I can see this is a topic full of males getting excited about LiveStars  Anyone getting hyped to see the beta? I am! Because more than 95% of the audience for these services are male.  But Yes, I am also eagerly waiting for beta for testing the platform and see what the models look like. If im honest, i doubt you will be able to see real models in beta. I would think they might pay some of them to join just for the presentation but theres nothing wrong with that, you need to invest something to kick start the platform. i am interested to see beta just to see how UI looks. also shows ability of their team work make be feel confident to invest. When will the beta be released ? I don't think I saw anything about that. A date was given ? It could be interesting to have one before the ICO so we can judge the platform. And I m sure it would attract a lot of inverstors seeing the sums that are spent on those websites. I'm not sure about a full blown beta, but they did mention they would show a demo of the platform before the ICO start. So i would assume just a bit of a mock-up of what it will look like, the features, etc. I'm especially interested in how the payments will be done, conversion from other crypto to the LIVE token etc. |

It looks like all investments will be managed by your team. If that's correct, can you share some info on the teams performance track record?
Do you have more info on the type real estate projects you'll be targeting? What was provided seems kind of general. It would be helpful if you could provide something similar to what would be provided to potential investors if you were trying to raise money through traditional methods.
Just look at their Linked in profiles, they have a very good track record. In an AMA they said they would look at properties where you could get a lot of monthly income, so good for investors. |

Despite all the recent fud, it would be ideal if UTrust manages to have a prototype before or during the ICO in October.
I think they would still need some time to make at least a prototype and funds of course. Maybe the dev is already planning for it but they are lacking of team at the moments imho. I would also like to see a prototype/demo/alpha. For a lot of investors, this is a sign that the team and project is serious, development is underway and that it's not just a good idea. |

Now that you mention non-crypto people, I think NaPoleonX could really benefit from an ELI5 or elevator pitch. Although maybe the DAF are still too complex for them in practice, it will really need a simple interface.
maybe you are right.. I think the time will tell how it's better. you need a lot of testing to get the ideal formula i will waiting for the result if and studying the formula. maybe, NPX can be my study case in the future. I very much agree it needs an ELI5. And i'd like to see some use cases. So some real world examples of how an investor would invest in a DAF, his (estimated return). Just write out an example of how it goes and people will understand it more easily. |

The speed of investment is very slow but, it's not a bad amount. The whole process could speed up just need some marketing.
They did quite a lot of marketing a while back. But i get your point. The market is just so over saturated, you see a lot of ICO's not even raise anything now. I'm glad REAL already got this big of an amount so that they will definitely have enough. And id rather not more people invested now haha, it makes the token scares and increase in value. |

I feel the REAL team has to find some fiat investments to gain more principle to their start. Only 10M$ will not be enough to start their venture and fighting with the exchanges to accept the coin. Even bounty hunters dump real hard for their selfish reasons.
Supporting Real from social media, hopefully, they will make a better plan for this situation.
Even after the ICO,REAL will definitely need the support of the community by promoting it on social media. This will make the project widely known and in turn, will attract potential investors and followers alike. Investors should know that the team already put in a lot of there own money. So this project will not be dead in some months. REAL will be active in the real markets for a long time! Everyone who has invested in REAL and got the tokens, will be smilling in some years  With all the content the team has put out, AMA's, demo products, blogs etc i am convinced these are professionals who will do everything to make this a success. Just compare this team to some ICO's who only have some dweeby programmers These are guys who are familiar with the real estate market, the co-founder even already sold his old company for 8 million. And the increase in the ETH price is coming at the perfect time, almost the end of the ICO so when they cash out they will have a nice bundle to start investing. |

Recently I got a news that some colleges of a state in U.S. will start teaching a course of medical uses of Marijuana. It needs motivation and the government should promote the medical uses to youngsters so that they know its real purpose and have knowledge of it.
I think completely relying on big pharma is not good for us we should come back to nature and use the products it provides to us. I totally agree, but most people won´t see it like this. So i am shure the private sector would be better and much bigger. Let´s say the pharma should see it as a not dangerous alternative, but not more. So they don´t see PARAGON as a competitor to normal pharma stuff. I don't think they need to focus specifically on one sector. Paragon is just going to offer support for all Cannabis start-ups and running Cannabis companies. For medicinal use i do see that they might have to offer a lot of legal advice. |

I think that not everything is so simple .. to develop a strategy with effectively algorithm - it takes years of work and research, we are too superficial in this field.
Makes me wonder why there is even human voting involved at all. DAFs enable their subscribers to intervene in the building of the best mix (Blend) of strategies, by regularly letting their subscribers vote on which strategies they want the DAF to follow.Something tells me there is a meta-strategy at play here. I thought strategies in this case also means what type of assets the DAF is focused on, but i could be wrong. And maybe having votes on the strategy isn't a bad thing, since a bot can't know when for example China is fudding/closing shit. |

is number on real estate website update everytick? I still see 35k eth. same as last week
It was 35,888 ETH a few hours ago. It is 35,915 now. Looks like it is updated at least today. Just the rate of investments has slowed down in the past week. Investments always slow down when they are reaching the last days of the ICO, then the last day is the one time most people invest, seriously, they would think to get bonus, but they rather wait for the project to actually get funds to be sure they reach the cap, and REAL has achieved the min cap, so they should be investing more soon. It looks like some people indeed tend to wait till the end of an ICO before they invest. I can understand it a bit. In this way they can see how the community reacts to the project. A strong community can help to make a good project a great (and profitable) one. exactly, there is time to think, weigh everything, I think when the ICO will be approaching to finish there will be more whales because REAL more and more is becoming popular Real token sale will end in 5 days, so it's better to make a fast decision before too late! I think most people who wanted to invest, already invested. It could be that REAL will be featured in a more mainstream website, that could attract some new investors that normally don't invest in ICO's |
