421  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I don't care about the price now. Nobody knows how much my portfolio is worth on: March 18, 2018, 04:24:34 PM
really, if you are sure of your choice of coin then you should go and forget what you are investing now because even though you are currently monitoring may be the sadness that you will feel right now.
Yep, the best way is to stop monitoring the price every day, you may see an unusual movement in the price that would trigger you for selling plus the negative news about the cryptocurrencies would affect your will to resist of selling, better to do something else by making yourself busy that would completely isolate your attention on the price charts, if you truly believe in your portfolio that it may last that long and may recover from the crashes you can do that, holding a useless coins are worthless to hold in a long run.
422  Economy / Speculation / Re: Opinion on BTC price on: March 18, 2018, 04:10:39 PM
I know im not alone but im a little worried about the btc price decrease. Im still gonna keep holding but im wondering what everyone is thinking about this and whether a price jump is possible to the near future.
I'm thinking that next year the same thing happens again, bitcoin will drop its price for up to 70% tons of people will fear and make a panic selling scheme to cut the loss, bitcoin will recover again, slap their own faces cause they did not hold and buy more bitcoins while it is cheap then they are going to FOMO mode to ride the trend repeats its cycle another type of discussion created for this saying all the time just hold and buy cheap.

I know im not alone but im a little worried about the btc price decrease. Im still gonna keep holding but im wondering what everyone is thinking about this and whether a price jump is possible to the near future.

I think that BTC price can't be less than 5k$ at present. Overall I suppose that BTC price will be 25-30k $ till the end of this year
That would be a possibility to reach new heights of the price of 30k making the people who sold their bitcoin regret, I hope that no whales will gonna dump their own bitcoin then make the crypto market in bloody days again its painful to watch.
423  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is It Serious, I Started To Worry...... on: March 18, 2018, 03:51:10 PM
What kind of different opinions that make you afraid of? what about the price correction? if you believe that the current events are all because of the price correction then it means that it is just a temporary downtrend so to make it clear you don't need to fear cause that is just an opinion, at the end of the day it's up to you if your going to believe from those type opinion and take it as an action with the downtrend.

Yes if price reach 5k$ BTC system will crash
Really System? 2009 price 1 bitcoin = 0.0001 and still reaches up to this point of price, if it reaches 5k then it would be a sale party.
424  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum under $400 will be a good buy or ? on: March 18, 2018, 03:05:40 PM
It seems pretty much confirmed we can see Ethereum going under $400 these days.

Qn - Is it a good buy under $400 or wait for even more price drop?

It would go for another dip of 300 USD below in my opinion, beneficial for those people were gonna buy ETH but for those who are holding a stash of it have a major loss on its price, its a domino effect in the community plus some factors that influence people's decisions like FUD's and stuff, if your not digging enough information from the latest news it's gonna be a misleading decisions for the everyone, well let's see if the bloodbath continues to strike the price on march.

Worst of all, if Ethereum return to the price of $ 10-15. Then enjoy only the state, which could discourage an increase in capitalization cryptocurrency
That would be the most frustrating period for the long-term holders of ETH what a huge discount for such a precious coin better to wait for that price if that would occur.
425  Economy / Economics / Re: if bitcoin cant scale how does it reach 1 million in 2020? on: March 17, 2018, 05:48:36 PM
if bitcoin can not scale if alot of transaction is taking place, how would it reach to 1 million predicted by mcafee? mcafee talks about mining cost and limited supply of bitcoin. forgot what else he says. but if bitcoin can not scale. would it reach to 1 million? lets say alot of merchants are taking bitcoin but it have gotten slow like a bank. is it as useful now?
Chances to hit 1 million USD by the year 2020 has a slim possibility, we can consider the unpredictable environment of cryptocurrency and its future developments like LN which can increase the percentage of its chances because of its improved features, scaling solution and wide adaptation still it's an exaggerated prediction of price to consider with, I just heard that his price prediction is 500k dollars so the bet increased to 1 mln per bitcoin? can't wait for the outcome in 2020 there would be a consequence if he loses the bet read his statement.
426  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do BTC and ALTS have a future - or is it a pipe dream on: March 17, 2018, 05:32:37 PM
There is a lot of negativity about Bitcoin and ALTS.
In my experience when negativity outweighs the positive the outcome is not good.
Constructive thought please!
Hope I am wrong!
Don't view it as a negative factor, make a perception that it is a difficulty, complication, hindrance and storm destructive but temporary, negativity belongs to the spreader of Fud's and fake news just to dump bitcoin, there's a ton of negative reviews and articles about the cryptocurrency especially the bitcoin you can search the web just to view all those mainstream articles and opinions who call it a bubble or scam, false negative never outweighs it, ads ban and proper regulation was needed in order to peel those scammer bastards.
427  Economy / Economics / Re: after Facebook on: March 17, 2018, 05:13:58 PM
After Facebook banned the crypto relates ads next is google then who
What is the possibly effect of thier step did
Can this be a good thing cause it can stop the crypto money loundering
Or it can be bad cause it can hold the btc for spreadin share your thoughts

https://www.cnbc.com/2018/03/13/google-bans-crypto-ads.html

I don't see any possibility of money laundering through crypto advertisements. I mean what makes you think that crypto ads can get your money laundered! The crypto advert is meant for publishing different project ideas amongst the targeted people who are interested in spending money into these projects. These projects are mostly related to the different utility tokens, automobile industry or even healthcare projects etc. If you think that by any means this is money laundering then I dont think you have understood the concept completely. Both are different things in first place.
Yeah it's a different thing if you're going to go for the meaning of money laundering, I think the proper terminology for this is the scam, money laundering might be after you got scammed cause the scammers need to make their illegal and stolen assets into a legitimate form of money, For the OP's question it is for the protection of the future potential investors in the cryptocurrency because I've encountered tons of people who got scammed from a crypto project found on a google or facebook ads later on they keep telling that cryptocurrency is just a scam accusing the whole crypto a scam can't blame them though.
428  Economy / Speculation / Re: which coins I should hold for profit in the months to come. on: March 17, 2018, 04:48:16 PM
should I keep both of them in a situation like this? I hold WAVES and RIPPLE. actually I do not panic, but just want to hold just one of the coins that I call. WAVES or RIPPLE should I remove? and what do you think the coins I hold are very dependent on bitcoin?
Why to cut one of them if they're going pump in no time, don't cut your losses by selling one of your coins instead buy more coins from the market bloodbath, it's a sale period to buy discounted price of most of the altcoins.

Are you referring to the Mt Gox attorney who keeps dumping BTC?  I thought that was last week.  Hoping he had stopped for a while.
The trustee is just resting for a while in a bed of million dollars throwing like a sheet of paper in the air waiting for another 20k pump or more before selling again, man that is a huge amount worth 400 million dollars of bitcoin and 45 million worth of BCH all because of the word panic.
429  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what you should do crisis time in trading ? on: March 17, 2018, 04:22:04 PM
I saw many people are struggle with money management in crisis time and loose their attentions. as result many people get frustrated. they will try to get out from this situation very badly ..what do you think how you can manage your money in this situation or what would be your step?
Mind conditioning is one of the first things that you need to understand and execute, trading is a battlefield for the crypto traders it means your going to a non-merciful and a bloody war of cryptocurrency with their own fluctuating price negatively or positively, win or lose, hold or sell and pump or dump, it's all about your own decisions, investments, strategy, analyzation, updated and understanding. A weak-minded trader or a holder may bite some FUD's and dumps that results on a panic selling mode.
430  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: General trend down MARCH 2018. Any idea? on: March 16, 2018, 05:14:10 PM
Hello guys,

Any idea why all coins dropping that much these days?
Mt.gox trustee panic selling here
Facebook bans all ICO related project ads here
Google did the same thing, plans to ban all types of crypto-related ads in June here
and many more that the mainstream media and other personalities took the opportunity to spread fear and panic selling, though Facebook and Google have a good intention to protect its users against scam and hackers, it still affects the price of bitcoin and most of the altcoins, it's just a possibility that these factors affect its price there would be other factors why it is happening in the market. Take time to read all the articles or you may follow crypto related websites that broadcast fair and balanced news so that you are constantly updated with the current happenings.
431  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: STOP AirDROP SCAM! on: March 16, 2018, 05:02:15 PM
There are too many false airdrops in circulation, most of them pay little or nothing. Personally I am only doing airdrops of high rated companies after doing detailed analysis, it is useless to waste time for nothing
Very little profit, I read some conversation that they got 1 - 2 dollars worth of the useless tokens, they are so mad about it but the reality is that there are tons of participants who are constantly dumping the price of the said token better to be thankful that the coin hit exchanges and the devs pay them cause 85 - 95% of airdrops are total scams or abandoned.

Yeah, now i stop to join Airdrop.
90% of Airdrop is scam.
And the coin of them is not have exchanger.
So, i dont wanna do Airdrop again.

How about you guys ??
Got a lot of coins from a bounty that cost 5 to 8 ETH based on the ICO price guess what? the project ended in January until now there's no update. That was my first bounty when I was a newbie traumatic experience.

I think you shouldn't waste your time participating in Airdrops, most of them are scams at the moment. Even if you get your tokens, most of them will cost like 1$ or so.
You hit it, though they are free tokens you need to follow their rules to get the coin, funny thing is some projects requires KYC to claim a 1 dollar cost tokens.
432  Economy / Economics / Re: Why are people doing so many things to frustrate crytocurrency on: March 16, 2018, 04:40:29 PM
I came across an article recently. Google is joining Facebook and Twitter to ban all crypto related ads. Why does everyone seem to want to frustrate crytocurrency?
Twitter have no official statement and implementation of the so-called bans in the ads that contain the promotions and websites of a specific cryptocurrency or ICO not in the present we can say Google follows the footsteps and measures of the ban implemented by the facebook, twitter may follow the examples of the two giant company in relation of the ban because of the pressure though it is not confirmed and announced yet, we have to expect the possibility or the worse cases, they are frustrated by the increasing scams from the complaining users, I read some complaints that why google allow such a scamful website to promote and boost its ads. Though it may have an impact it can protect and preserve potential investors in the cryptocurrency.
433  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trading by technical analysis or just intuition? on: March 16, 2018, 04:12:20 PM
In such a bearish market, are you making your trading moves by technical analysis or just follow your heart and believe some coin will start to bounce back hardly or something else?
It is better to trade that backing and guides your decisions rather than to trade because your heart and soul says so, we don't have a perfect analysis but having it from the right people or references you can plan and strategize wisely without consulting your beating hearts desires, harmful environments of the market needs an accurate analysis, investigation, research and your own decision. You may have a winning situation cause your following your instincts but it is coincidentally, don't risk and play with your hard earned money or else you may lose it all because of your heart.
434  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Questionable wealth because of Crypto on: March 16, 2018, 03:58:45 PM
Our Government here will always question people who become rich instantly, sometimes they will relate all the wealth to drugs and smuggling so they can send us to jail for a questionable wealth and not paying taxes. they will do background checking, even if they dont find any illegal activities we did they still think that we do illegal. What if I become rich because of BTC do you think they will believe if I say that its bitcoin that making me rich? How will I explained to them?
The first paragraph of the sentence is almost correct, however, the rest is an exaggerated scene from a movie or drama though it is possible to happen if you owe something bad or an arrears to a person with a great influence on the authority or a government official then you are in a pretty bad position its possible that they can do the said scenario if your going to reveal your wealth but in the normal case, they are not allowed to do that as it is against to the laws of the Government, sending us to jails without any proof or any legal process to defend and explain yourself? you can't escape the questioning if your going to sell all your coins constantly, even the crypto exchange will ask about it most if they are centralized, be honest and pay your taxes, don't need to worry if your not doing anything wrong.
435  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Google will ban all crypto and ICO ads in June and now? on: March 15, 2018, 04:50:23 PM
They are suing to ban cryptocurrency and ICO's but did not take the same action against the ads about Phishing websites and other malicious threats which contain viruses, scams and adware? it is reasonable to understand why they are banning ICO's and its projects but to include legitimate sites like exchanges, trading and wallet websites? this is nuts but we can see the positive side of the picture, scam projects and services will take its time and effort to advertise their platform, legitimate projects and websites don't need a flashy promotion just to attract investors and users cause they have a clear goals who have a potential to grow both the platform and the coin.
436  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ripple and XRP are partnering with many banks, why does the price keep falling. on: March 15, 2018, 04:33:13 PM
Ripple is actually being used over 100 companies all over the world far better than most cryptocurrency adoption by companies, some of which are using it for pilot testing and some of them have already adopted it.
Their tokens are meant to be like a vehicle for online money transportation through the RippleNet which connects banks, payment providers, digital asset exchanges and corporates but still yet in the past two years the price as not been impressive as it ought to be what can really be the cause?? Wink
Ripple and XRP? like it is meant that those words are different coins, it must be Ripple(XRP) btw I read this news but the thing is some banks and other businesses will use ripples blockchain, not the currency itself which is not that impactful to its price and the fact that the main coin which is bitcoin price is decreasing over the past months and now the current price is ranging between 7K to 9K USD, it impacts most of the altcoins out in the market and that counts the Ripple itself.

Because the price went up due to too much hype.
Then the price went down due to FUD's, panic selling, banning ads over facebook and google which the people took dramatically that triggers them to sell.
437  Economy / Economics / Re: Shitcoins are necessary for the economy on: March 15, 2018, 04:21:05 PM
As long as we want to, those coins need to vanish from the pits of the oblivion, you don't know how those useless coins and their greedy and drooling devs behind it cost much damage to the existing legit and long-term coins, can't blame for those people who got scammed by this coins due to the lack of knowledge, experience and understanding the proper analyzation over the promising coins or projects what's the effect? we lose potential investors, thinking that crypto coins are all scams expect articles, post and blogs on the next day, the community and the market has a big NO for those coins.
438  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New coin are scam nowadays on: March 15, 2018, 02:58:44 PM
Hello, I am new in this forum but not new in cryptocurrencies,  I started trading cryptocurrency in 2016 and my first cryptocurrency I bought that time is vergecurrency and other penny coin. And I returned my money in bundle because they have good tech and very good team..So early this year I noticed that a lot of coin is now scam and failed promises. So please if you want to buy any coin don't go to coinmarketcap only because coinmarketcap can list any coin without verifying it well, just go to their telegram group and ask questions I think this can help you stay away from scam coin...
This currencies and its technology became more and more phenomenal as the years count by, expect tons of scams, abandoned and failed promises as a lot of people, scammers, developers legit or not are trying join and creat its own ICO projects, depending on what coins your looking on the CMC cause not all coins listed are legit as it shows, don't depend too much on the coinmarketcap even in your suggestion about the telegram, remember scammers improve and make its ways to fool people deploying a responsive and knowledgeable admins on the group. Be vigilant always read the whitepaper and the goals of the products.
439  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum: beware of fake Ethereum online wallets and pishing emails on: March 13, 2018, 08:58:39 AM
I wonder why google do not care about that things and accept those fake apps in Google play?

Also I saw phishing sites advertised in AddWords appeared on the top of the google search...

as of December 2017 google play store declared that they have 3.5 million active apps ready to download on their own platform so there are tons of developers who are constantly uploads and updates application paid or free every day so it's pretty hard to review all the contents, the only thing we can do is to report those garbage and scammy applications, for the Phishing site don't know why Google is allowing those scammers to promote their websites to fool people, I think it depends on the keywords bidding and keywords quality on the google searches, by the way, thanks for the heads up OP.
440  Economy / Economics / Re: Centralization of banking through cryptocurrency? on: March 13, 2018, 08:33:51 AM
Base on the speculation of other members here in the forum that in the near future banks all over the world will adapt the system of cryptocurrency and it will eventually centralized all banking transaction in one with the cryptocurrency or the digital currency. In that period of time digital currency is not like an asset or investment anymore. Its price will be stabilized and it could be use all over the world where comfort of traveling just to use the digital currency as a form of payment. However, it is the news nowadays has the opposite of their speculation since there are countries banning already the use of cryptocurrency. In your point of view, Will it happen to centralized money all over the world through the use of cryptocurrency? Or it will just pass and nothing will ever change in our system of banking. Or do you have any speculation with cryptocurrency? I need to justify the speculation's probability.
Many among the major and big banks will refuse to the usage of cryptocurrency for their transactions and businesses, what do you mean that all banking transactions will centralize in one cryptocurrency? did you mean that all of the banking society and companies will adopt the usage of specific crypto? centralization is the opposite of the most cryptocurrencies we have in availability mostly the famous bitcoin, it was created to eliminate the banking and third-party transactions making it P2P payments systems, on the other hand, the blockchain is the possible way that the banking and businesses will adapt to upgrade and improve their platforms.
