1  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Patience is a virtue in Cryptocurrency Trading. on: August 28, 2018, 11:30:38 AM
It got me thinking about how long I’m planning to trade crypto, whether I have an expected return, and what is my plan to start with, crypto is intriguing and staggeringly powerful. Not one day is the same. Additionally, on the off chance that you play the amusement insightfully, portfolio increases — unheard of in customary trading — are inside an arm's
You should have an expected return. That's what is going to shape how long you wait to analyse and make the right trade when the opportunity presents itself.

Cryptocurrency is a no go area if you are an “emergency investor “. By emergency investor, i imply someone who invests in cryptocurrency to get profits within some short period of time in order to settle some immediate financial. The probability of that happening cannot be ruled out, but in instances where they occur, the probability is about 1/10.

Patience is a virtue for bitcoin and another cryptocurrency investment. Prices exhibit intermittent Bearish and Bullish movements over short periods of times which may leave investors confused as to what step to take.

A successful investor studies the market, invests in a coin that always rises remarkably after a significant drops and take decisions in moments of highs and lows.

This will save a lot of anxious investors who sell their coins when prices are dropping, causing them to lose significantly.

I would agree with you to some extent but you,  however, do not out into consideration those that practice day trading.
The term emergency investors, I can say,  correctly describes what day trading entails. It is simply taking advantage of the differences in the price of bitcoin over short period of time to make profits.
Patience, however, remains an essential virtue for traders especially newbies who don't know how the market works and always panic anytime there is a slight decrease in the price of bitcoin.
Okay Goldade, thanks for your submission Smiley

Patience is must with bitcoin. Whether it is trading or something else, patience leads the user towards success. In specific, cryptocurrency is completely unpredictable. So there needs to be an alternative plan to be ready while getting into trading. If one is not possible to overcome the loss based on the unpredictability it is good to have patience and get the benefits.
Everyone should practice in themselves to have a long patience when it comes to the market of cryptocurrency especially today that the market was degrading and we couldn't do anything to make it change rapidly. All we have to do right now is to wait when it would gonna be higher and be positive that it would happen.
Yes, let's wait. Experts predict bitcoin to hit pass $20000 in December, 2018. Let's see how it goes.

I absolutely agree with your post. Patience is probably one of the key instruments of getting wealth in crypto, but mind that sometimes it should be short, sometimes long Smiley
Yes, you are right. We must follow the trend and be smart.
5  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Patience is a virtue in Cryptocurrency Trading. on: August 28, 2018, 10:33:41 AM
Yes, patience is required in order to reap the benefit of an investment. But sometimes, too much patience is dangerous. Just imagine those that bought bitcoin at $18000, and still holding it?. Though cryptocurrency is not encouraged for an emergency investor.
They shouldn't have bought cryptocurrency at $18000 in the first place when its fall had been predicted in the proceeding days by experts.

Yes, patience is one of the major factor for the success in this field of digital currency.  People who bought bitcoin and altcoins earlier this year must have sold them in the loss and their could be multiple reasons of it. Maybe one needs money to spent and he/she can't block his money for this much long time. Only those who invested in crypto with their free/ extra money and have an heart to hold, will only enjoy the profits. Rest of the people just panic sell in loss and eventually out of this.
Yes of course, you shouldn't die when you need money for setting things vital. Investment money is actually money left after your expenditure, which you grow in a profitable business.

Patience indeed is a key thing to be considered in the crypto trading, if a person have a lack of patience it is very vulnerable to losses, personally I have not got too much patience and have occurred losses.
Sorry for the losses. I think we need to analyse bitcoin trends to make informed decisions about when to buy and sell.
7  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Patience is a virtue in Cryptocurrency Trading. on: August 28, 2018, 10:19:51 AM
Patience is the most important and needed by all of us to be able to make the right decision. Without having patience, we will not get anything.
It must be remembered that if we can have patience we will automatically get calm and that will help us get the results we dream of.
Am glad this is coming from a legend on Bitcointalk. How do I become a legend too mate? Grin

Permit me to say but it was just unwise for them to buy at a time when it was $18000. I think anyone must analyse bitcoin trend and know when to enter buy and sell.

I don't really agree with you because I am an investor with limited funds but I take advantage of crypto in the short term. I take 1-3% profit per transaction and I can get it in a day so you can calculate your monthly accumulation yourself. but this requires perseverance, patience and good analysis
Well, it depends on your target and approach. Am glad you still acknowledged the essence of patience. I wrote this reply somewhere and I think it's valid here too: "In 2017, the price of bitcoin was around $4000 in August. In December 2017, the price shot to a historical $15,000. Already, experts are predicting Bitcoin to hit pass $20000 in December. There hasn't been any time to be more patient than now"

I don't know about you guys but for me too much patience is bad. I've been holding a lot of coins and most of the times, selling after a quick rise in the market is better than holding for a long time. If you have observed carefully, the bear period is always longer than a bull market so don't waste any opportunity to sell.
I think patience is only suitable for big investors in 2017 and this year everything is different from me. I personally wish the market could rise again and as I hoped more and more markets would go down, this made me feel frustrated and frustrated with the current situation. I believe that in 2019 everything will become different and I will be determined not to sell during this period

Yes, patience is a virtue for us, waiting in the cryptographic market is always a way to help us succeed, but if you are too impatient you may fail.
One thing I have observed is we must be smart while we're at being patient.
12  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Patience is a virtue in Cryptocurrency Trading. on: August 28, 2018, 09:59:29 AM
Patience ia a virtue to be successful in trading.Being panic cannot help to us ,we need to patiently waiting for another pumps.Holding for a long makes our money profitable.
Glad we share the same thought.
13  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Patience is a virtue in Cryptocurrency Trading. on: August 28, 2018, 09:58:04 AM
Investing in cryptocurrencies requires patience, but patience is not suitable for all altcoins. If you are trying to save a coin with no real value, then this is an ignorant act!
Yeah, you are right. However, by default, only coins with "real value" come to mind when cryptocurrency is mentioned.
14  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Patience is a virtue in Cryptocurrency Trading. on: August 28, 2018, 09:55:47 AM
Yes patience is one of the key character of every trader to be successful and earn profit in crypto trading but this should not be enough, traders also need knowledge in technical analysis and vigilant in the crypto news so you may be aware what is currently happening to the crypto market as prices reacts on bad or good news.
Yeah Letecia012, trading cryptocurrencies, especially in forex and binary options, requires you are up to date regarding trends in the cryptocurrency prices
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Only 16.7 million Bitcoins in circulation? on: August 28, 2018, 09:45:23 AM
The whole world population must not own Bitcoin at the same time just as you don't the whole world owning dollar. It can always be passed on from one person to another in form of exchange for goods or services.
I get your dollar analogy but like Fiat currency(an umbrella under which dollar falls), the idea and vision behind cryptocurrency(under which falls bitcoin) is the creation of a global digital currency that can be used for trade in any jurisdiction. At least that's what bitcoin enthusiasts are fighting for, that each nation of the world will legalize the use of bitcoin for commercial trade and transactions.

It's don't a problem!
This is reason because why BTC can go to the moon!
You're right DarkNight. i think I figured this out too late.
17  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Bitcoin/Crypto Publisher-sites in Japan, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and Korea on: August 27, 2018, 02:29:44 PM
This suggestion to you ftom me ,just look online for crypto influencers in Japan and China, my clue: use Wechat and Webo, and try to translate the content. You will see they have a lot of social media they use only in those languages. But you will have to translate your own advertising to their language, otherwise your ads won't display for them anyway. Another way is to use their forums.
Thanks very much. I will see how this goes.

Thanks Slaman, this is particularly helpful!Do you know the specific name of their bitcoin talk? A link the site will do Smiley

The idea proposed here about utilizing influencers to get your project's word out there is a very real and effective thing. Its called 'influencer marketing' although effective, it is not cheap.
Instead of "publisher" websites you may want to sign-up with ad banks and target your demography to the countries of your choice.
Thanks very much, I will try this option. Can you recommend any good ad banks out there?
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / SCAM ICOs ask unsuspecting participants for their wallets' private keys on: August 01, 2018, 01:50:27 PM
I came across an ICO(name withheld) which asks for private keys of participants. The private key is the last item on the registration form and this may elude participants who must be excited at this stage of filling the form considering the opportunities promised by the ICO.

In case you are a newbie, beware never to give out your wallet's private key as people can still your funds if they get this number. The public key is enough for any transaction.
