The Whitepaper is the basis on which everything is based. Definitely ico without whitepaper will be a scam. I do not believe that ico without whitepaper could get any investors.

It looks like the situation is more stable than it was 2 months ago. I think no one can predict it. If new material (money) appears on the market, then we can expect a rise up.

Thats true. But it is and will be. Most bounty hunters sell tokens right away as they get them. Usually this is below the ico price. In the past, I did it too, but I realized that it was wrong and I began to regret it. So it's better not to sell the tokens right away while they are not in a good exchange, etc.

Very big amount. If I had to choose, then either bitcoin or ethereum, I would not trust to invest such a big amount in a little-known coins.

It would be much better if the campaigns had a limited number of members. The largest number of members is always in social media campaigns. Of course everything depends on the bounty budget. I think that the best is the signature campaign and should definitely introduce limits.

Everything depends on patience. For the time being, I see no serious reason to leave it all. I have heard that many are leaving this because they are scammed by scam ico. I hope that in the future something will change due to scam projects.

Yeah. i was surprised about impressio too. looked like good project but turned out as scam . I realized that it was scam because there was no new tweets for some time, nothing . Even the website does not work.

i agree about Price Manipulation. Thats really the biggest problem. I think that scam projects are second problem because now it's so much.

Good job.
The ideal option would be if we could see how much money the project has already collected and what is hardcap.
