181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Xcard a scam? on: May 09, 2020, 07:18:48 AM
What's happening with Xcard? I participated in this bounty campaign and since months ago now everything seem quiet and no one is talking about the project, is Xcard a scam project or a failed project?
yes, they were blatantly deceptive. This is terrible when I seem to do all I have for the project. the CEO promises a lot about IEO on the top 10 exchanges. But now he's even quiet and doesn't care about the project anymore. I guess he took investors' money and fled to another country.
182  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency can not replace fiat currency. on: May 08, 2020, 07:19:01 AM
You actually did not give strong reasons why cryptocurrency can't replace fiat currency. Cryptocurrency can actually/theoretically do most things fiat currencies can do, but I doubt typical fiat currencies can safely do most things cryptocurrency can do with losing their centralization. Besides, government can run their fiats on Blockchain or other real decentralized system.

Crypto could actually work better in rural areas than fiat, even without relying too much on internet. But I believe safe/crypto-friendly worldwide rural internet coverage is a possibility in the future
Do you think crypto can work well in rural areas and don't even need the internet? the fact that you convince them to use a new currency and to use technology is something unimaginable. They are people who don't know about technology and you force people to follow?
It will be very time consuming and even impossible to do if the people do not cooperate. I feel that crypto should only work in Defi, it should not be in centralized markets.
183  Economy / Economics / Re: What N America and Europe need to start on now! on: May 08, 2020, 07:03:05 AM
I believe Americans and Europeans will do it soon if Covid 19 is well controlled. They have even stepped up further lowering interest rates so that businesses have money to maintain and do not need to pay taxes on some industries badly affected by the disease. Don't worry too much about economic policies, they're good enough to recognize and know what they should do next. The important thing now is to be aware of the people. they should know to isolate themselves at home and that will help the economy in the future a lot.
184  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 3 smart ways to bet on the upcoming bitcoin halvening with options on: May 07, 2020, 10:24:08 AM
I do not agree with opinion number 3. we should clearly consider it as an important event because it determines the psychology and buying / selling action of traders in the near future. As the halving day approaches, the psychology of traders will be further affected and we need to study that to make trading decisions. avoiding important events will only make us turn trading into a gambling game.
185  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitfinex launches bitcoin dominance future on: May 07, 2020, 10:15:10 AM
Another creative way to rifle traders' pockets, another bait for the whales to devour each other.

https://www.bitfinex.com/t/BTCDOMF0:USTF0

Do you guys have any thought on this?
This is just a guessing game as well as other types of indicators. Every exchange has different game. they always create new things that are similar to gambling to make more money from investors. I fully support this because it makes a lot of choices for traders. Everyone will be good at different types of indicators so diversifying the game is great.
186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC bottom is yet to come??? on: May 06, 2020, 08:09:36 AM
Guys, how many of you feel Bitcoin will test another bottom before the halvening event HuhHuh  I have a feeling that the price drop will be coming soon one last time to somewhere between 3k-4K range  Grin
It will not come back anymore. The market is now accepting bitcoin at such a high price and it can only sideway or drop around $ 500- $ 700 more and then it will to the moon. I feel that the crypto market is bustling again and they are buying more and more. The volume is moving to the alts in the top 100 in CMC, it seems they are preparing for a big pump in the crypto market. This is also a good time to buy.
187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are u buying alts? on: May 06, 2020, 07:46:45 AM
Alts have been known for their fakeouts. But it turns out, this time alts are poised to pop hard. What do u think? Its been five days since the moment alts first started showing signs of unrestrained bullishness. Im monitoring these suckers hell I do. Look up binance charts. Alt season may have just started. Do u guys buy? By the way, tradingview people seem to be deaf to what Im saying. No one gives a shit. Just an army of stupid scants doing 10 bucks bitcoin swing trades, and maybe ripple also. No one wants to hear about alts. Whats the matter with ya?
I am a trader and I am quite interested in alts while the market recovers. The potential alts and huge community will recover very strongly. such as ZIL, its bottom was $ 0.0022 and now it has recovered to $ 0.00767. If you bought at the bottom, now the account has x3 times. If we can choose the potential alts, we will make a lot of money.
I am currently paying attention to CTSI, WRX and HBAR. All 3 alts are quite heady on many discussion forums and these are probably the best 3 alts to buy now.
188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in this new IEO on: May 04, 2020, 05:37:39 AM
Hello, I am new to blockchain and I stumbled on how successful Binance IEO is and the recent IEO conducted there, I witnessed how the coin price spiked after IEO. So i discovered that Latoken is about conducting an IEO. Is it a wise decision to invest?
Binance is the largest crypto exchange and Latoken is an anonymous exchange! Nobody wants to buy or invest in shit exchanges because the possibility of losing money is very high. When the IEO trend was hot, Latoken did not have any prominence. They only list scam tokens and let them die over time. I recommend that you only buy tokens at big exchanges. For example, Binance, Bitmax, Poloniex, Houbi Global. those are big exchanges that you can trust and make a lot of money from speculation.
189  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Remove the bad influencer from your life! on: May 04, 2020, 05:30:31 AM
This is the time, everyone should remove the bad influencer, fudder, negative minded people from life! When bitcoin had a long bear run, even when it's price was 7K USD, many people kept saying the price will be 5000, 3000 very soon, sell now and get out! But a true believer knows that Bitcoin price will bounce back soon or later. Now we are in a good position in the crypto world, so, this is the time to ignore fudders and keep confidence in yourself. Today CZ tweeted about it and that was very related to me. The negative preacher can break us a lot, so ignore them from now!
I'm just wondering why do you always think the market is growing and you always miss the thought of price reversal at any time? It is true that words do not make the price go in any direction but we should consider between the two cases. I once bought bitcoin at $ 10k and thought it would increase further because of Halving bitcoin. But you see, the Corona virus has not affected the economy, investors have sold bitcoin and stock. I didn't have a plan for a discount, so I lost over $ 3,000 when I held bitcoin at $ 10k. so I just want to advise you that, whether CZ or Justin Sun predicts whether the price of BTC will increase or decrease, you should still have a backup plan. Don't be subjective.
190  Economy / Economics / Re: returning to normal on: May 03, 2020, 06:56:18 AM
there's a new narrative emerging that life will never return to normal after the coronavirus pandemic:

Quote
I don't think people realize that there is no normal to go back to anymore.

At absolute minimum:

1) Supply & demand has been reallocated across the economy, with travel & events zero'd out, remote work & masks to infinity
2) Virus permanently changes public behavior
3) Supply chain disruption just starting

what do you think---are entire industries about to disappear because of the pandemic? will some aspects of the economy and general life irreversibly change after this?

I don't think it will be so badly affected. That's just the negative thought of some people about this world. everything is just halted and when the epidemic is under control everything will be back to normal and even more active than ever. The workers are now waiting for the day of social isolation to return to work. People are expected to have jobs and money. so I believe that there is no disappearance in some industries. This is just a temporary stop.
191  Economy / Economics / Re: The positive impact ~ on: May 03, 2020, 06:00:06 AM
Yes, during the pandemic season we can see our lives slow down and we feel life is wonderful. Not only that, this Corona virus pandemic has caused many people in Europe, especially the United States, to change their minds about the importance of masks. After the epidemic, people will change their view of wearing everyday masks even though they do not have illnesses. This really brings a lot of experience to everyone.
even myself, I was able to organize my own work at home and study proactively despite not being forced. It helped me become better.
192  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why risk management is so important ? on: May 02, 2020, 08:50:01 AM
It's important because trade is like a gambling game. and gamble games often hit the emotions and psychology of many players. So no matter how broad your knowledge is without your capital management skills, you'll soon be out of this game. The market fluctuates unpredictably so capital management is very important. When you lose continuously, the market is not really supporting you. Take a break and wait for a good time to start again.
If you want to find the best method, maybe I would suggest reading about Dr. Elder's capital management method.
193  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Brave Browser launches Binance Widget on: May 02, 2020, 08:17:05 AM
Brave only does the best it can for its customers when using their services. When the market is volatile, you just want to go into your account and trade quickly so you don't have to miss the opportunity. I used to use Brave for a while and it is very convenient, fast experience and does not consume too much RAM. That's what I like best about Brave and when I use it I still earn money every month. So why don't we try and develop it like Google or Firefox? Brave deserves what they are trying.
194  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I have bought Yoda and Alisa. Should I continue holding them? on: May 01, 2020, 07:56:25 AM
Hello dear members.
I have bought some Yoda and Alisa coins in Yobit. I saw they were rising and anyone suggested buying them.
Since I bought them, they are just going down and I have lost 60% of my money in them until now.
What do you recommend me to do next? I am very patient but do you think holding them a little longer can compensate my losses?
I only want to get my capital back even if it is done with zero profit.
You should sell it because the alts in Yobit are mostly scams. You see an electronic board showing a continuous increase in the price data, but when you buy it the price level stops and it gradually declines and loses its value. If you continue to hold, you will lose all, this is one of the tricks to Yobit exchange can make money from traders there. There have been quite a lot of warnings about scam exchanges here and you should avoid trading them. For example: P2PB2B, Vindax, Yobit.
195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Matic a good investment? 10x possible? on: May 01, 2020, 07:41:24 AM
The matic had a very strong fomo period last year and people realized that matic's technology was just a trap. why do i say that? because their marketing team has fomo so well and by that chance they took the team token and sold it. That incident caused Matic's price to fall more than 70% and caused many traders to suffer heavy losses. I will not return to Matic again, I don't want to lose any more money.
196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ERC20 Wallet Address on: April 30, 2020, 06:17:13 AM
Hi,
Sorry I am new to the Crypto world.
Trying to find out more details on the ERC20 Wallet Address and how Do I get one.
Is the ERC20 Wallet Address the same as the Etherium wallet address which I can get on coinbase.com?

Thanks
If you are running a bounty campaign and they require an ERC-20 wallet then you should use the MEW wallet. It's the foundation of Ethereum and supports most ICO projects now. Or if they mention the ETH wallet and pay you with ETH, you can use Trustwallet, Blockchain, Coinbase, ...
Read and understand the operating principles of platforms and tokens. Or you can ask your manager so they can give you the most accurate answer.
197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much have you earned in one year on: April 30, 2020, 06:06:49 AM
I imagined how most bounty participants and trader who are below the senior rank most especially those who do not know how to choose good/high rewarding projects if they would would have even made up to $1k in the past 1 year. How would they feel if they have nothing meaningful to withdraw at this pandemic period and just looking at their wallet helplessly. How much have you been able to cash out in the past one year.
I was one of them. It's not that I can't choose a good project but there are actually too many scam projects. I worked for them very hard but most of them were scams or tokens of no value. I had to look for a full-time job to make and make a small salary. But we should not be discouraged, when the bull trembles, the market still has many good bounty for us. As long as the world economy becomes better, good projects will grow. Be patient and loyal to our work, we will survive the difficult and rich days in the future.  Smiley
198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Idena is the first Proof-of-Person Blockchain on: April 29, 2020, 07:20:01 AM
I have seen a lot of mining projects with a computer but most of them are shit tokens and it is not worth anything. So Idena is different from the rest of the shit tokens? We should discuss it here so that everyone knows the strengths of the project and jointly develops it. I also want to be one of the people who discovered the first gem in the crypto market. Many thanks for the reply on my post.
199  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [MOON] Mooncoin 🌙 built in 2013 with the future in mind on: April 29, 2020, 07:01:46 AM
hmm ... this is actually quite unstable. for every 100,000 blocks processed the reward will be reduced and I don't like this. Our profits will be greatly reduced or sometimes we will go bankrupt. Actually your idea is quite good but it only applies to famous coins and wishing to buy it a lot. But moon coin really does not have a good community and very few people know about it. the liquidity is very low and you also reduce the reward per 100000 blocks, this is not an attractive deal for me. Hope you read it and understand my advice.
200  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Russian Central Bank Admits It Can’t Ban Bitcoin on: April 28, 2020, 09:14:44 AM
The Director of the Bank of Russia’s legal department has admitted that Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies cannot realistically ever be banned in the country.

Although cryptocurrencies are not exactly legal in Russia, it seems like they won’t ever be banned, either. That’s the latest news from the Russian government. Although Russia has a love hate relationship with crypto and bitcoin, what do you think about this admission? I think personally no bank can control it, but they don't admit it.

What do you think about this? If you want to read the full article, you can click on the link below

https://beincrypto.com/russian-central-bank-admits-it-cant-ban-bitcoin/
This is due to their inability to control transactions from fiat money to this decentralized market. No one can detect you transferring millions of dollars from one wallet to another. That is also the advantage and disadvantage of Blockchain when all information is not transparent. Besides, the cost of setting up a network to control transactions in decentralized markets takes a lot of money and effort. That's why they can't do anything and just advise people not to participate in the crypto market.
