Sorry no - there is only one folder named "AMD App data" and when I click on it, the only file in there is named "GroupedFrames"

I know I'm not crazy. What you are telling me to do does not give me the same results that you are talking about.

Yes I did EXACTLY as the guide says but I cannot go past step #1. This guide is a little confusing.

After I search "%appdata%" the only thing that pops up is info for another folder (not my DMD folder) and it is the only one that pops up. I am at a complete stop now.

I HAVE read the guide. Telling me to read the guide and do what it says does me no good.

Maybe I can get some help from someone here. I have read the instructions on the new release, setting up the wallet and exporting private keys, etc. - however this is what I'm struggling with:

"1: Go to Windows Search utility and type+enter %appdata%
2: Navigate to your Diamond folder
3: Create a new text file and type reservebalance=999999
4: Save it as diamond.conf (remember to save it as All Files type)"

First, in the folder where my diamond wallet resides, there is nothing BUT the wallet itself. There are no other files and there is NO wallet.dat file at all. The wallet.dat issue comes up later in the process. I do not have a DMD folder that would normally contain root files, wallet file and other files.

Also I guess they haven't released the new v3 wallet, so there is no going in there early to get it all set up. I have about 500 DMD tokens now and do not want to lose them. I am also collecting rewards from cloud mining so there is even more at stake. Can someone please help out my idiot brain and explain this process to me? I am more of a trader/investor and not much of a techy guy but I am willing and able to learn.

Noob here, seasoned vet elsewhere. I wanted to share my recent experience with DMD cloud mining. It has been such a great ride for me, I wanted to share it with the rest o' ya.

The DMD cloud mining website isn't as informative as it should be with regard to the actual steps with their system, and it really should include some payout and ROI data. Hopefully I will be able to demystify it a bit.

Essentially, you download the Diamond qt client and make sure the wallet is synced. When your DMD wallet address becomes available during this process, just copy it and head on over to cloudmining.bit.diamonds, enter your wallet address and wait for the next screen. Below the field you entered your wallet address will be an area that has your BTC wallet address. In order to participate in DMD cloud mining, you send whatever amount BTC to that generated address. You will then be awarded cloud shares in that exact dollar amount, which will do the work for you.

ROI? It's a hefty 2% every two days. I dropped $10k into it and it pays out approx $200 worth of DMD every two days without fail. You also get happy little bonuses along the way, and your Diamond qt wallet generates DMD via staking. I have been doing this for a total of three months now, and it pays out like clockwork. Still making DMD every day, and I have reached my ROI.

It pains me to see this coin at the 169-190 position in coinmarketcap. It has been such a great money maker for me, I wish it had more of a foothold in the ecosystem.
