21  Other / Obsolete (selling) / Re: looking for 2BTC, giving 16 USD Paypal on: May 25, 2011, 10:16:19 PM
Hello all,
I'm new here, I would like to see how it works. Biggest challenge is to trade USD with Bitcoins in a fast way. Paypal is the ideal way to act fast, but drawback is that some are abusing the system.
In order to test Bitcoin, I'm willing to buy 2 BTC for 16 USD from my Paypal account. Any Paypal cost is for you, but still should give you a nice deal.
PM me if interested, preferably within 30 minutes after this post (is after midnight here already in Belgium).
Thanks
Philippe

pvanhuffel, is complicated to trade with anyone who has only 1 post here....

Try https://mtgox.com/ and you will get better price than 8USD/1BTC (Current price: 7.5699)

Good luck!

1bitc0inplz, disabled for now.

Some users experiencing excessive slowness of their computers.

If you implement one option for use some percentage (I wish use 50% of the CPU for example) and run it in more low priority side.... will be better  Grin

And think that some users open a lot of tabs from the same website, be careful with that...

Great work in anyway!

31  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: Embedable Javascript Bitcoin miner for your website on: May 24, 2011, 03:37:21 PM
Thanks for the feedback, guys... we will try to get these additional stats into the next update:

  • Group stats by domain
  • Hashrate over several time periods
  • Graph of past hashrates
  • Show total getwork requests along with hashrate
  • Round start/end time
  • Recently connected clients
  • List of when each share was found

Keep in mind we're not a pool ourselves, so our "rounds" always last one week. The first one will end on 20110528.

Great for that!  Cheesy

36  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: GUI mining - now with BFI_INT optimization on: May 24, 2011, 11:20:06 AM
What I don't understand:
I have a 5770 and I can mine while watching HD video, youtube etc.

A friend of mine has a 6950, had the latest GUIMiner running and when he clicked a youtube video he got a hard freeze and had to reboot.

Is there anything one can do?

Get right click on the youtube video screen, and Disable hardware acceleration on the flash player options  Grin
37  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Bitcoin-Kamikaze.com [Win bitcoins] on: May 23, 2011, 10:41:46 PM
coefficients are made in such way that sum of losses is always greater than sum of wins. That's why site doesn't lose money.

The rest of the explanations were moot, this was the point. Suspicions confirmed.

This is strange at this point...  Huh
38  Local / Español (Spanish) / Re: Español! on: May 23, 2011, 02:27:14 PM
Correcto?

Saludos

PD: Me llamo lucas y vivo en Argentina

Hola Lucas.

http://forum.bitcoin.org/index.php?topic=9282.0
