I did two transaction with this guy, first was very smooth and he responded very friendly.
Second, time I wanted to re-load my card and sent him 200$ and after 8 hours he told me he can't reload my card. First he claimed he can refund, and now he said he can't refund I need to buy and pay for new card.
I have had no choice so said him to give me new card and cut new card charges from $200 I sent him, but he doesn't bother to response. He keeps ignoring my messages and turned out to be a SCAM for me.
