When will be avaliable information about token swap? You finished ICO one year ago and still no news about maiinet, tokenswap to coins. You can buidl games in both actually, but cause the mainland space is limited and it will be hard to get a big space, also its more expensive so it makes more sense to use the mainland as portal and keep all use-cases close to each other and make the planet to buidl the games and experiences. Ohh I see, only 21 masternodes and you have to hold 1 million PAL. That makes it almost impossible for the average investor to run a masternode. But I am still eagery waiting for the release of the mainnet. There isn't anything we have to do yet for the swap, right?
Masternodes for big holders only with 1 mln + PAL tokens. But they will have supernodes also. And only 100k will be needed for supernode. They will announced details about swap closer the launch maiinet. I think if you will be hold PAL on exchanges, than there is no need to do something. Do you know if the number of supernodes will also be limited like the number of available masternodes? Or is everyone eligible to run a supernode as long as he holds the min. of 100,000 PAL? I'm thinking about stocking up my PAL bag a bit if it's worth running a supernode. What are you talking about? They didn't mentioned $35M anywhere. Hardcap was $16.8M and token sale has already ended on 8th November and they managed to raise $9.1M. He probably mean overall marketcap with current price. And yes, they raised only 55% of hardcap. But they didnt burn tokens. Why? |

As I understand you want to create platform where people can buy virtual real estate. But as I know there are some existed similar project: Decentraland, MarkSpace. What advantages you have before this projects?
Really good question! First let me say this are great projects and we are really excited to join the same space as them, but we want to approach things different. Eventually the project is about the VR metaverse and the projects on it, the universe have to be vibrant and fun. We think we have great ways to approach this that give us a great benefit. Dynamic land system (mainland)It's important for the city to be full and used, with a static system you might run into problems that you get empty land parcels because people lost their private keys. No one would like to walk in a half abandoned city it looks bad and doest give you the WOW experience. People will still have their own location in the Cosmos and they keep this location, but they will need to do decentralized task ones in a while to prove they still own the private key. If you own land you should be participating in the universe. Land is made to make use-cases on it not to stay empty. PlanetsThe mainland will have small land parcels and this might be big enough for some shops or small games, but the chance is big that you need more space. That's why planets are created people can use their mainland parcel as a portal to their planet and build bigger use-cases there. Data solutions We are creating special data solutions that will help the metaverse to handle all the data needed and improve performance. This is important decentralized solutions like IPFS and DPFS still need to mature a lot to support a complete metaverse. Naturally in U.S. and most of other Governments, they require their people to declare income and pay taxes accordingly and omitting other facts in those reports could lead to very heavy consequences no one wants to be with such that tax evasion is a very serious offense that most crypto entities chose to comply with Government regulations to avoid penalties.
Yes, but from utility tokens people mostly dont pay taxes as there is no laws about them. But SEC want to charge taxes from security tokens as I undestand. But if this will be fully legal projects with dividends may be this is not bad I think you misunderstood lots of things. First of all, SEC doesn't have any jurisdiction about tax at all. Second, they see every crypto token as a security and even they don't pay any dividends they are mostly seeing them selling a security without permission. So most of the projects leave US citizens out just for this reason. But do you think why they making this (they want to make every token secutrity) ?
