Im still waiting for my Licence card with my N4 rank of japanese language, i just passed the test last January 27, 2018. Hopefully by March 5 will be released.

You haven't included the part where you have sent him the translation ? Like I don't understand how can you say he is using your translation when you haven't posted the proof of you sending him one.Maybe I'm missing on something ?
