I think the best sleeper coin is nebl. It is a blockchain token that will make simple for enterprises to use blockchain with APIs. It is also has a very low market cap.

I suggest 2 projects. The first is nebl, a blockchain with APIs with a very low market cap and put some in eng, it has a privacy protocol and still undervalued.

Nebl is a great project. When the APIs release on q1 the price will go very high. It has not even the half market cap from it's competitors. It's now cheap. If the APIs release is a success we will have $50 per nebl and as we saw till now the team work very hard and deliver everything ahead of the roadmap.
