Stop to attract to SRB miner. It unstable in hash speed as hell! To get max speed for my 580 cards I relaunch it 5-10 times. Rebuilding kernel bins is also different story... Claymore's miners are stable as rock! Fast starting, stable speed. Plus SRB miner slower on old 2xx and 3xx cards. If people didn't like Claymore's miners they didn't use them.
My impression of Claymore is that i get 100% reject when mining Electroneum, though i'm not sure if Claymore mines it at all, otoh SRBMiner gets 100% accepted. Same card (R9 280x), same settings. Because Electoneum has been forked to other algo, not v7. Claymore's miner up to v7 algo support. 1. SRB is stable and faster than Claymore on rx480 2. Electroneum IS CryptonightV7 3. Claymore 11.3 works fine with "-pow7 1"

Forager 1.7 released https://github.com/yuzi-co/Forager/releasesChangelog: - Update miners: - zFast v2.3.3 - SRBminer v1.5.8 - BMiner v8.0 (with DualMining) - JCEminer v0.29b - Phoenix v3.0c - Excavator v1.5.4.a - EthMiner v0.15dev11 - XMR-Stak v2.4.4 - CastXMR v1.1 - Claymore Dual v11.8 - SgminerKL v1.0.5 - CcminerSTS v2.2.6R - XMR-Stak-Aeon v2.4.8 - CcminerEnemy v1.11 - New Miners: - CCminer Delos v1.2.2 - CoolMiner v1.1 - Update Pools: - WhatToMine - SuprNova - NanoPool - FairPool - CoinCalculators - Get Algo divisors from API on supported pools - Rework Logging - Allow collecting sessions statistics to CSV file - More fixes and tweaks phoenix 0.3c??? where do you get it?? in the Phoenix miner topic can you integrate cryptodredge? so far the best miner for lyra2v2 nvidia going very good and stable It's actually already in the master branch, although disabled by default since it doesn't work with wrapper and they don't provide API yet can i enable it? copy miner file from "Additional Miners" to "Miners" and see if it works for you. No guarantees though...

I forked this project and continued to develop it by myself. I want to signal my first public release: https://github.com/Enoch72/sgminer-MD/releases/tag/MD-1.0.6* Fixed Xevan kernel compilation on older cards (HD 7950) * Added color to the terminal log. There also speed improvement but since I have oldest AMD card (7950 , r9 390x) I can't say this is true for newer ones. Bye, Giovanni The source code for the commercial version is available for a price of $200 or the same in cryptocurrency. You can use the commercial without pay but, warned, the license is not valid and you cannot claim the sources.
You are actually breaching the terms of the original GPL v3 license by not releasing sources, and have the guts to demand money for it

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: XMR-Stak VS CPUMiner-opt

I apologize in advance if this is in the wrong thread or already discussed; I could not find the answer. Im relatively new to mining and compiling miners and hoping someone could guide me a bit. I used to mine coins from Cryptonight family using XMR-STAK. I like XMR-STAK because of its low CPU usage and good Hashrate. I recently started mining other algos using other miners and have become a fan of YescryptR16. I use CPUMiner-OPT to mine YescryptR16 but it uses 100% CPU power. I did a comparison of both miners on CryptonightV7 with my i7 for 5 minutes each- - XMR-STAK= 170H/s at 25% CPU Power
- CPUMiner-OPT= 80H/s at 99-100% CPU Power
I understand that they're different miners, made for different things but how can I make CPUMiner-OPT use less CPU power without sacrificing Hashrate (like XMR-Stak)? Or is there another miner for YescryptR16 that is the XMR-Stak equivalent? Thank you in advance for your guidance. cryptonight needs 2mb l3 cache per thread for best efficiency, and xmr-stak detect cache and sets correct amount of threads it also support large pages, which increase memory access speed cpuminer-opt, doesnt support large pages and doesnt autodetect l3, so you need to manually set thread count "-t X" to make it more efficient, but even then it will not reach xmr-stak speeds

Hello, I have issue with my rx480 mining rig, it runs before perfect, but i ahve to change ssd, and after the new win10 installation, the miner stuck after detecting pools. I use latest win10 ltsb, asrock h81 btco pro r2.0 mobo. Onboard display is selected, and gen1 also. I see my cards at the device manager, also installed the chipset driver, but the miner cannot start. OverdriveNtool also detect my gpus. Change the mobo and the cpu as well, it isnt solve the issue, any idea? I think something missing, but i dont have a clue, out of ideas I got same problem yesterday after updating to 1803. I had to run DDU to remove drivers and install BC drivers to get it work, it was no go for Adrenaline drivers (and AMD/ATI Pixel Clock Patcher). DrX What is BC drivers? I got same problem yesterday after updating. BC is the blockchain driver https://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/Radeon-Software-Crimson-ReLive-Edition-Beta-for-Blockchain-Compute-Release-Notes.aspxMany complain about the latest update (1803) of Microsoft. In the rigs it is mandatory to disable updates to the system and drivers of the videocard and monitor this. Starting with 18.3.4 there no reason to go back to Blockchain drivers. 18.4.1 were bad, but 18.5.1 are decent again, so I would just stick to these or 18.3.4

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: SRBMiner Cryptonight AMD GPU Miner V1.5.6 / Working vs. Current directory

Maybe I am missing something I am currently developing a miner file for MultiPoolMiner and struggle with the following: For the follwing example MPM is installed in directory in 'C:\MultiPoolMiner' (working directory) MPM starts miners like this: .Bin\AMD-SRBMiner\SRBMiner-CN.exe --config .\Bin\AMD-SRBMiner\NiceHash_CryptoNightHeavy_3JQt8RezoGeEmA5ziAKNvxk34cM9JWsMCo.BlackBox_Config.txt --cpool cryptonightheavy.eu.nicehash.com:3364 --cwallet 3JQt8RezoGeEmA5ziAKNvxk34cM9JWsMCo.BlackBox --cpassword x --ctls false --cnicehash true How can I specify the working directory (where it reads config / pool files from and will put the compiled srb kernel files)? Issue a):If config or pool file name is unqualified (no path information) then SRBMiner looks for the files in the current directory. MPM however needs to keep the config & pool in the miners program directory Preferred behavior:1. SRBMiner should look for the config / pool file in the current directory. If none found: 2. SRBMiner should look for the config / pool file in the program directory. Or make the location a configuration item. Issue b):SRBMiner always puts all its compiled SRB files in the working directory, e.g. 'C:\MultiPoolMiner' which is not very nice :-) and can create other issues with file access, e.g. if the working directory is R/O. Preferred behavior:All compiled kernels should always go to the program directory. Or make the destination path a configuration option. Why not just set WorkingDirectory to the exe path? In Forager (see my signature), I'm using same function you wrote (using c#) to start processes, just setting WorkingDirectory to Split-Path of the miner executable? MPMs core logic does not allow this (it would require quite some work change it). All other miners work as is. Just checked MPM master branch, and looks like its actually works the same way... Include.psm1:753 Start-SubProcess -FilePath $this.Path -ArgumentList $this.Arguments -LogPath $this.LogFile -WorkingDirectory (Split-Path $this.Path)...... Include.psm1:570 $ScriptBlock = "Set-Location '$WorkingDirectory'; (Get-Process -Id `$PID).PriorityClass = '$(@{-2 = "Idle"; -1 = "BelowNormal"; 0 = "Normal"; 1 = "AboveNormal"; 2 = "High"; 3 = "RealTime"}[$Priority])'; "
It executes the miners from exe directory... Maybe your fork is different or I'm looking at a different thing?
