For the love of God, if you care about privacy when using bitcoins and privacy with your transactions don't upgrade from windows 7.
Windows 10 IGI Game is utmost fail. Your offline data will be recorded. If you are programmer, you know what to do.
If your laptop has pretty good specs, like 2GB of RAM or more, I would upgrade to the Windows 10 platform because it is much more stable than the Windows 8.1 OS. in my opinion ,windows 10 is very better than windows 8 , is more applicable and more stable than the windows 8 ! so if you can , upload and use windows 10 .Windows 10 IGI Game is utmost fail. for me windows 7 better than both ( 8 and 10 )
