61  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Klondike - 16 chip ASIC Open Source Board - Preliminary on: December 17, 2013, 06:39:56 PM
I too have components ordered from klondikedesign.com that I never received...3 PCB's, PIC's, stencil, and some other misc items. I have still yet to receive them, or a refund despite contacting BkkCoins before and after his hiatus.

I would not mind the parts, or a refund. But I would like a response.

62  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Guide] Dogie's Comprehensive ASICMiner Cube Setup on: December 10, 2013, 03:40:19 AM
Occasionally on low or high clock my cube will report all X's, and sometimes it only powers on for a couple seconds then clicks off.  When it does manage to boot successfully, it hashes fine at low clock. but always gives all X's when I try to go to high clock. It is not the PSU as it has been tested on another cube at high clock.

Anyone else had these symptoms?

Place an order yesterday Dec 4, I haven't heard back either, but i'm sure all is well. He is a very honest seller.

Everyone will get their updates soon.
He is an honest seller, and usually speedy. Which is why I always buy my AsicMinergear through him :-)

He responded just now. Thanks SSB.

It's been a while since I've ordered through SSB, but he was always much more responsive than this. I placed an order Tuesday afternoon and haven't received a response.

SSB - Please reply to my PM's/email

Thank you.

Yikes.

I have 1 board that went ZOMBIE as well, and now no green light. I've tried a completely different PC, PSU, USB cable, in/out of the miniplane..no dice..no green light

I am waiting until we get an official answer from the appropriate parties to continue my troubleshooting.

Sent payment yesterday for a case...very excited! The case will certainly help to organize and clean up my bench.

After some heat sinks and another fan, my OC bladev2 has been running for 3 weeks at 14.9 GH/s with no issues!

I can't wait to see what sidehack can do with the new cubes coming out. I ordered a couple from China yesterday  Smiley

I am certainly willing to pay more for the better quality heat sinks.

I assume they will allow enough clearance to still use the mini plane?
71  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Guide] Comprehensive ASICMiner Blade Setup on: September 29, 2013, 02:37:13 PM
I came home last night to one of my older style blades not powered on.

After some testing with a multi meter, it looks like the diode d9 is not conducting and the coil isn't powered.

Does anyone know if asicminer will provide a warranty for it?

:-)

You got one too! At least you should, since you bid first at 1.8, and the increments are .1, not .01

Hopefully RicRock responds soon with the list of winners.

It looks like the link to the proxy executable for windows is down :-(

http://mining.bitcoin.cz/media/download/mining_proxy.exe

Anyone have another source?

Thanks.

It turns out I had a copy of it on my work laptop from a while back. My blade is up and hashing. Thanks dogie!

If you are trying to setup your new blade and are having problems with the proxy download site being down, shoot me a pm and I will send you a link to my Google drive :-)

To be honest I dont care if its a person or a group!! The fact is that BKKcoins took my money and disappeared without shipping or refund.  Im just curious how many people didn't get their orders.

I am still waiting on my order #149 for 3 boards, PIC's, stencil, and other misc items.

It's also been more than 45 days so I cannot file a PayPal dispute. Bkk had mentioned not to go down that route and that he would respond to all refund requests, so I chose to give him the benefit of the doubt... my mistake...

77  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [OPEN] Group Buy #15 Blade Miners 3.60 BTC or less! Shipping to USA addresses on: September 19, 2013, 12:19:00 AM
Just received my first v2 blade today.

Has anyone else received damaged boards like this?

I know it probably won't ruin anything, but I will have to revise my plans for mounting/cooling :-/

...just kinda bummed that I can't even power the board due to missing the power adapter, and it's already got 2 chipped corners.

I'm trying to figure out if they came from friedcat like this, or if it's the awesome work of the USPS.

Thanks.
