I think old football players becoming coaches is not a good idea at all, I mean maybe Lampard because he was always a smart player but if you want to look at good coaches you will see that not many of them were star players ever.
Mourinho is known for not played at a major league at all, only trials and so forth, Klopp wasn't a big name neither, even pep was a decent player but not a star, if you want to look at great coaches most of them are players who have retired early and got into coaching early as well because they knew they wouldn't be players wanted at age 35 so they start early, Lampard wasn't like that many new coaches who are seen like promising future will be a let down because they played instead of coaching in years the other ones started coaching already.
I appreciate your smart thinking. I think so too, that lampard is a good player when he is still playing. And for the coach I don't think it's time yet, but because of the chelsea management's decision to appoint him as the coach to replace Sarri. Surely lampard will take this, so let him now build and how Chelsea in the future.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty hunters killed ICO?

I don't think bounty hunters kill ICO, it's just that many projects are successful in sales but fail in development. Initially investors who want to get profits actually get losses. 2) Funds allocation (among advisors, bla bla bla and bounty hunters)
The exact allocation for each project is different and the least is the allocation for the bounty. 3) Considering there are thousands of BH, the price of a token dropped dramatically
For the price of the token down dramatically, certainly not the bounty hunter to blame. Because the allocation is small, how to reduce the price of the token.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC for Bounty. Why do it?

Many factors require that we do the kyc mechanism to be able to get our rewards. because right now the manager is using kyc to avoid cheating by the participants. like using multiple accounts in one campaign
People who use multiple accounts are usually KYC applied to bounty hunters. And there is also because the project does require it, both for investors and bounty hunters. I personally strongly agree, if you do KYC to get rid of people who cheat by using multiple accounts.

Very extraordinary, if someone who wants to invest just look at the look of the project. All displays can be made so well as to attract investors, to invest in the project. What we should see is from within the project, such as teams, ideas, products, advisors, partners and others. Because that's what will affect the project going forward.

You should choose the one that you think is good for getting benefits or you want to share from the three options.
Invest Invest in the highest top altcoin to get lower profits and risks.
Gambling If gambling is your hobby, then you can gamble as you normally would. for which web, it depends on your choice.
Trade If you have a lot of time, trading is one way to get your lost money back. But it is also not arbitrary to carry out trade.
So the decision, it comes from yourself and you also determine everything.

- You believe you could profit in the long-term
I'm just wondering if there are other reasons that you may have and if you agree with the ones I listed. Share it here. I do not agree with this. If this is for the new altcoin, of course there is no guarantee that they can be used for long-term investments. Because they could die in the middle of the road. So, if they die, of course you don't benefit. Unlike the case if for the top altcoin of course it will be able to get long-term profits.[/list]

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Creator and Developer Gone
|
on: July 11, 2019, 04:06:17 AM

Many dead projects are as a result of this; that is developers abandoning the project. Also, in my own view, I think it depends on the project; if a project is duly built and have risen in value over a long time I don't think if any of the developers dies the project will die too, it will continue. Also, in cases where the project has good use case, it can be adopted by another project or an investor thus continuing developement while the project still maintain its value or the coin swapped to the new project.
So the essence of everything depends on how long the project is and the value of the token / coin on their project. However, if the developer or creator dies, it will certainly continue if the project is good for its development. Maybe if the project is new in the crypto world it might just die.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you believe in IEO BITTREX?
|
on: July 10, 2019, 06:20:10 AM

For me, it is hard to trust some IEO on other exchanges than Binance exchange. Usually the token price will goes down after the IEO sale on those exchanges. Unless we want to really investing for long term, i don't think we can get the profit after the sale ended.
yes.I am more convinced that with IEO projects registered in binance exchanges, they can be relied upon for several reasons, such as registered projects there are many that succeed, while many IEO projects listed on the Bittrex exchange fail. That is the difference between IEO Bittrex and Binance. Because people today really believe in investing in IEO in binance compared to Bittrex when compared. Of course not everyone will invest in the bittrex IEO and we also have to look at projects that carry out the IEO in bittrex.

The most important thing in my opinion is Point 1 and 2. Because all that greatly affects the development of the project going forward. Because if the team is experienced in the field it is certainly very good. And also the concept of the project is indeed very important. Plus if the concept of the project is very unique and useful for many people.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Could you recommend two good altcoins?

I am considering buy two altcoins, can anyone give some recommendation? I have about $1000 to invest in altcoin.
XRP will definitely be an excellent option, this is the only altcoin from the top that has not yet flown to the moon, although huge capital is poured in there, I believe that the ripple will show a very strong movement XRP and LTC might be good recommendations. These two altcoins are owned by many people now. And of course the chance to fly to the moon is very high. That's why I want to suggest that you have this altcoin now because these two altcoins are the one who ordered me good.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty alone is not enough

on: July 06, 2019, 07:26:56 AM

Bounty is not enough that is why they need to attend to different meet ups and conventions to promote their project and tell the world about it to make it more successful.
That must be done for every new crypto project. not only promotions through bounties or other media. Because attending other crypto events will give promotions to everyone at the event so that large investors also see their projects.
