Being anonymous in the web will always attract criminals to use bitcoin because they cannot be identified and cannot be trace directly by the law enforcers that's why bitcoin will always be a victim here no matter what. As easy as to send and receive bitcoin transactions i am betting the criminals are enjoying without facing problems from the authorities. Despite all that there are still good citizens using bitcoin in a good and legal way it supposed to be.
One of the main obstacles regarding crime in transactions is with anonymous users, but I don't think we can avoid this, because every transaction, whether using printed or digital finance, will certainly be possible for a crime. It all comes back to how we use it, because every system will certainly have positive and negative sides in running it. |
