Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] TrustLogics : Blockchain For Trusted And Secured Professional Data

I get the other money making parts like the verification part and referral part but how will the reputation building system work? Whta does the users need to do? Will they just need to write up regarding someone else's schools and training even though they don't know about it?
I think it might work like up vote or like or something like that, and it seems that each profile has some kind of percentage in it so those with high percentage have better profiles, sort of. Will it be trustworthy then? If the school or training institution is really good, then there would be no problem building its reputation and building the reputation of the applicant. Is that how it works? I'm not sure hot it really works but it probably means you just have to build the applicant's reputation and get paid by it, probably. Not sure how that could help an applicant since the application should speak for itself. That's why the applicants must pass his/her data information for them to be approve by the validators thru their request, and that's the only they can do but to wait in the meantime. Because their reputaion will be base on their resume accordingly for them to be accept by the company as well. So basically it would still depend on your background before the applicants will be accepted at whatever application. That would still be a good idea to pass on the information to get to know the applicant as well. Checking your applicants background should be necessary so that you can be sure that you will hire someone that can deliver the job properly. I've visited websites for online jobs and they also practice this method.

Economy / Economics / Re: How to double your money using BTC?

Or if you don't want to wait that long go ahead and exchange your fiat into bitcoin and go to any dice site that has provably fair, deposit and all in in 2x. Although your chances of busting is very high so gamble at own risk and stay away if possible.

I'd certainly keep about 3/4 of it and wait for about a year or two before cashing out or re-investing, well that depends if bitcoin will be that successful which i think most likely it will.

Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin End World Poverty?

It can't end poverty but it can lessen if you are more than willing to exchange your bitcoins to fiat and donate it. Bitcoin leads to corruption and greed, just look at those scam sites and people scamming people for gain, how can that end poverty? There will always be pros and cons with bitcoin.

Economy / Economics / Re: BTC Price Pumps and Forks

As the price of BTC is increasing on an upward trend and falls only by few bucks, short-term Alternative Coin traders are crying blood. I believe it is due to the upcoming fork. How many more forks are we expecting in the future? It seems that through forks they are pumping the price of btc and once the price becomes stagnant they will start another fork.
Yeah, i think the sudden overwhelming demand of bitcoin occured due to upcoming possiblity of bitcoin gold fork. People are engaged in pursuit of more and more btc, hence traders predict its position will be at peak. I am in hope of its continueous increase after fork so that we can take sufficient profits from it. Exactly, after the fork will the price of btc still increase? Maybe yes, but how much and until when? If the price after the fork plummets or become stagnant will we expect another fork by the next month? Will it be a trend so people will hoard as much bitcoin as possible.

Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin can not replace fiat

Of course it can't. Bitcoin is not accessible to all people specially the people who live on below poverty line. Value wise it is the most expensive currency but imagine going to the store buying things using bitcoin and waiting for a transaction to be confirmed. Hell no.
What are you talking. If the price reaches the value of 10k $,bitcoin will replace the dollar. FIAT of various type.First one is dollar. At first bitcoin will replace the dollar and follow by Euro and so on.But it takes some time to make replace the FIAT. You can trust bitcoin ,it will replace FIAT. Dude is this really your account? There is no way a crypto-currency will replace a fiat. Let us all be realistic, it may sound nice but be realistic, even if the price goes over 10k it will never be accessible to all. The higher the price of bitcoin the harder it will be accessed by everyone. People with knowledge and being familiar with bitcoin does not mean they are with it.

The price is cheap now but I am expecting more price dip for this alt before the fork. For long-term investment or trading it is a good time to buy some and wait for few weeks after the fork to trade at own risk. And when btc price becomes stagnant prepare for another dip.

Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to play gambling in a smart way?
|
on: September 05, 2017, 02:48:17 PM

Smart gambling is gambling using free money so when you lose you wouldn't feel very bad. Free money from rains and faucet sites and freebies. If you gamble with your own money then there will be no smart gambling, just need to stop at the right time which seems to be very hard to achieve.

Bah, it is not a poison. If it was in fact a poison then all religion that exist is a poison. It really depends on the person how he perceive his religion. It's those radicals that makes it a poison, talking shit about others religion to glorify his.

I am often late from work due to gambling. Did you ever lose time from work or school due to gambling?
Its an early sign of addiction maybe? If you know you have something very important to do and just set it aside to gamble is clearly an early sign of an addiction. Just don't let it take your job away, gambling for profit is good but don't let it take away the main source of your income.
