha...What else is there left for Doge to do?
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥🔥 [BOUNTY][LIVE] ZED - Live Horseracing Dapp - WIN RACES, EARN ETH [NO KYC]🔥 on: April 12, 2019, 09:34:34 PM

10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] NIX - Next gen privacy currency & multi-layered interoperability platform on: April 12, 2019, 09:14:04 PM
Wow you guy's are going to be featured on Fox Business? That's impressive.

Is there going to be a place that you post the segment online so that the community that doesn't have cable television or are unavailable at that time will be able to check it out?
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [FCT] The Factom Protocol (Since 2014) on: April 11, 2019, 08:06:35 PM
Quite a lot of recent news has been coming to Factom, I think I'm going to have to consider getting a bag. Your use-case of blockchain is pretty impressive.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who will win the smart contracts competition? on: April 09, 2019, 06:57:44 PM
I think EOS is going to be a major contender...although who knows what could happen with Zilliqa or Cardano when they are both fully released...
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Planning for summer 2019 on: April 06, 2019, 06:15:47 AM
I plan on selling my mining rig....buying an oculus rift...and enjoying warmer weather....

Not a bad plan. I know it's way too hot here where I live in AZ to be powering up my rig for the summer.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Are you mining Ethash or Grin? on: April 06, 2019, 06:14:19 AM
Meh, I've been thinking about powering up my mining rig once again, but Summer is coming so idk if it's even worth trying at this point. Might check out the XMR mining and give that a little try.

Shame that someone attempted to harm our project....meh, GJ GTM team for doing what's necessary for the project to not be vulnerable to these types of attacks any longer.
