141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Does matic (polygon) worth to invest? on: December 16, 2021, 08:23:58 AM
I think Matic does have a very good year ahead. Particularly with their ability to host NFT games, such as the rising Arc88.

They also have a very secure source of income due to their position in the Ethereum ecosystem.
142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where do you trade your crypto on: December 16, 2021, 08:21:32 AM
Binance is one of the best crypto exchangers. I use Binance and CEX.IO.

CEX.IO is a cryptocurrency exchange that was established in 2013 and offers its services to individual and institutional traders.

The team behind CEX.IO is working hard on expanding the range of the offered cryptocurrencies and tokens as well as on providing traders with the tools necessary for professional trading.
143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which altcoins have the potential for growth? on: December 13, 2021, 07:26:15 AM
Polygon is quite good and good enough it's bringing privacy to it's ecosystem using the zk rollup technology. This is also making it possible for privacy oriented projects like Railgun to deploy on it since they both make use of zk roll up technology.
144  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My crypto lessons in 2021 on: December 13, 2021, 07:22:42 AM
My lesson from 2021 is :
-Be patient
-Dont get fomo
-Take ur own risk
-Dont borrow money to invest
-Learn abot blockchain, market, trends, formatians and inducator
-Buy and sell step by step

Not all in..
145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top Cryptocurrencies to invest in 2022 on: December 13, 2021, 07:20:07 AM
I am very interested to see how ALGO with governance project will react in rankings. I really believe they could reach top 5 or top 10 for sure in 2022. And the next one is XMR when ppl start to understand that privacy matters, this coin gonna be explod.
146  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Great coins to invest in? on: December 13, 2021, 07:15:33 AM
ADA, XRP, XTZ, NEXO, GALA, MATIC.

Building a XLM and ALGO position also.

Still planning to DCA into BTC and ETH bit by bit. At least a little.
147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most Popular Cryptocurrencies Of 2021 on: December 13, 2021, 07:12:21 AM
I think CRO is the most popular in 2021.
FYI -> CRO is an asset that generates up to 12.69 percent apy while holding it. Allows for card perks and earn rate increases on other assets and looks to be undervalued at the current time of the tune of a possible x10. This is my primary buy monthly and won’t reevaluate until it cracks a dollar.
148  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where to store your keys? on: December 10, 2021, 06:58:20 AM
I made two copy of my pass phrase and gave them to my grandparents to hold for me. I know they would never try anything because they’re living a country lifestyle and don’t really like technology.
149  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: For those holding BTC for the long haul, do you earn interest on your stash? on: December 10, 2021, 06:38:24 AM
No because I want to keep my bitcoin forever and not risk losing them. Bitcoin will continue to grow in purchasing power over the years and decades, I'm happy with that. So I will be storing them on my Trezor instead of on an exchange earning interest.
150  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HODL, HODL, HODL when can one actually sell Bitcoin? on: December 10, 2021, 06:31:47 AM
Personally: I sell around 20-50% as the price hits 20-50% over last ATH.
And then I re-buy the same way, in parts, as the price drops again.
I don’t always make good profits out of it, but I usually come out 5-25% better then if I had not touched it.
151  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to answer when asked "Can I make money mining bitcoin?" on: December 10, 2021, 06:28:26 AM
My answer is Yes I make money mining different coins but that doesn't guarantee that you will too. If you have patience, disposable income that you don't mind losing and free time to maintain the rig, then go for it. If not just buy the coin directly and hold it till you're happy. Again no guarantee you'll make a profit!
152  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens to my bitcoin if I die today? on: December 10, 2021, 06:23:30 AM
Keep copy of hardware wallet keys/seed/pin in safebox. Descendants get access to this upon death. Include cryptocurrency and other e-assets in your will. People are starting to think about this already.
153  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin ever get regulated on: December 08, 2021, 08:53:07 AM
Not really. Bitcoin prides itself for being decentralized. In other words, if the government were to regulated it, that could reduce the velocity of bitcoin and impact pricing / make it prohibitively expensive to use exchanges.
154  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you guys think 0.1BTC is enough to "make it"? on: December 08, 2021, 08:43:45 AM
Anyway if you can hold your bitcoin untill 2030 my estimation your 0.1 could buy a house, a lambo, a family car, a McDonald's meal, or nothing, the truth lays somewhere in between probably, so a decent car is my guess. BTW, The long term average ROI for holding Bitcoin: 100% per year. Run that out for ten years with compounding.
155  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin - Is HODL the only strategy? on: December 08, 2021, 08:34:05 AM
what else can be done other than hold when the market is going down like this. back to our first goal, if we aim to invest it takes a longer time to hold it but if we focus more on trading then of course we have to manage and use it in the near future. but for me bitcoin is good for long term investment and currently the price is also falling so its better to hold than to sell it and get the big loss. but if you want profit in the near future you can choose to trade with coins that are good in the market, I think it's a good choice.
Agree with that..

When you hold your coin especially for long term, this is the best tip i can give -> Checking crypto prices all the time is absolutely useless, unless you're an active highly trained day trader. Constantly checking prices will only cause you unnecessary stress!
156  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: NEW Gem Coin's 10X-100X October-November on: December 08, 2021, 08:28:47 AM
CRO$
I'm already staking some CRO. It's cool to see your bag growing over day. It has a lot of potential in the long run. Imagine when crypto dot com release the web site version, such a pump that CRO will have...
157  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: NO..India is NOT Banning Bitcoin on: December 08, 2021, 08:13:46 AM
You can’t ban crypto. Crypto is no different from sharing music via a pen drive, which means a regulatory ban will not actually take away people’s ability to send crypto to each other. People will always find a way out to cash out their assets. Sports betting is not legal in India, but sites like betway are operating there.
158  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons why I prefer Bitcoin over any other assets and dips don't panic me.... on: December 07, 2021, 04:24:06 AM
BTC is the superior risk-reward proposition, especially for those with more than just a couple $100 invested in the crypto space. One more thing is buying altcoins can feel a little bit like betting on racehorses. Whereas buying BTC feels more like investing in the racetrack.
159  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to explain Bitcoin to Newbies on: December 07, 2021, 04:16:12 AM
It always depends on what knowledge the person already has (computers/economics/mathematics etc).
For an unsuspecting "friend's girlfriend", it's probably the most difficult thing.
I'd go with: It's like cash! On the internet! Don't need bank account!
If they ask more specific questions, like how does it work, why are bitcoins valuable, etc, then you can go deeper.
160  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens to my Bitcoin when I die? on: December 07, 2021, 04:07:11 AM
As long as your kids/familly aren't crackheads, show them where your private key is. If you don't have children/ familly, find a friend you have absolute trust in and give them the seeds to store in a safe.
