1  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Is Blokforge still legit? on: October 10, 2021, 03:03:09 PM
You can just call them as well.  They are legit and honest.  If your item is delayed it's 99% chance not their fault and has to do with shipping issues unrelated.  I would just give them a ring when they open and talk on the phone.

Worst dev ever.  Could have been a mega good coin and still failed.
3  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Goodbye Bitmain, Hello MicroBT. on: May 10, 2021, 05:18:28 PM
Yet I have had many m20's die from their crap psu.  So yes, they run well, but power supplies are also junk.  They are bricks now because you can't get the p11 psu's anymore.

He hasn't been on in over a year lol.  Not to mention I don't even know what exchange has this shitcoin still listed.

To be honest I don't think this coin is listed on any exchange right now after the explorer went down a few months ago. I just forgot about this coin as there is no active development and there have been better opportunities elsewhere that has active teams.

It is listed here:
https://yobit.net/en/trade/XPTX/BTC

I am a developer but I never worked on blockchains.
I could try to restart/relaunch the project if someone could help me.

First of all:
How to recover the blockchain and block explorer?
I had the wallet working for a long time. I have a backup of my wallet data and my database if it could help.

I just found the wallet executable and launched it. It found 1 connection. Let's see if it synchronyze the wallet. I am 1year and 7weeks behind since last sync.

Anyone interested in relaunch the project?

To the moon!!!! Smiley  Cool

Problem is we don't even have a exchange right now

You can always tell who bought the top Roll Eyes

lol I didn't buy at the top?  I am just saying it like it is.  The dev disappeared like usual and nothing came of this coin, whether people bought at bottom, top, or staked for years, it's a worthless coin with 0 volume that never will amount to anything.

The only way I can see this coin amount to something is when the dev returns and starts working on XPTX again. The only problem is that we never even found out what the dev has been working on as he never mentioned anything. When we look at it XPTX does have potential in the next cycle as I believe staking will be the next big thing for crypto once ETH starts staking and I think more people coming into crypto will look for other long standing staking coins but they will also look for active communities and dev teams which is what we have missing here.

The website is gone, the explorer is gone, he's gone.  Even if he came back, it won't matter.

Yes I know all this however we just never know what can happen in a time where staking is all the rage. If he does come back and gets thing back up and running again when staking is all the rage then we might see XPTX back up there once again but the dev will need the passion to do so because it seemed to me that's what he lacked as a dev.

Well this coin will never get on a useful exchange so I would likely say it will never happen. lol

Probably because dev is a idiot.
11  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Electric Rates.... look around in de-regulated states on: May 22, 2020, 03:49:19 PM
You are running a much smaller power usage than I used so I don't foresee a huge issue yet.  They are bullshit though
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] PlatinumBAR XPTX - Rare Cryptocurrency with PoW / PoS (230%) on: April 27, 2020, 04:54:59 PM
Anyone who thinks the dev is working on anything remotely for this coin is a moron.  It's not going to ever get volume or come back, just accept it.  One of the most worthless coins ever.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Failure!🎬 StrongU STU-U6 dash coin miner review. on: April 24, 2020, 07:42:44 PM
These were the biggest piece of junk miners I ever bought.  2 of them I noticed are completely dead now.  Won't even start to try hashing.
14  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: MicroBT WhatsMiner M30S++, M30S+, M30S, M31S+ Hardware Specifics on: April 17, 2020, 05:39:15 PM
lol anyone who orders this is a moron.  s19 same specs.. actually ship when they say vs whatsminer last year, 2 power cords instead of 1 (able to run on a pdu that way) and less money.  Literally NO benefit of these miners over a s19.
15  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitmain Introduces the S19 and S19 Pro on: March 24, 2020, 02:37:36 PM
well if I had one today - at current diff/btc price i would bring in about $10.50 a day with about 4.30 for electric so just around $6 per day profit.

once the market is flooded with them - it will drop fast unless btc price climbs.

I'm not sure about flooding but yea exactly $6/day NOW.  Meaning after halving $3/day not to mention how much the difficulty goes up because of this from china farms upgrading.  Then who knows what the price will be or how markets will be.  This is simply a terrible terrible buy.  It's almost laughable how bad of a buy it is.  I am waiting for a next miner release over this one, not to mention with all that's going on, expect huge delays shipping electronics from china.
16  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitmain Introduces the S19 and S19 Pro on: March 23, 2020, 04:38:25 PM
Yea they are on damn crack thinking $2900 lmao.  Anyone who buys this gear at that price I feel no sympathy for when you most likely get screwed.  So essentially $3000+ for something that at CURRENT market (Not even talking about after halving which would have to be double what it is now JUST TO BE THE SAME as current earnings) brings in like $2-3 a day.  You would need to really really be uneducated on essentially everything to buy at this price.

Alright coin is dead.  Website gone, dev is afk and a worthless idiot like usual, twitter nothing, no explorer, no exchanges.  Oh well, this was a joke of a coin for sure.
18  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitmain Introduces the S19 and S19 Pro on: February 27, 2020, 05:13:46 PM
They said in a twitter post it goes as low as 23w/th.  I am assuming they have multiple modes on them, like a low power mode and such.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] PlatinumBAR XPTX - Rare Cryptocurrency with PoW / PoS (230%) on: February 15, 2020, 06:35:12 PM
Yea this coin is worthless.  Could have been a really good coin if the dev actually was working on things and communicating with people.  Plus, being on a actual exchange would help but yea.

You talk like you just work in life, you. Smiley

This coin is so well coded, it needs no maintenance.
It's on Crex, has everything it needs.
You faggot are its only problem.
Go play with your Legos.

What?  I don't even understand what brain functions you have to think anything of this coin is good at the moment.  Crex is a shit exchange and no USA allowed so it's worthless, there is 0 volume on this coin and 0 support.
