White paper is first thing, then review usability of the product, check devs team and their history. Most importantly check for the red flags like fake teams, overhyped product and much throw away tokens that dilute the value of your investment.

How about HODLing your BTC is a paper wallet or a mobile and desktop wallets where there is little chance of interference. Then wait for the dust to settle and do whatever you want with your coins. If you get free B2X well and good. If not then you still have your BTC. Seems simple to me. As long as you do not panic then all will be well. 

Mining for now is restricted to participants of the Pre-ICO. It will be open to public after ICO.

As a matter of fact, I did a little research of your so-called Truckcoin (PoS) and realized it was a dead coin and you just recently took it over and you are just trying to lure people with pyramid-like returns. 200% returns. Like really? Seriously? You think you are going to sell that crap to anyone? Dude, give us a break. If its traffic you want, why dont you go and start your own thread and marshall your troops if you think that your coin is all that. Just let us be.

Noone stole your name. Truckcoin PoW was initiated in 2014, the same year as yours I suppose, if not earlier.So noone stole anybody's name, I bet you were just first ones out of the block but that doesnt mean you have the moral authority to call our product a scam. As a matter of fact our ticker symbols are different, yours PoS is TRk and our PoW is TRKC. So clearly there is a difference. So let the community decide which coin they want to back.
The TRKC devs team has been in the background doing work and now the results are out for everyone to see. Anybody interested in the project and not quick to label the project as scam is free to review the company behind it and the development team. Surely, doing a little homework will benefit you and everyone else.

I understand but it is also important to conduct due dilligence far and beyond to ensure that if you are labeling a project a scam you have absolutely no doubt. I am assuming how hurtful it can be for the genuinely hardworking guys that struggle to deliver a product/ICO only for them to be labeled a sham. All I am saying is we need to exercise precaution while judging any ICO project not only sphere

Firstly, you are wrong. Secondly, Sphere social is an already established product with a WORKING android app and an upcoming iOS app. The platform already has users and the community over there is growing. Thirdly, everything that is in the pipeline and roadmap is already taking shape and will be clear for all to see. But of course there is bound to be some doubting Thomas that have to see before believing.
Please conduct more due diligence before labeling a product a scam whereas there are some serious, professional, and legitimate individuals behind it working day and night to see it become a success.
