2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Simple Tips Keeping Your Bitcoin from Hackers. on: November 22, 2018, 11:53:23 PM
- We must have our own way to keep our Bitcoin safe. The account we use must have a unique password, and not easily guessed.

- Do not equate account passwords associated with Bitcoin with other accounts such as social media, because it is vulnerable to hack, let alone the followers of its social media a lot.

- Use two-factor or 2FD authentication. Additional security layers are easy to apply. Quite a few apps like Google Authenticator as a 2FD installation provider. In essence, it works as a second security layer after the password. When you've entered a keyword into your account, the system will request a two-factor authentication code. The six-digit code does not need to be memorized because it changes every 30 seconds.

- And one more, do not trust everyone. Suppose we provide information about our Bitcoin account to our Mother, it is not impossible that our mother could just tell it to someone else. With the spread of such information will increase the potential for breaking.
Thank you for the tips that you shared to us, hope I can use it in the future. I believe that as a bitcoin user you must be control the cryptos you have, just dont depend on the wallet you have but also secure yourself and do the right things and trust no one.
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: New Survey Shows 80% Of Americans Have Heard Of Bitcoin on: November 22, 2018, 11:43:54 PM
The survey gives us very positive results. This proves that Bitcoin in particular and virtual currency are generally popular with a country like the United States. This ratio is quite true for other normal countries, except those that are too backward. This survey shows that people are skeptical about Bitcoin's ability to be successful and stable, as they still believe that Bitcoin will be unlucky, and they still believe in using the flat.
I agree with, I think that it is a positive result and I hope that it will help the bitcoin and its community to be better. I hope also that that percentage of people that heard about bitcoin will now use it also so that it can really helps the economy of the bitcoin.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is neither money nor asset nor payments system, but a mere record of... on: November 22, 2018, 11:38:17 PM
you can play with words all you like but that will never change any facts about bitcoin.
bitcoin matches the definition of a currency, a medium of exchange and a payment system perfectly well https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Currency and it has been designed to do that in a decentralized manner and has been doing exactly that in the past 10 years.
Yeah you are right, although it is new to the world that there is a virtual money that does not have any physical form, because we grew up in a kind of money that we can usually touch or feel but because of the fact that science improves our society then it makes our way of living better.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does the death of Bitcoin also mean the death of cryptomania?? on: November 22, 2018, 11:18:38 PM
If bitcoin will be dead then cryptos might be dead too because every crypto move depends on bitcoin price as you always on the market and all cryptocurrencies are being traded with bitcoin and it is the major need of cryptos.
Bitcoin is the king of the cryptocurrency, if bitcoin died then there is a higher chance that other cryptocurrency might died too. Bitcoin is the famous cryptos of all and it is now the common cryotos that a person has. Although cryptos are independent to each other, there are some cases that one may affects the other cryptos.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Nobody Buying Cryptocurrency :( on: November 22, 2018, 11:15:48 PM
Pheww sigh I can't believe there is still more selling than buying at these price levels.  What is going on?  Are people still selling because of fear of Craig White and bchsv or has the difficulty in bitcoin dropped.  Investors have gone out of their minds to be selling altcoins when they are down 90 to 99 percent, but what I cant believe is nobody buying them.
The market is still good there are some problems that is bitcoin facing off. Some Panic sellers sell their bitcoin in a lower price, on the otherhand, there are still people that are buying bitcoin but it is minimal because at this moment the poeple are starting to sell tgeir bitcoin than buying one because it is always happening.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with your 13 bitcoins on: November 22, 2018, 11:12:46 PM
What is your favorite part of bitcoins. Sorry about writing about the 13 bitcoins, I was writing it for another person and by mistake it ended up here
13 bitcoin is a huge amount of money, but now as you can see the price of bitcoin is not as good as the past year so if I were on your shoes, I will hold it until the right time comes that the price of bitcoin will increased and that is the time that I will sell it and invest it to different tokens.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not to banned or rejected on: November 22, 2018, 10:21:23 PM
To my knowledge people have talked much about bitcoin bane and it's rejected from the world but still they are not successful and it won't be true even we will not see that time when bitcoin will reject from the world and it is not controllable so people can use it every where in the world with out any further force and people use it for their good usage now.
Some government of different countries are rejecting bitcoin, we dont know the real reasons why they are doing this but it is a bad thing becaise they did not accept the next future currency of our world. Still bitcoin is on the top although some coutries are against to bitcoin.
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where are the true believers of Bitcoin? on: November 22, 2018, 10:06:01 PM
Wait, who's panicking? The usual clickbaity articles all over the internet? Lol. The entire market is in the red, so it's not like it's solely Bitcoin's problem. Everything will bounce back like they always do. It's currently speculated that the hashrate slide caused this, and if it's true, then it's completely a non-issue; it was from a knee-jerk reaction from Chinese miners.
Its funny that there are still people that are afraid when the price of bitcoin is decreasing and getting some red mark, we all know that the price of bitcoin is unstable, that there is a time when bitcoin is in a higher part and sometimes it is in below, dont be panic, just stay calm and wait.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it Game Over for Bitcoin? on: November 22, 2018, 10:02:18 PM
Game Over when we're still not yet at 90%? I would worry at that, so 1999 will be the price that gets me a little scared. But I'll know from the past others have been through that it's a cycle that's happened before and will definitely happen again, but maybe with more years in between. Everybody talks about experience and yet they're still not prepared when the old stories come round again. Glad to be in my first bear. Stories for everybody to share in a few years from now!
I agree with you, we can say that bitcoin is just a video game there is a time that we enter a easy level but sometimes there are some level that is much harder but still we are just pushing ourselves and the bitcoin to conquer it and to become the bitcoin we want it to be.
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Target Market of Bitcoin on: November 22, 2018, 09:59:55 PM
I don't really understand whay you want to say, but if you are asking who are the target market of bitcoin? then my answer is maybe the people, community and the government economy. I am not sure in that.
I agree with the example that you showed to us, I believe that the target market of the bitcoin are the businessmen and the government economy so that if they will attract these two then there price will makes it higher so that it is a good impact to all of us who are a bitcoin user.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why would people want to adopt Bitcoin as a payment option? on: November 22, 2018, 09:56:13 PM
We live in a world where we are bombarded with choices and the same goes for payment methods. We currently have a veriety of different payment methods, like : Credit Cards / Debit Cards / PayPal / Payment processors /  Charge cards / Prepaid cards / Phone and mobile payments / Money orders / Online Banking ePayments (OBeP) / Cheque and Crypto currencies.

looking at the wide selection of options on the table, would you be able to motivate people to adopt Bitcoin, over any of the other options?

What sets Bitcoin apart from these other options and how would you differentiate between these payment methods and Bitcoin? What makes Bitcoin better?

Let's discuss.  Wink
People want to adopt to bitcoin as a payment of transaction because we are live in a 21st century that the main thing about it is the technology that helps people to make there way of living much easier so that bitcoin is one of the tool that makes our way of living easier and much faster.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is worth more use of gold? on: November 22, 2018, 09:53:41 PM
I think in terms of the number of users/owners of Gold and bitcoin, that of bitcoin should be more. I take my analysis from the levels of people who use both.

For Gold, it is usually the wealthy's pride. Gold is mostly used by the rich who see it as a store of value and class. But, bitcoin is not a class commodity, every strata of human community, society and persons can have access to it.

The popularity of bitcoin is more because it also plays a dual role of store house for affluence and also for payment purposes.
Two things are valuable and very worth it, i think we dont need to compare the two because of the fact that these two are used in different ways, bitcoin is used in the virtual world while gold have been used in real world to be used to aesthetics, economics and etc.
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are you worried about? on: November 22, 2018, 09:39:32 PM
I think that there is always something to worry about but this doesn't mean that we need panic because this will lead to nowhere. To my mind,it is better to be calm and not worry about anything. This will help you to live and enjoy your work
Every kind of thing have problems but this kind of problems are the key to make that thing better, we can say that bitcoin have lots of problem today but I believe that oneday all that problems will be solved and its price become higher and higher.
15  Economy / Speculation / Re: What we can do now other than saying HODL? on: November 22, 2018, 09:35:27 PM
Since the last week the price of bitcoin and all the crypto currencies were falling too much,me and lot of other normal small scale investor affected very large by this price fall. Many people saying that this current price fall is due to BCH hashrate war so what we can do now to minimize our losses other than saying the words HODLing as a community?
There are some problems that the bitcoin facing today, so that the price of bitcoin is also affected to that, although the price of bitcoin is in low price, tha tdoes not mean that bitcoin is fading now, for me just hold your bitcoin first and be updated to what is happening to bitcoin while waiting, try to do something productive.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens when bitcoin becomes stable? on: November 22, 2018, 09:30:57 PM
The price of bitcoin has not shown any significant rise or drop for almost two months now. What do you think could be the cause. Or do you think at long last bitcoin is going to be stable.
The price of bitcoin os almost stable because of the fact that the supply and demand of the bitcoin is balance, there is no something big rise or drop of the supply and demand of bitcoin in the market. I think every year the price of bitcoin is unpredictable so we cant say that it will last for a long time or it will not.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: EVERY TIME IS RIGHT TO BUY AND SELL on: August 06, 2018, 11:20:26 PM
Looking at how BTC is and its ability to increase, I have seen people posting all all over the forum that can I buy now, is this the right time to buy and many more. To me I think every time is the right and best time to buy BTC so we should go on and buy any amount we want to and stop all those post because when you buy now there will surely be a time to come where it will increase in price for you to enjoy it. We can buy and sell anytime and anytime is the best time. What do you think guys? Any suggestions?
No, there is a right time for us to buy and sell any cryptocurrency, it is not always right time to buy or sell because bitcoin is always changing and as we can see that if you want to have a higher profit then wait for the right time to come in.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your investment strategy? on: August 06, 2018, 11:14:32 PM
Hello all.

The current situation of the market is not so good. I believe that some of you are panic, some are giving up, some holding to die.  Cry

Could you please share with us your current investment strategy so that everybody can learn from your good practices and overcome this tough time?

Buy low and then sell it later in a ihgher price as you can see bitcoin is always changing and we can predict whether where it will rise or fall down so I believe that patience is a good behavior that we need to have as a bitcoin users.
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hello crypto! Bye bye credits? on: August 05, 2018, 11:16:18 PM
I wonder this: if the usual banking system will disappear as such, then she will leave and credit system, leasing and installment payment, debt, etc. As there is no centralized authority that can issue and track correctness of performance. To some extent, this is certainly good, but in fact people who can not immediately earn a large amount of money and will remain in the lower levels of life, which gives the modern banking system (though not ideal). What do you think about this? How to Take a loan in cryptocurrency?
I think banks will not die, because there are still some people that believing to fiat money and believing to banks so I believe that it will not happen, I am still happy that cryptocurrency like bitcoin came into my life.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How safe is Bitcoin? ✅ on: July 23, 2018, 11:17:51 PM
Bitcoin is well known for its safety. The biggest dangers are mainly hacker attacks on third party services, through which one accesses his bitcoins. These are above all the various crypto exchanges on which the users have created accounts or the bitcoins stored locally in wallets.

Basically, either the exchange itself is directly attacked, so that data can be stolen there. The biggest known incident was the hacker attack on Mt.Gox about 4 years ago, when a huge hack of Bitcoins was looted. This was also the reason for the decrease of Bitcoins 2014.

Today, the exchanges have improved to prevent such occurrences, because it can come to hacks and the trade is severely restricted or even stopped completely. This often leads to strong price fluctuations, mainly caused by so-called panic sells.

An equally large attack surface offer individual mistakes that can easily be prevented. Individual mistakes are the responsibility of individual users and are often:
- insufficiently secured user accounts due to weak passwords
- Login on a phishing site
- send the private keys to a scammer

If a stranger has once gained access to your own accounts, he can quickly transfer the entire balance to another wallet and due to the anonymity, it is no longer clearly comprehensible. For such a kind of total loss helps therefore only a careful handling with your personal user data.

But as long as you follow to the usual security rules and pay attention to secure passwords, which you should also change from time to time and do not use the same password on many other pages, an accident normally cannot happen.
The high demand and high competition between exchanges has also contributed to the improvement of safety standards.

How make you sure to safe your Bitcoins?

Bitcoin is much safer than any other currency especially fiat money. Which fiat money may snatch by other person easily, while bitcoin wallet may used a private key to open so it is hard to know and snatch it.
