921  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will price of some Altcoins exceed 1000$ this year? on: March 26, 2017, 01:35:41 PM
Ah!

Someone almost asking the real question.

"What will be the next $1000 coin?"

Might have to wait until bitcoin becomes the first $1000000 coin(or you know, this fall...ssh Wink ).
922  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Almost gave me a heart attack on: March 26, 2017, 01:15:16 PM
You are importing their public address, thus as you said it is watch only.

The only way you would be able to influence the coins on that address would be to import their private key.

In short, you cannot affect other users by importing a public address in watch only mode.
Hmm, I think seeing these kind of setup in your wallet will make someone greedy, making a plan or a trick to hack it, it is possible right?

No you can't hack it. Not can you hack the bitcoin network. What you can do however is use hacking and social engineering to gain access to someone's private key. If you gain access to someone's private key then you can access their wallet. So while you can't hack directly you can indirectly gain access to a person's wallet. Hope that helps. Was a good question btw

I'm going to stop you right there and call BULLSHIT

Everything can be hacked. If you think otherwise then you're in for an inevitable rude awakening. And to be honest, more things have been hacked than you can comprehend(aka everything). There are no 100% guarantees. And you should live your life with that understanding.

The definition of hacking is not exclusive to writing code(that's called programming). You should purge such ignorance from your conceptual reality.

Social engineering for example, is hacking and doesn't require the use of a computer.

Oh yeah, everyone that taught you that things are "impossible" has lied to you.

The traditional definition of hacking is to achieve something via skill, likely using an unconventional method.
923  Economy / Collectibles / Re: New coins for sale. Custom made, very limited on: March 26, 2017, 12:37:11 PM
Sorry about the price but I need to cover some lossed from changing the mistakes before about the chicago bulls head. I dont think it would have been a major concern anyway but I had to spend lots of money changing for some people who wouldnt have even bought the coin in the 1st place. Seams like a rat race in here and I was expecting people who appreciated bitcoin.

We definitely appreciate bitcoin, and art as well.

But unfortunately, "poor planning on your part does not constitute as an emergency on ours"...in other words...why should we be expected to pay for your fuckup?

Additionally, as we have no reason to trust you...it is mandatory that you accept some form of escrow if you wish to properly contribute to this market.

Otherwise you're just wasting everyone's time with pretty pictures.

I don't care if you have ownership of satoshi's severed phallus ...it doesn't immediately grant you trust here. You have to build trust through confirmed and successful trades before anyone(but fools) purchase from you without escrow.

You never know when bitcoin santa will come along and drop a few coins into your basket.

Best to keep around and check from time to time.
925  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do you convert cash to bitcoin anonymously? on: March 26, 2017, 11:14:30 AM
The easiest way?

You buy a bitcoin miner off ebay or craigslist or wherever for cash.

You then plug it into your wall and pay the electrical company for bitcoins at a hopefully reduced rate  Smiley

Tada...

No paper trail connected to your bitcoins this way.

It requires a bit of patience but is the best $ to BTC rate if you can figure out a good setup.

Hello!

I can translate a few more things for you  Cheesy

- Credited
These are coins that you have sitting in a wallet, these would have to be withdrawn/manually exchanged.

- Credited for Auto Exchange
These are the coins that you've earned that should be turned into whatever you're exchanging them to(dash in this situation)

- On Exchange
Not sure on this, but my guess would be that these are coins you have in a wallet on the exchange that aren't automatically exchanged.

Apparently there is both an exchange wallet and an account wallet? Not 100% certain as I haven't used MPH yet.

- And the info on the "Transactions" page?

Anything specific? There's a variety of info, some of which should be self explanatory.

927  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Need more bitcoin methods on: March 26, 2017, 11:03:18 AM
Don't bother investing unless you are investing in mining hardware.

Everything else is usually a scam, there are a few that aren't but it's a minute percentile.
928  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The fork doesn't bother me nearly as much as the idea of "renaming" Bitcoin. on: March 26, 2017, 08:10:21 AM
Bitcoin is Bitcoin Core now, because that's its development team.

And I suddenly realize I still know almost nothing about how all this mess works :/

The more you know the less you know....rabbit holes and timey wimey shit.
929  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Does an ASIC miner currently have a smaller repayment time than solar panels? on: March 26, 2017, 07:43:38 AM
The best time to do anything is long before you need it...

A solar system has alternate uses than just complementing a bitcoin mining operation.

Honestly it makes sense whether you mine or not.

So when I tell your sig campaign manager that you're sig spamming hate in the marketplace.

How long before he kicks you from his campaign?

Then you'll have something else to cry about.
932  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Looking for broken laptops/laptop parts (Canada) on: March 26, 2017, 01:34:59 AM
I have tons of stuff I can part with.  Most of the stuff I have is Core 2 and early I3/5/7 series stuff.  Got lots of ddr2 and ddr3 memory.  Most of this stuff our recycler just hauls off for about 1$ a pound.  They usually pay about $10 to $20 for complete laptops that post (no HDD).  Example would be a later core 2 (2009) that works.  Newer units are a little more but still not much.  I also have AMD laptops and "halftops" laptops with no lid or screen that work connected to an external monitor.

shivers with excitement

helipotte...maybe you should send me "junk" desktop stuff if you have it.

Anything you can fit in flatrate boxes core2 gen and up ram, mobo's whatever.
933  Economy / Goods / Re: ★★ SWIM's Cannabis Seed Service ★★ Worldwide Delivery ★★ Accepts BTC & ŁTC ★★ on: March 26, 2017, 01:31:41 AM
I feel like you're just sig spamming drivel...but if not...

I understand that you are angry because your situation in life is not ideal and that makes it easy for you to focus your emotions on a simple thing such as this but if you need emotional support perhaps we should not be airing your laundry in public...just PM me your feelings yo.

I'm most definitely not OP and can confirm that I received a package postmarked from australia that contained great looking cannabis seeds, I included a photo of the seeds and my "proof of purchase" in an earlier post.

They will compliment many gardens in the future I am sure.

Honestly though, if I wanted to sell seeds they would be included in one of my [wts] threads.
934  Economy / Goods / Re: ★★ SWIM's Cannabis Seed Service ★★ Worldwide Delivery ★★ Accepts BTC & ŁTC ★★ on: March 26, 2017, 12:44:08 AM
I never indicated that I would grow them immediately. Would you like to pay me to do so?

Otherwise there is a better time and place than your time table for another's life.

Where are you shipping from, are you taking orders at this time or is this just a WIP?
937  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] KNC Titan, 6 Cubes, 525MH. [US Preferred] on: March 25, 2017, 10:27:59 PM
What are you mining with them?  Thinking of adding some to my collection

right now? Novacoin, auroracoin, digi, or ltc I'd think.
938  Economy / Goods / Re: ★★ SWIM's Cannabis Seed Service ★★ Worldwide Delivery ★★ Accepts BTC & ŁTC ★★ on: March 25, 2017, 10:24:01 PM
You could have stepped up but you didn't. Don't interpret your lack of participation or timely action as a fault of mine.
939  Economy / Goods / Re: ★★ SWIM's Cannabis Seed Service ★★ Worldwide Delivery ★★ Accepts BTC & ŁTC ★★ on: March 25, 2017, 02:25:14 PM
ive been growing indicas & hybrids for over 20 years, OP didnt want to deal with me.

isoneguy claims to have received seeds from op and then sat on them for 2 months...

not sure what to make of it at all.

Well he sent me some as a vouch for his services. Bitcoin miners keeping the house too warm for growing...And paying out enough to buy my own weed from the store.

I got these for my seedbank...If you paid attention you'd know this...man.
940  Economy / Goods / Re: ★★ SWIM's Cannabis Seed Service ★★ Worldwide Delivery ★★ Accepts BTC & ŁTC ★★ on: March 25, 2017, 11:12:59 AM
I've been waiting for you to return!

My associate said the seeds looked high quality and I'm looking forward to watching a few sprout this spring.
