142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ★[ANN] [NAV] NAV COIN - NAVTECH NOW DECENTRALIZED! on: August 05, 2017, 10:47:44 PM
Looking at the regular develop and communication from the Dev team, relatively low coin supply and differentiated tech, really strange this coin is so cheap.  Huh

Will stop complaining and be glad that at least once I am able to get in at a good buy point.  Grin

Should be a fantastic ride up to 13500 - 14000 sat at least!!!!

What is this shit?

Yea, I think you are right. . . wallet has malware if that's the case.

Really strange. Baidu, trendmicro and VBA finding it and no one else? I am suspicious It is really an issue
144  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: TaaS — Tokenized Closed-End Fund on: August 03, 2017, 01:52:02 PM
Good news , I've received an email from TaaS team. Token holders receive 50% of fund earnings quarterly, further – “payout”. and the payout will be send in the form of ETH. the expected payout per 1 TaaS token will be announced additionally together with fund’s performance report. distributed between 4th and 10th August, your TaaS tokens should be stored in

    TaaS wallet;
    open-Source & Client-Side Ether Wallet – MyEtherWallet;
    hardware wallets –  Trezor and Ledger;
    exchanges that support TaaS token and payouts – Livecoin.net;
Ethereum desktop wallet – Mist or Parity.

99% sure but could someone confirm IMtoken wallet also would work to receive the payout? Thanks
145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: |ANN| DAS - Decentralized and Security. Private Send. Masternodes. on: August 01, 2017, 12:55:53 AM
Bad news. Gofundme didn't like us raising money for a cryptocurrency, they ended our campaign. All donations have been refunded.

Thank you for your shown support.

It's alright we can still do this! Some exchanges will add a coin for free if we spam them with emails asking to add the coin. It's I guess unethical but it's worth a shot?

Also IDK why everyone wants to get on bittrex... It's a good exchange but volume wise it's I think 5th or 10th place. We need to aim for BitThumb or Bitfinex!

We have already started a fund on our Slack/Facebook & Telegram Groups. All donations however small and large, are greatly appreciated! DAS & BTC Addresses Pinned in all of the mention groups. PM me if you need invitation. The mods for some reason don't allow us to post links to our own social groups.

What markets are we aiming for ? I would recomend cryptopia, i don't know if yall were able to see what cryptopia did for Chaincoin. It was amazing

Cryptopia
We are all very excited about the coin, but I suggest we focus on getting a fully syncing QT wallet. Without that we could get listed on polo and bittrex and it would not matter. Gotta have a wallet that works for the novice if you want to see the price skyrocket IMHO
146  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: |ANN| DAS - Decentralized and Security. Private Send. Masternodes. on: August 01, 2017, 12:47:16 AM
anybody know what i am doing wrong?

Not capable masternode: Could not connect to 62.238.79.24:9399

This usually means the port 9399 is not open on your router / computer.  Open the port on your router using the port forwarding function and go here and check http://ping.eu/port-chk/  to check again.
147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Arctic Coin (ARC), No premine, Evolution over 1 year on: July 27, 2017, 11:13:59 AM
I'm planning to setup a PoS station for ARC.
How many ARC will I need to get good staking returns?
I have a Windows Server for staking that can run 24x7.

Appreciate any advise. Did not read the entire thread but if there a links to assist a noob will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

Hi
ARC only "stakes" via a masternode. Instructions on how to start are on the website. You will need 1000 coins to start a masternode. Currently I receive roughly 7 coins a day via the masternode. Good Luck!
148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: |ANN| DAS - Decentralized and Security. Private Send. Masternodes. on: July 27, 2017, 10:54:53 AM
I am happy that I sold the most yesterday. Just around 5000 left to sell today.

I hoped that this project might do it well but the inflation is to high. Masternode got every out arround 3 DAS thats arround 2200 each month.
That double of the investment for a masternode  Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh

This will dump the price to 50 sat next days

Check the block explorer, not all those mines coins exist on the 12.2 blockchain. It is a mix of 12.1 and 12.2...
149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: |ANN| DAS - Decentralized and Security. Private Send. Masternodes. on: July 27, 2017, 10:08:03 AM
I have several MN and all of them I get profit.
-------------------------------------------------
Just some people want to get cheap buy DAS.
Do not be fussed Wink
Going to hold my coins too. One more wallet fix and this thing can get back on track. Dev, eta on that fix hexpool and others helped prepare?
150  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: |ANN| DAS - Decentralized and Security. Private Send. Masternodes. on: July 27, 2017, 12:02:38 AM
Dear,

i think we've found the solution for the 12.2 error. I'll updated hexpool.com already to 12.2 with the bugfix running and informed other pool owner and dev as well. Best would be to just keep your nodes running as is for now and wait for updated wallet.

My getblocktemplate error is now gone. Smiley

Best

how did you get that error to go away? im still having it

I recompiled with a fix. i sent the fix already to dev, let us wait for him to release an official version, so that we don't have 100 versions in the wild Smiley

Thanks for doing this. Really nice thing to do. Going to move your pool to the top of my list and throw some hash power against it.  Smiley
151  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: |ANN| DAS - Decentralized and Security. Private Send. Masternodes. on: July 26, 2017, 11:15:27 AM
I hope the developer wouldn't abandon this again just like what he did to the last coin. I hope this is not Part 2 of it. Sad

I think not because everything working fine. Just some stupids here who are on the wrong chain crying like babys.
For me everything is fine and my Masternodes get paid.

I might give it a try once the Mac wallets are released but you can't blame people for having complaints about a masternodes performance they are suppose to be solid income and kinda hard when they either crash or get on the wrong chain. Hopefully the dev can polish the performance with the next releases after they get some rest.

Ah. I see.  How do you solve?

Ah. I see. How do you solve?

The problem is the most are here really noobs. They need a tutorial for everythink. If you now how mn work and you are able to use a console than you have 0 problems here
OMG, Finally. we have an expert here. Please SIR answer my question.
I rent some hash and point it to the pool in the OP (hexpool). After hours and hours of mining (I have paid for) mr. hexpool says "hey, we are on the fork".
Mr expert, in your humble opinion, have I being fucked by hexpool?

The problem is the hexpool owner. he dont know what he is doing
And here we get to the conclusion, a lot of people (including you) know what they are doing ARE YOU HEXPOOL OWNER?
Welcome to the bitcoin world guys, meat mincer of virtual wealth.

If you've read the thread you would have noticed that we are very active in this thread. This is no scam, updating to the latest wallet just made all immature blocks orphaned (as they didn't include MN payments).

So nevertheless, chain will NOT sync from any of the 12.2 nodes - ALL 12.2 nodes report height/synced_blocks status -1 - which means they all are thinking they are still downloading blocks.

I agree.

How do you solve?
152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: |ANN| DAS - Decentralized and Security. Private Send. Masternodes. on: July 26, 2017, 10:58:37 AM
From my point of view we are good now. My MN is getting paid, Still lots of 12.1 wallets out there but chain seems fine now

Agree. Think it is OK. I had to temp ban 12.1 peers until they upgrade, but now seems OK. I have not yet received a MN payment.

Could you post a screenshot or transaction Id of MN payment to build confidence?
153  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: |ANN| DAS - Decentralized and Security. Private Send. Masternodes. on: July 25, 2017, 11:37:32 PM
did you add the nodes, explorer is fully synced afaik

I also get fully synced - but wallet thinks still it is not up2date.

Just shutdown my node that was on 12.1 - one less old one on the list Smiley

155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Arctic Coin (ARC), No premine, Evolution over 1 year on: July 23, 2017, 02:04:06 PM
Hey can someone help.  I keep getting this when i try to start the goldminenode:

"Not capable goldminenode: Goldminenode not in goldminenode list"   Huh

And I already setup the conf files correctly, so is there something else I should do, I'm using my windows desktop?  Huh
Well I guess there's no one here that can help me out right?   Huh

You used http://ping.eu/port-chk/ and it says open? I checked the other guys that had the issue and it said "closed"...

Hello!
I have 10k pink and started to stake 3 days ago my weight is 9k for now
But I didnt stake any pinkcoin
Why?

Hi-
It can take some time for your network weight to build up.  Being relatively new myself, best tip I received was to ensure you use the coin control feature to break your 10K coins into 10 blocks of 1000 coins. These blocks will build up weight quickly, but also give you more "chances" to stake. I watched a couple you tube videos that showed me how to do this. The developers also will send small airdrops out as well to add to balance along the way  Grin

This is a really exciting coin with great potential, a solid dev team and a good message. By far the most "fun" of any coin I am holding!

I have already split my 10K coins into 10 blocks. Waiting 4th day and nothing.
How long do you have to wait when you started?

It took me 6 days to get the staking going before I had my first stake. I had 25K coins to start. It became very regular after that like one every other day or so.

i think this good for investment Smiley
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/whitecoin/

just 2M$ so many place to grow Smiley

Agree. So many things to like about this coin:
-Stable code.
-great posv3 design;  easy for a newbie to get staking.
-Trades on a major index: Bittrex

Could go really far with some basic marketing and awareness.

Also any chance we could get the blockchain explorer on cryptoid? I would be willing to pay for few months to get it started...
