901  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to deal with shitcoiners without being harsh about reality. on: July 25, 2023, 05:52:28 PM
I do not, let them learn the harsh reality themselves without us teaching them anything and if they are smart enough they will learn about it on the first try, if not then they are going to end up with a problem that will not be easy to solve and they will keep on losing until they learn. This isn't my job to teach them what to do, it is not going to end up with a good result for anyone and I think it is going to be very important to make a difference.

It is going to be something to care about, but what I do not fully understand is that if you are doing so many mistakes, then I need to get them and talk to them and make them understand the issue, I shouldn't be the one to care and I know people dislike that notion but it's the truth.

The best and most effective learning comes only after your own failures and financial losses. I have repeatedly noticed that if a person is given a lot of different matrials on the topic of investing in altcoins and their dangers, he will still make these mistakes, naively believing that this will not happen to him. People tend to think that they are smarter and luckier than others, so at the beginning of their trading or investment path they always lose money, even if they have been warned a thousand times not to do so. Hence the conclusion that shitcoiners can learn only from themselves, they do not perceive the rest of the information.
902  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are altcoins important? on: July 25, 2023, 05:23:12 PM
I agree with you that a very small percentage of investors can make a profit of $10,000 with a deposit of only $100. But it is worth considering that it is impossible to get such profit in bitcoin, unless you are engaged in trading or margin trading. You can get such profit in altcoin sector by participating in various activities, such as retrodrops or testnet. The chance is minimal, but it is there.
You can also invest in an NFT project, which can also be profitable.

The NFT market is dead, investing in NFT is useless as tokens take turns at breakneck speed and depreciates very quickly.

But the named lucky ones in trade are 0.5-1% of all crypto traders.

This is not correct data. There are actually about 5% of successful traders in the market. Most likely, among crypto traders who trade NFT crap, there are really only 0.5% successful ones.
903  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Verified twitter, telegram account is the strong point for a new project? on: July 25, 2023, 05:06:47 PM
My friend informed me that at this time many upcoming project social account like twitter, telegram is verified.
Does that mean these projects can be trusted?
In fact many are encouraged to invest in any new project following this.
What is your opinion on this matter?

The fact that they verify their accounts does not protect you from scams. Even an audit of a smart contract does not mean that the project can now be trusted and you can freely send money to the address of this smart contract. It doesn't really matter if the account is verified or not, look at the project itself, its developers and the tokenomics of the project. Where the project is traded, who its main investors are. This will bring much more confidence than some social media accounts, even if they are verified.

905  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Brazil to launch CBDC, Github repo found on: July 25, 2023, 06:00:04 AM
Now very many countries are in the process of finalizing or in the middle of developing their own CBDC. In my opinion, this will do nothing good for the crypto industry. There will be more centralization and an attempt to censor electronic payments. CBDC is not cryptocurrencies, it is a centralized surrogate that is being created with the purpose of pushing real decentralized cryptocurrencies out of the market and imposing a banking system in the digital world.
906  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Islamic Coin- the Shariah-Compliant Digital Money for the HAQQ Ecosystem ! on: July 24, 2023, 06:33:36 PM
I am thrilled to introduce Islamic Coin (ISLM), the native currency of the HAQQ Network, bringing a new era of possibilities for the global Muslim community and blockchain enthusiasts alike ! 🔥

No matter how I feel about religion, but all known attempts to cross religion and cryptocurrencies have always ended in scam. These things are not compatible and such statements in the description of coins are just trying to parasitize on people's faith and on various religious confessions. Someone just invented another clone of a famous coin and decided to wrap it in a religious wrapper for their own enrichment.

P.S. My post in no way offends Islam. It is only about cryptocurrency.

908  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Masternodes on: July 24, 2023, 05:38:22 PM
 Smiley

Give me back my 2019. The trend with masternodes is long dead, it is not relevant at all and all the projects that were once on the wave of hype, no longer bring such profitability as before. In general, I do not see the point of looking for any masternodes, especially with low capitalization. It's like looking for bitcoin faucets to earn bitcoin in 2023.
909  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which cryptocurrency comes close to bitcoin? on: July 24, 2023, 04:48:49 PM
I just want to find a secure and decentralized alternative to bitcoin

Looking for a safe alternative to bitcoin among altcoins? That's foolish, to say the least. No altcoin can give you as much security as bitcoin. Not a single one. All altcoins are centralized because they have developers, they have core investors who invested in the cryptocurrency in the earliest stages of development. These people often control the entire ecosystem and the circulating supply of coins. What kind of security and decentralization are you talking about? You are trying to look for unicorns and phoenixes among cryptocurrencies. They don't exist.
910  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: $20,000 to invest in any Altcoins of your choice? on: July 24, 2023, 04:28:41 PM
I think, Solana is the best coin you can invest in this period and have something good to achieve in the future because the price of Solana is very low for you to use huge amount of money to buy and hold like 4 or 5 years before you can sell to smile.

Here lies 2 mistakes.

1) - This is exactly what those who bought LUNA after the collapse thought, believing that the project is cheap now and if you buy it now, it will bring income. What made you think Solana would grow in the first place?

2) - Holding altcoins for 4 or 5 years is extremely unprofitable because they depreciate very often and reach their peak once in 2-4 years, after that they become 90% cheaper. Do not confuse altcoins with bitcoin, they do not always grow, and very often just tread in the same narrow price corridor.
911  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: World coin, distinguishing humans from AI online while preserving privacy on: July 24, 2023, 03:51:29 PM
At first I thought it was just another shitcoin with a claim, but then I looked at the statistics and was surprised. Trading started only today and the project was invested by large investors for 115 million dollars. Now I would not buy this token as you can overpay a lot, the market can expect a correction and this token can also correct. Not financial advice, personally my guesses. They invested well in marketing, the token is already traded on all top exchanges, even binance.
912  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Could XRP win in SEC case be a start for next bull run? on: July 24, 2023, 03:48:52 PM
I think by themselves events like xrp win and bitcoin halving will not have any global impact on the market. We can only count on some localized pump that won't allow to update the ath of the market or ath of these cryptocurrencies. Until liquidity starts flowing into the market, there will be no bullrun. What could be the catalyst to bring liquidity to the crypto industry? Halving bitcoin? Not likely. Rather, some global changes, such as bitcoin being legalized in a number of countries, lifting the ban on cryptocurrencies in some countries, improvement of the economic situation in the world, lower inflation, etc.

You make sense. And if you think about it, this case ruling appears to have at least caused some positive light to the cryptos deemed as securities, hence the pump. News sentiments these days are either positive (they aren't that big to bring significant liquidity but positive nonetheless) or neutral these days, better off negative I guess.

It seems that everyone's positive and joyful moods have dried up and the market has moved to correction. There is no special excitement on the altcoin market either. The situation between XRP and SEC is more like a staged performance, where some influential person decided to stage such a trial, and SEC just found a reason for a court case. Such an excuse can be found with any cryptocurrency if you want to. My usual conspiracy theory Smiley

Bitcoin on: July 24, 2023, 11:10:46 AM

Wink

915  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your watch list on: July 23, 2023, 06:12:15 PM
What crypto do you think will be making good profits this year and why? I am watching firo, Aptos, dot closely

Bitcoin. So far this year, it has overtaken many altcoins in terms of returns and it is more stable in terms of profitability. Let's say that altcoins, if they rise in price, you have very little time to lock in your profit, as the price falls as fast as it rises. Bitcoin is more stable in this respect, and you don't have to monitor the market every day to get a good point to sell bitcoin and get an asset. In my opinion, Aptos will not show anything good this year.
916  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what do you think about fantom coin ( FTM). on: July 23, 2023, 05:34:28 PM
I was surprised to see the fantom coin, which has gone up a lot and two weeks ago it was still cheap, but now it has gone up a lot.
I want to ask whether the ftm coin will have the potential to continue to rise?
And what's with the ftm coins that keep going up in price? I want to hear an explanation from you?

A smart contract platform can only have a chance for good growth if the market is once again in a bullish trend. At such times, many smart contract platforms are growing strongly due to increased demand for their blockchain space. Right now, FTM is unlikely to show any significant growth. There is a strong support level at 17 cents, this is a good price to buy, in case the support holds and doesn't break.
917  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Could XRP win in SEC case be a start for next bull run? on: July 23, 2023, 04:51:57 PM
Bear markets are influenced by negative events, while the other way around for bull, both depending on significant 'base' event, paving way for further.

I believe this xrp ruling could be start of the next bull run, and we will be seeing positive events from now on. Halving is also coming which should propel up the market as well. What do you think?

I think by themselves events like xrp win and bitcoin halving will not have any global impact on the market. We can only count on some localized pump that won't allow to update the ath of the market or ath of these cryptocurrencies. Until liquidity starts flowing into the market, there will be no bullrun. 918  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How can I understand meme coin good or bad position? on: July 23, 2023, 04:25:47 PM
That mentioned exchange is also not a good choice, so better try popular crypto exchanges if you hunt for gem altcoins, IMO.

As a rule, gems should be searched for not on popular crypto exchanges. If you see some coin there, it means that your time is gone and the coin has already grown without your participation. Gems should not be found on popular crypto exchanges, but on decentralized exchanges, various launchpads or in various communities, which notify about various activities and for which you can get new tokens. That's where the real gems are. Once an altcoin becomes popular and highly liquid, you won't make much money on it.
919  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How would you measure your success in Crypto currency on: July 23, 2023, 03:33:41 PM
Bitcoins have a lot of advantages, and due to Bitcoins, we have invented new technologies like NFTs and Defis.

This is hardly a credit to bitcoin. We owe these types of tokens to Ethereum, not the bitcoin. NFTs on the bitcoin blockchain only came out this year, when NFTs on the ETH blockchain came out back in 2017 and thanks to the hype, NFTs became known around the world. DeFi too was popularized on the Ethereum blockchain in 2020. If you think back, all the significant hypes and new types of tokens appeared first on the Eth blockchain and then on the rest of the chains.
920  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 32nd Binance Launchpad Project Arkham on: July 23, 2023, 03:29:20 PM
At the same time, we have to admit that coinlist is overtaking most launchpads in terms of profitability of their projects with the system of platform token staking in order to be eligible for participation. It should be recognized that most launchpads with this model of allocation are not profitable now and almost all sales start below the purchase price.
Overtaking in terms of profits? Im not so sure about that maybe past projects buy if you look on their latest projects like neon and archway, how can you compared that to binance launchpad performance. I think my last sale there was casper if I remember it correctly and I only join the common round unlike the one who can invest $1k. So in comparision, I think Binance is much way greater if you want to participate rather than gamble with a lots of queing method of coinlist.

Now the hype has died down, in addition the new coinlist rules are playing against them. The community is losing confidence in the platform. If we take coinlist's performance as a whole, not this year's sales, they have impressive results among the platforms that do not require staking platform tokens. Right now, binance remains one of the best platforms for new tokens, but it has a significant drawback. How much BNB do you need to have to get a $500 allocation? Such amounts are out of reach for most crypto users, coinlist and tokensoft were more democratic in this regard.
