Good call. Glancing over the email, I didn't notice that. So that's why I posted here just incase someone else is curious.

I received an email from what I thought was Coinbase last night and if it weren't for my skeptical mind, I would have had my account compromised. The only difference I noticed was that the sender was 'Coinbase' (with single quotes) vs Coinbase (no quotes). I have reported this to Coinbase customer support, but I figured I would reach people quicker if I posted here as well. Screenshot of email. I ordered directly through the Chinese version of the website. I confirmed my payment with the international lady "Nancy" via skype and email and my April 4th unit arrived on my doorstep today, April 4th. Can't beat that. I live in the US.

Are these the smaller units or the big case units available for delivery within 24 hours? And how many do you have at this price?

Can you cross post a link to where your question was answered?

Make it cooler varakunai. I know mine was cool even when the LCD was flashing, but if you look in your mining stats page for that unit, you will see that 1 ship chip on 1 blade is probably hot. That's the case for me and there isn't much you can do about it besides try to get it cooler or just have the LCD blink until Cheshyr can get some new blades in. Hopefully more of an annoyance more than any real danger in frying the blade. I can't have 2 blades die on me!!

I bought 4 units in this group buy and it's been good experience for the most part. Communication has been good. The only problem I have is that one of the blades on one of the units fried and emitted smoke from the case. The unit won't turn on with this blade plugged in. It was very weird. The unit had been running for nearly 24 hours and then I noticed that it wasn't on. So I flipped it off and then flipped it back on and smoke blew out of the machine. I immediately turned it off. No overclocking or tweaking has been done in any way. After unplugging the blade the unit hashes just as it should (750GH).
Another one of my rigs has a blinking LCD red/white, the unit hashes fine, but the LCD problem is a bit of an annoyance.
So basically I have 2 good units and 2 "soso" units.
I have asked Cheshyr to pay me the daily amount that 250GH would make, but that was not an option.
He has paid me $100 out of his own pocket for the time being, so hopefully I will have a replacement blade within the time period of that $100 vs 250GH.
Posting just to keep things transparent.
Thanks Cheshyr.

Just to be completely transparent. I was a part of round 2 of these Dragon 1 TH/s Bitcoin ASICs. The miner was guaranteed to arrive on March 22, 2014 or else pcfli would pay me 0.1 BTC per day that it was late. The miner was delivered to him from the factory instead of to me. The good news is that pcfli is honoring his word and has paid me what the machine would have made, which is 0.12 BTC for everyday that the machine is late. The machine will be here tomorrow at some point according to UPS tracking. So it will have been 2 days late of the guaranteed date, but pcfli has paid for 1 day so far and I assume will pay me for the next day as well. If the machine was supposed to arrive at, example 12:00PM on 3-22-14 and it arrives at 12:00PM on 3-24-14, that is 2 days late. Just clarifying this, so I get paid for 2 days. So far, pcfli has conducted himself in a professional manner given the circumstances. Will post again when I receive the miner and it's up and running!

Have the 2 that have been released had their DHL tracking updated?
|
|
|
And if they don't arrive before the guaranteed ship date?
It's DHL that's why. Someone from another group buy shipped me something Fedex earlier today (EST time) and it will be here Monday....
Quite annoyed...

Well pcfli has informed us of the following:
"5 unit have been delivered to your guys directly(powell 2 and barwizi 3 ) , 7 unit was delivered to my place and i have receive them this morning, so the 2 host miners(Bordomboy and ryaner84) have started to mine for you a hours ago, you can check your pool to see the speed right now. 4 miners(bob 3 and Suave 1) will handle to ups tomorrow by myself and you will receive them by 24 March, and i will give 0.12btc compensate as i promised for each day delayed."
As long as he pays the 0.12 BTC per day, I'm okay with it being delayed.
Still looking forward to getting this unit.
Thanks.

Other group buys, the chips on the units have be lowered from 40 chips to 32 chips. Is this the case for these as well?
