Store Update

As mentioned in our former newsletters, we are aware of the service we provide to our customers.

Previously we promised to set a precedent in protecting our customers’ share of the network.

Due to your overwhelming support, and part availability, we are forced to announce all new sales will now be delivered from mid-November on wards.

All current paid orders will be shipped no later than October 15th.

All new sales will reflect our November price point of;

·         Jupiter at $4,995

·         Saturn at $2,995

Mercury has now been discontinued.

There currently exist a few unpaid orders which are marked for October delivery. If these orders remain unpaid, they will become available for purchase again, unless payment is received. The devices will then be added back into our site on a daily bases. The same procedure will also be in place for refunded orders. So keep an eye on our site for any October deliveries.

Furthermore to reduce any concerns regarding loyalty, of course we intend to acknowledge all customers that have supported us. You will all be given preferential treatment with our future generation devices.

We will not forget the support you have given us.

Thanks,

KnCMiner Team

untill now knc
have delay
because no real photo of chips
and only a word that he will sent at end of will be ready

knc will be out of time for sure

Man what the hell are you going to do with yourself in a year or so from now when no matter what freaking miner you have, have invested in, had wet dreams about, doesn't make a shit bit of difference? I just can't imagine what you will find to do with your spare time. Eventually I will take my Jupiter out into a field and introduce it to several .556 rounds from my LE6920.  It will be fabulous.  Will you come watch?  Make a video?  Perhaps start some kind of wonderful conspiracy theory?  You need to get yourself a piece of ass bad man.  I think it will change your entire outlook.   400 + pages of speculation and 398 of them are filled with this crap.  Tell the voices in your head to take a Valium.  Do you really think after the BFL fiasco the company that has a chance to say they did it, did it right, and did it on time are going to just piss everything away? You need to stop sniffing glue or whatever bro.  Bad.

interested too, AND i think we get a Difficulty over 350M latest at first half of November. If i understand right they will double to 30TH/s for free (ok, there are monthly costs)

DIFFICULTY RISE INSURANCE

We are aware that predicting the difficulty growth rate can be difficult due to the large number of undisclosed miners and new entrants. That’s why we’re dedicated to offering the best prices now and in the long term. Although the difficulty rate is up at a exponential growth rate we are quite confident that the difficulty rate will not pass 350 Million within 4/5 months as that would require an additional 3 PH or e.g. 50,000+ Gen1 Avalon units to be shipped before December.

xCrowd will be the best hedge against near term difficulty increases due to our low prices. We’re also offering a discount of 50% to double your hash rate if the difficulty rate rises beyond 200 million before we start shipping. If the difficulty rate passes 200 Million before we start bulk shipping, our customers will receive a 50% discount on any future blade or unit purchases.

For example, if you purchase a low-entry eight blade Olympus unit you will be able to upgrade to another additional eight units for just an additional $3,996. If the difficulty rate passes 300 million you can request an additional upgrade for just 25% of the original price. For example: a 16 blade Olympus unit will only cost $9,990 (excl shipping & PSU options) when upgraded at a difficulty rate of 300M+.

Regardless of the future, we can assure you that we will always set our prices according to your expected ROI, which makes xCrowd the best bet for a long time to come.

249  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Group Buy] Batch #1 for 400GH GN Chips/ Hosting and more *Update* on: August 06, 2013, 09:51:57 AM
I would be interested in buying some chips, looking to spend 3-5 BTC
The chips are expected to be around $5000 each

Price for chips only had to be lower ($4000), because i exspect they offer a hole single chip mining machine for around 5000 $US.
Why ? At moment KnCMiner are on top with it 6990$US Jupiter. A lot of people are full invested in this stuff solo or GB.
KnCMiners has a bonus of first mover in next generation ACIS chips and HashFast needs fast a great lot of (prepaid) orders to get its ROI.
Imho

256  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: July 31, 2013, 08:24:04 PM
Wow that is some high power costs. I dont know that hash/chip really matters all that much, its really cost/ghash and ghash/Joule.

I think bitfury 100TH miners are currently the ones to beat...  ~1GH/1watt... $20/GH  25GH to 400GH configurations, with availability in October.

Looking forward to hearing the details specifying HashFast's cost/power/speed configurations.

Still waiting for my Avalon Batch 3 refund, and would like to get back into the mining space.  Hopefully HashFast will have some info out by then.  Knowing Bitsyncom, I will probably have some time Grin

you are a lucky man.
I think time factor is important today. If are the facts on table, we had to discuss carefully about equipment and company.
But if are we prepared for a group buy, we can order very quick. Some of first places in order queue, and maybe win a month - see KnC

258  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: July 31, 2013, 06:19:18 PM
Hi there,

....The GN chip will perform more than 400 Ghash per second, this is more than 50 times more hashing capacity per chip than any currently available solution, and uses as little as 10% of the power per Ghash as the current-generation ASICs.

HashFast Technologies was founded in San Francisco in 2013 by by Simon Barber and Eduardo de Castro.

in Germany i have to pay 0.285€/kWh (=0.374$US) world record ?  Shocked

I will reserve several btc's for a Group Buy if get facts. What do you think ?
