I will suggest you to trade in Binance. It is easy to trade Spot, Margin, Future etc. There are also many popular exchange have, you can trade in them. its Bittrex, Kucoin, OKEx, Bithumb, Probit Etc. It is better to do Kyc first before trading on the any exchange. And always keep 2Fa verification & Email Verification on.

No, I don't trust Telegram activity. Maximum are fake activity. There are many scam projects in the crypto field, currently running many scam projects. We see many member of the telegram Joined many scam projects, all are Account is bot and Scammers team always have conversations among themselves.So that people understand it is an active project. In fact, it is a scam project.
If you want to invest in a project, check these project all documents are original, see if their work is going according to the roadmap. And invest your own experience in verifying the truth.

Etherdelta, Forkdelta, idex would be good for selling Erc20 tokens. Also, if the token is listed in Coinmarketcap or coingecko, see a good exchange and sell erc20 token on liseted exchange. Value of this token can also be seen in Etherscan.io If have value, saw an exchange option where you can sell this erc20 token.

I believe in both BNB & ETH. But I will suggest Eth. But it is for the long term. Eth next update is Eth2.0. This update is expected to have a positive effect on Eth. BNB also good and potential. Currently BNB 30$+, it is the high price for this coin in this time. If there is any negative issue on Binance in future, then it will have a negative effect on it.
