FINALLY... miningpool hub turned on ETN payouts and I received 436 ETN woot! into my Cryptopia account  So I do believe ill resume mining there lol I still have 2 other small piles of ETN (paper wallet and on herominers) I've yet to retrieve... but this sure is encouraging. I don't feel like have wasted 3.5 days of mining ETN now lol got some of it in the bank  Ahh these crazy crypto coins.... never a dull moment Thanks for the update. I will give it another try from the online wallet and let you know how it goes. Edit: It worked! Finally!! It took about 2 hours, but it went through! It feels good doesn't it lol  |

Does anyone else experience an outage while mining. For the last 2 days at random my miners all start throwing error messages and stop receiving and submitting shares, YET they still are on line and connected to the pools. And this is not just one pool. I am mining on 2 pools and when it starts it affects all miners connected to both pools. Weird. Also its not me, I don't think lol as while its having its issues, I can connect and mine perfectly on any given Equihash pool with no problems. Only seems to happen randomly with the ETN network.  I had it a few days ago that the miner didn't had a connection to the pool (in the standard 20 seconds what is use for reconnect, it just go further so no problems). If i look at my logs today, 0 disconnections. U can check if ur modem/router/firewall/nat/ports/upnp is fucking ur miner up. Well don't think its my new router as it has performed well on a host of other coins for almost 2 years 24/7. Only have seen this while mining the new ETN irregardless of the pool. And when it starts, all do the same errors at the same time, like is if the ETN network is bugging out. It eventually clears up. Also I noticed on mininghubpool where i am also mining the pool hash rate dipped and so did the other pool I was on, Herominer, it lost all miners except one, then a few returned after about 10-15 minutes or so... Hm that's crazy yes, i know what ur talking about only my downtimes are not so long, its more like; no connection to the pool (also on more then 1 pool at the same time, here i have a miner on nanopool and a miner on fairhash atm) but the connection is back in like 20 seconds. But here i just resetted the router and after i didnt saw that messages anymore (? luck or can u also try this haha?) Whoooops I just checked my logs again, this error appeared around the 24-26 hours ago: Stratum - reading socket failed 0, disconnect

Because this is the claymore miner, dont know about xmrstak Yep that error and a couple others generated by Claymore....  I did check my upnp etc and found 4 connections to libtorrent in my upnp, most likely from a Kodi program on a laptop lol so for good measure I disabled that but am about to reset to factory defaults my router which should remove that. But i still am inclined to think its a bug in the ETN network until I can prove otherwise. Also more fine print to read... I am trying out mininghubpool all seems as it should. went to to do a manual payment (in hopes of testing a payout to Cryptopia) only to read later that they have payouts disabled until the ETN network is stable" they say. I swear I cant win. Now I have over 3000 ETN I still cant get my hands on  |

Yes that's exactly right! Everyone in here that is mining, probably on nano, if you have a card or 2 (GPU) to point to hereominers that would be really nice. You still will make the same or more as you will on nano,. Granted it may take a little longer for your payouts but it will be the same amount of coins for your shares submitted, just get paid in one big payout vs hundreds of tiny ones Ok, great pool, with low fees low minimums and lots of useful info displayed on pool. Give it a try with just a couple of your cards!  Beter use electroneum.miningpoolhub.com u can do manual payments, auto payments, payments directly to exchange and u can do an auto algo switch. When we got our rewards on nanopool (if we ever get that rewards because now when almost everything is working, they say not a word anymore about the mining rewards what we should get) i am also moving back to miningpoolhub. For now it's a waste if ur mining ETN at all. The diff is to high again and almost all blocks got found by 1-2 big players (etn themself maybe i dont know), pools find almost no blocks. Those 1-2 big players are also dumping every minute-hour the coins and the price is getting lower and lower. When is the 51% attack comming? It's easy to get more then 50% of the total hashrate, before the fork (when asics were active) i earned more etn by mining, this is crazy ha. Nicehash should be blocked i think, they fucking the coin up. Ya perhaps thats where I should be mining lol I sure managed to get my self in a pickle the last 3 days  First I now have 700 coins in a paper wallet I'm not sure ill ever retrieve and now I have 1700 coins "current payout est" on a pool without enough hash rate to block and then they are designated to Cryptopia if and when we do block, and no guarantees the coins will post there on the exchange lol I got tied up the last day and half and kept mining on Hereominers, which I only wanted a quick handful of coins to test to Cryptopia. When i first joined Hero they had hash and had found a couple of blocks... so it looked good. Well of course as soon as I get up and running there all the other hash went away so now I am stuck waiting to block and hoping my coins make it to Cryptopia What a mess Will look at miningpoolhub see whats up there which I do have an acct there already.... |
