5141  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: October 26, 2020, 12:56:53 PM
I think Lakers would just stay with the current roster, of course, some will leave but as long as they have James and Davis, they will make the others better.
They would because they have already won a championship in a dominant passion, the chemistry was already their, it would be stupid to build a super team if the chemistry will not be carry out, those role players that has contributed during the NBA Finals has to remain, if not all of them due to money issue, then at least most of them.

Chemistry is much important than building a super team I agree with that. cause how many teams we witnessed have fallen because they thought super teams will get them to the championship and they miserably failed. Nowadays you need some role players who can actually play well when needed. The Lakers roosters right now are good enough to carry them to win another championship.

5142  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Regulation possible? Regulation Inevitable? on: October 26, 2020, 12:38:56 PM
In ten years everything will change what we are seeing with Bitcoin right now, although the price is unpredictable, there are high tendencies about bitcoin became one of the leading online payment in the world after PayPal successfully release their version of cryptocurrency online payment. Time will give us successful progress about bitcoin because as you can see right now, everything is good about it. If this will continue after 10 years, expect more than you ask for.
5143  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Inoue vs. Moloney - October 31 on: October 25, 2020, 11:07:25 AM
After the Khabeeb fight, the spectators will look forward to this fight as this is one of those fights you never want to miss. The schedule is next week so people will ready their schedules to watch this fight at home. I hope this is the last fight we see without the audience cheering outside the ring and will have some normal atmosphere fight in the future. Moloney should not be taunted by the words of the spectators who think he has no chance to win this fight rather he needs to turn off all those statements into courage and strength like all of those underdogs do before the fight and somehow managed to win it.

5145  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: October 25, 2020, 08:50:28 AM
Sad to realize that Khabib has ended career. 29-0 is a great record, but he and his father dreamt about 30-0.

Just when I saw he threw that leg om Gaethji, I understood it was a matter of seconds before submittion. To nad we will never see his fight against Ferguson.

I was expecting his victory today but not his total retirement in the UFC. Anyway, it was all his decision and people in the UFC respected that especially those who supported him from the start. what a great fighter and a great example for the fighters who wanted to be like him. Undisputed and could be the goat of UFC if they have some title like that.

5146  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Your purpose in life. on: October 25, 2020, 08:29:39 AM
My purpose in life is to live peacefully with satisfaction and security in a place where I don't have any enemy. I just wanted to sleep peacefully without worrying who's gonna knock on my door the next morning. I mean, to live a worry-free life is amazing and it will be most people wanted because no one wants to have a problem. Unfortunately, we cannot have all of that without going through the hard times and create our own rainbow after the storms.

5148  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: First Terror Attack Related With Bitcoin - INDIA on: October 23, 2020, 02:32:38 PM
I feel bad for India having Bitcoin getting less likely be available for the public. Indian government is known to have a love-hate relationship with Bitcoin and this just serves as a nail in the coffin. It could have been the final nail if the attack was not thwarted.

Now that they have this other bad news, I'm sure those who oppose Bitcoin in their country will not let this thing slide and will take advantage of if to further hate the idea of using Bitcoin as a form of payment in their country. let alone that, banning Bitcoin again will be the case this time because of this incident. However, if the majority of the officials who don't let that happen will find some way to resolve this, it will be erased from the mind of people soon.
5149  Other / Politics & Society / Re: They kill us at nights and sympathize with us by day on: October 22, 2020, 12:34:41 PM
This is currently the scenario in Nigeria where they open fire at the protester without hesitation. one of the most brutal ways to stop those people from expressing their own opinion. what is going on? those people killed for stating their opinion and they've just murder them without thinking twice.

5150  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Airdrops Confusion on: October 22, 2020, 06:56:20 AM
As for me, airdrops are one of those works that you are not going to fulfill every week. it is a one time job and after you've done all of that, you only need to wait for its distribution in its given time. Bounties are not like that, you need to work every week to secure your stakes and work until the campaign is finished. As for the term "Airdrop", I understand it this way and prepare to join it than bounty because of the less work you need to do.
5151  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Paypal is doing it on: October 22, 2020, 06:13:47 AM
This was their plan when they announce about collaborating with cryptocurrencies in the future and right now they are making some steps to prove it. This is one of that news that really triggers the pump of the price next year. This is Paypal we are talking about one of the leading online payment we have on the internet and it's now going to support the use of cryptocurrencies.
5152  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: October 21, 2020, 02:20:04 PM
Anyway, it's gonna live in 30 mins guys.  Let's see what kind of mindset these guys are in.

People miss Khabib vs Conor confrontations a lot  Grin

I dont remember anything other so exciting to observe. UFC is so boring nowadays. Fighters just steps inside octagon, smash each other faces, gets cheques and goes back to gym.

We need more drama.

UFC today needs to have some drama before the fight because this will make the fans excite and will not miss the fight on its specified date. Just like what happened with Khabib's fight with Conor, they went into dramas for some months before they see each other in the octagon. a week before the fight has said it all, it will be going to be one of the most exciting fights in the history of UFC.
5153  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you read the TOS of a gambling site? Honest answer please. on: October 21, 2020, 01:36:32 PM
As for me, I don't really read those TOS because most of them are the same and we already know what's that for so I skipped it every time.
Not only on gambling sites but most of the Terms of Agreement I skipped all of them even when I want to play online games. Nevertheless, we don't really need to read those because we don't really transgress with their rules. Most of the time people skipped and don't wanna read it but there are some people who read them all in case they can find something usual on the terms.
5154  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Top 5 Ways I'm EARNING PASSIVE INCOME with Cryptocurrency 💲 on: October 21, 2020, 01:14:47 PM
Passive income is really not true most of the time. But will look at the ways how you earn passive income here. Usually, earning passive income from crypto depends on what coin or token are you mining, staking. Also, when it comes to masternodes, most of them are pump and dump, so one should be vigilant also with those type of coins.

Yeah, it's not like we can invest in something and let them used our money to invest in something like cloud mining or something like it. where you don't need to worry about your money, they will be the one to spend it on some necessary machines for mining and you will have some commission base on how much you invest. However, in the case of staking is different you need to look for the right coins to stake or you might end up staking fake coins that have been used for pump and dump only.
5155  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lost more in the process to recover ? on: October 21, 2020, 12:41:17 PM

What you guys do when such a thing happen with you ?

P.S : I did play the game again after a few days and recovered some of the $. But this time I quit the game while I was in profit.  Tongue

Well, that's rarely happened. when you go back to successfully recovered your losses. Nowadays, people don't care about their losses anymore. They just want to play until there has no money left in their pocket anymore until then they will stop playing and will think of a way to get back what they've lost. Mostly they will fail to do so. You are lucky to get it back and stop playing while you still have your money.

5156  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Darkside Hackers donating Bitcoins on: October 21, 2020, 12:19:01 PM
Hackers are not all bad some of them act this way as Robinhood does. but this isn't right at all because, in this way, there will be some people who suffer, and stealing is not really the best way to help those in need quickly. Just like what happened to this guy here, when he got caught he paid for his sin with his life but overall he is happy about his ending. I don't know if it is true or not but such kind of hacker might exist out there.

What do you think guys? is it legit or not?
5157  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's in the game, after all? on: October 21, 2020, 04:48:04 AM
Some says they gamble for stress reliever and they want to have some fun. And some they do gamble because they want to win big and earn money. As of me i do gamble because i want to win and i want to earn money. Gamble is the most way to get money easily if you gonna win. So game in gamble is for fun and earn money.

Trust me it was a stress reliever at first. but then, when you can't stop yourself from playing, that's another story to tell because it's not for entertainment anymore. If the only thing in your mind is to win and how can you play again after you lose some games, this is called addiction and it's hard to resist. some people took them so long to let go of it but most of them still playing without hesitation.
5158  Economy / Reputation / Re: [Interviews] with Bitcointalk members on: October 21, 2020, 03:04:56 AM
1. When and why did you become interested in cryptocurrencies?
It was late of 2015 when I first read about it but back then most of the investment platforms offer cloud minings.

2. When and why did you buy your first bitcoin?
After I read about the necessary information on how to invest, I quickly deposit some cash to try my first investment which is of course in the cloud mining site.

3. How did you get on the forum?
I came to the forum in July 2017 and only visited once when I register. it was never my plan to get here but a task that asked me to sign up for 100 forums English sites, included Bitcointalk. Only after a year in March 2018 I get back here with the help of my friend.

4.1. What prevents the mass adoption of cryptocurrencies?
Back then, it was the volatility of the market and some people think of it as a scam method to attract people. Including the hacking of the exchanges will prevent mass adoption as well.

4.2. How do you think mass advertising of gambling projects has a positive effect on the development of the forum or harms the community?
I don't know about this one, In my opinion, so far so good there hasn't any problem until today.

4.3. How do you consider whether 2-3 years of experience in cryptocurrency is enough to successfully invest or does an investor need to receive special education?
It depends on how people understand what they read in this community. as you can see, all of the necessary information is right here and most of the people here know a thing or two about the basic and up to advanced technology of blockchain. In this case, a few months will do.

5. What do you think of the current Merit system and signature campaigns?  Do they harm the forum?
The merit system has helped this forum to control spam in the most effective way for years now. As for the signature campaigns, the manager should carefully select their participants because some of those people don't really care about their posts and sometimes they've posted the weekly quota in just 1-2 days.

6. The most useful forum topic? Most helpful users?
I rather say the most useful board in the community. I'd say the Beginners & Help board has lots of information for the new and veterans members. not only that, most of those seniors have their own opinions about the topic there. which will give us more knowledge about the topics.

7. 3 things you would implement on the forum?
Who viewed your profile and user's last action.

8. Do you trade on exchanges or invest in projects?
Most of the time I'm trading, sometimes invest in some projects that I think it's worth investing my money with.

9. Tell a story about your big profit or big loss?
If you really read those stories about how they failed and lost on big opportunities, it won't happen to you since I read most of them. it didn't happen to me. All I had was a big profit which helps me a lot even before this pandemic.

10. What do you think about the DEFI ecosystem?
To be honest, I don't really know how this thing works but base on the people's response, this must be one of those unique ecosystems we've ever had and it's working properly.

11. Is your anonymity a vital necessity or precaution?
That's the most important of all, Our anonymity which is a vital part of being a member of this community.

12. The last cryptocurrency book you read?
As for the books, I rarely read them. I am more into topic discussions. But if you want to read more of those books, you can go to my topic and have some look. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5144671

13. Advise 3 cryptocurrencies/tokens for investment in the next 1-2 years?
I can't, my tip is, you guys do your own research and continue learning until you are ready to invest in what project you want to invest your money with.

14. How much will Bitcoin cost at the end of 2020?
At this rate, most likely it will stay on the $10,000+ mark. It won't go less than that.

15. P.S. (Optional)

That's all I can say about it, until now I'm still learning and contributing to the community about some knowledge that I learned in the past years.
5159  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Mixer Penalized by FinCEN for Violating AML Law on: October 20, 2020, 12:36:47 PM
I have read this kind of investigation and it took them years to finalize the suspected Mixers or Blenders to get penalized and finally shut them down. Most of those sites just close their services before such things happened but those who are caught and found guilty with the said violations will get penalized like what we have seen in this topic.

In most cases, they just stop their services no matter how long they have been working. That's why we better be careful about choosing which Bitcoin Mixers we will use to avoid such things in the future.
5160  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: October 20, 2020, 12:02:14 PM

Supposedly every 4th week of November. It's understandable that next season got delayed. NBA bubble started in July with only a few games remaining in the season. If they push for lower teams to also play their remaining games, the period will be long so they decided not all teams will be inside the bubble.

Not just in NBA but other leagues also experience that change of schedule due to pandemic.

More likely next season will start next year until they sort everything out. I hope we see them play on their respective court with their cheerful fans.

Anyway, at this time we will see some major changes from other teams maybe some major trades will be made cause last season didn't as they plan for the other teams. Here are the NBA trade rumors we need to look for.
