I would agree that showing proof is not necessary. It is up to the private talk of the borrower and the lender. It is also up to the lender to do his due diligence in protecting himself.
I'd like to ask if you have found a lender already?
No, the lender I mentioned earlier did not follow (did not decline the loan, but has not logged in since last night). Let me know if you could fund this loan. Usually lenders who just does PM deals are mostly scammers. Especially if they do not have a good trade history. Anyway, I can do the deal though usually I have a policy of no escrows. Because based from previous deals, when things go south escrows will take sometime to react hence losing the current position and me losing more. However, I am quite busy right now and would not be able to do the deal this week. If you can wait till sunday, I can probably fill 2-3btc. Too busy to do it right now, but you have more than enough time to reply on posts here on the forum. Yeah, heard that one many times before from active members. Pretend that they are interested to do a deal, but always "too busy" to do it right now and then you never hear from them again. All just a way to get views for your forum signature

I actually can't believe that members are openly admitting on this forum about scamming people and admin is doing NOTHING about it. Why not ban them?

If it makes you feel any better, The Scammer Just Got Scammed You know that this proves that you scammed him? Even tho he scammed someone before, it still makes you scammer. It wasn't his in the first place so he coudn't get scammed. EmbroideryMate knew the situation beforehand hence why he was "scammed" Although I do hope Embroidery will be so kind to return my btc to Coinbase! :-) ( pieterbiewenga@yahoo.co.uk) Even tho it wasn't his money, Embroidery scammed guy. Even that guy scammed you. But if Embroidery returns your bitcoins, im fine with it. But currently situation is, that you got scammed. And the guy who scammed you, got scammed by Embroidery. Yeah waiting on Embroidery, but doesn't seem like my bitcoin will be returned, which is a shame

Hi there. I have 0.000583 BTC in Coinbase that I would like to exchange for BTC to localbitcoins.com
Fees to high to send directly from Coinbase to Localbitcoins. So if you have both Coinbase and Localbitcoins and can do a wallet to wallet transfer (which is free), I will appreciate it. Let me know what your fee will be. I will send to your Coinbase first.
Thanks in advance

Those silly heights may be whats needed to bring in a larger crowd of people and really make it a race. Good luck!
Thanks man. If Africa goes unclaimed and the price goes way high I may make the next destination under the Ocean somewhere. Hopefully in George, South-Africa to be specific. I will find it :-)

I send you a PM to do it through GDAX.com without cost. If that fails, you can enter here your wallet address from localbitcoins (NEVER post private keys, only the public address). Then I can send you a pm with details how to transfer your funds within Coinbase to me, and after receipt I'll send them to your wallet.
You are only able to send 2 PM's per day, because you're a newbie.
hey Brobbel. yeah got your PM thanks and yes, PM already limited. GDAX failed. Coinbase doesn't allow buy/sell for South-Africa at all.
PM you Coinbase Wallet via PM and will post my localbitcoins wallet address in the post afterwards. THANKS
