i think no one knows at which point bitcoin ends this year.. but if we look at the experience last year, at the end year 2017bitcoin prices are always high and i hope to get back into the $ 25k again or maybe more at the end of 2018. The best way to check for a scam project is to run some few checks on the team members especially with the credential they present.
