Hallo Alle, ich habe einen Fehler gemacht auf Kraken. EOS bei Ausgabe besorgt und nach Claim auf Kraken versucht zu übertragen. Ich habe für das Deposit natürlich ein EOS account, leider habe ich mein ETH account auf Kraken angegeben zum rüber schieben. Problem ist, dass alles gut gegangen ist, aber auf Kraken kein Eingang zu sehen ist, weil ETH Konto kein EOS zeigt, zu mindestens auf Kraken. Support angeschrieben, dauert ja leider immer, ich brauche aber das EOS um weiter zu handeln. Support (508496)

At Kraken, we do what we can to prevent these mistakes from happening. That's why we make sure that our deposit page contains a warning and acknowledgement that Kraken is not responsible for these mistakes.
In this case we have decided that we are going to make an exception to our general policy of not recovering crypto tokens that have been sent to the wrong address and assist you with the recovery. However, our developers, who are required to recover the funds for you, are very busy at the moment. We will have to ask you to wait a maximum of 90 days until the recovery can be completed.
We will give you an update only after the recovery has been completed. This may be sooner than in 90 days but you should be prepared to wait the full 90 days.
