I wish newbs were included in the airdrop =( doing my best to get this account back up. My main was hacked along with Gmail =(. I love the idea and would love to help support any needs. I can translate to swedish if necessary.
Question, did you have 2FA on your gmail? I've heard rumblings that even that has been hacked now. Unless I've missed something serious, 2FA is still secure. It's the device that holds the 2FA private key that gets compromised. Lets say you have an Android device with google-authenticator for 2FA, you then download an app that looks really cool, but is in fact a trojan. This trojan can potentially steal the secret keys or take screen shots when the app is open. I say potentially, as the ability to be able to do those things rely on numerous factors. |

First of all I want to thank everyone in the DeepOnion community for letting me be apart of this amazing community. The second I heard about DeepOnion I knew 100% it will be a success. I have worked with several big projects before and none can compare with how much potential I believe this project has.
I present to you DeepOnion Website V2. My brother and I worked several hours to design this modern website for DeepOnion. We still have some more work to do on it but wanted to show everyone this small preview. Please note it has not been compressed or optimized at all. It is just a rough draft, and we will still be working on it till it's completed.
You can also view the DeepOnion mascot we have created below. We will be one of the only cryptocurrency with an actual mascot.

Thought I would start a thread about the October Batch's shipping as I can't seem to find one on here yet. This is my first purchase from Bitmain and I would like to know any experiences other have had and mores specifically - When should I expect confirmation my order has been shipped?
- What duties (VAT) etc should I be expecting when it hits customs (UK)
Any advice welcome really. They should be starting in 5 days, my order went through and was paid very swiftly so I'm hoping I'm one of the first in line. The power supply states "October", so a bit vague there, i've been told it won't ship together! |

I'll pay import taxes and VAT. There are no import taxes for miners in Europe. Only VAT. Surely there is only VAT to pay for EU, but is not it enough that you have to pay from 19% to 23% of the declared value? in some cases like if you buy directly from Bitmain you even pay 500 euros or more? I never said it's not enough. It's more than enough! I have 24% in my country. I was just saying if you use the correct taric codes atleast you save some extra 10% they might try to steal from you. what is the correct TARIC code to import antminers to EU without the extra 10 % duty (just paying VAT)? 8471 41 00 90 for the miner 8504 40 30 90 for the power supply Good to know. The D3 October batch is my first purchase from Bitmain, can anyone give me any advice on what to expect. E.G. email notifications of dispatch, paying VAT etc.. |

Can anyone explain what's so great about this DeepVault feature? Would anybody pay an onion just to register a file hash on the blockchain?
Wouldn't you prefer to use GPG and manage the keys yourself? Why not just generate a hash and pay some extra attention to a few last digits?
1) Security of the blockchain 2) Virtually effortless 3) Hash files can have more than a few last digits changed. can you explain about 1,2,3 more detail? 1 - If the hash in the blockchain it cannot be tampered with. Other methods can always be tampered with. E.G. If the machine that hosts the hash gets compromised. 2 - The implementation is extremely easy to use. 3 - A hash can look similar to the eye, but can in fact be different. A software solution is more accurate than the human eye for spotting differences. |

Hey Creamers! Things are really falling in line and coming together for Cream. I would not worry to much about another coin with the same name. This isn't the first time its happened. Everyone knows who we are now and what this Cream coin is. CRM Devs I am really really impressed with the level of activity and involvement you are giving to the community here. Everything is moving in the right directions. I'm still waiting for 5000 sats in price  It will get there! Thanks for support. We do our best Any plans of increasing MN rewards to attract more MN buyers and more MN lock-ins for coin stability thereby price increases... For now I see a measly .4 CRM per mined thats very low compared to other masternode coin like VIVO. I wouldn't worry too much about price. It will probably increase again when the block rewards half again. I think we may close to it. |
