Sooo liquide sind die Märkte nämlich auch wieder nicht, da würde Bitcoin-Trader schon locker einige % vom globalen Handelsvolumen ausmachen. Mit 100k kann man ja vielleicht noch einigermaßen ordentliche Arbitrage machen von Zeit zu Zeit - aber bei 1 Mio+ müssten die Märkte konstant SEHR ineffizient sein.

Arbitrage hat übrigens nichts mit dem Kurs zu tun, sondern mit dem Kursunterschied zwischen 2 Exchanges. Wer sowas selber machen will, kann sich ja mal diverse Bots anschauen, z.B. https://github.com/maxme/bitcoin-arbitrage

I'm not 100% sure how in the end it is calculated, since interest is most likely calculated by the hour, I would guess they take the average of the FRRs of the last hour sampled by some timeslot, maybe every minute or second (or the one at the end of the hour?) and then start adding up.

If FRR crashes while you have loans out there, you're out of luck, on the other hand if demand rises and the FRR goes up, you are lucky and get better rates without doing anything.

Arbitrage funktioniert nicht mit beliebigen Volumina, pirateat40 hat eine Mining-Operation betrieben sowie "irgendwas mit trading" während hier einfach nur "Arbitrage" erwähnt wird - nicht auf welchen Plattformen, nicht mit ein paar Trades ein paar Wochen/Monate im nachhinein nachgewiesen und selbst nach laaanger Zeit sind sie immer noch auf der Suche nach Kundengeldern (sogar mit reflinks), obwohl sich ihr Stammkapital seitdem stark vermehrt haben sollte.

Arbitrage ist keine Hexerei, die Algorithmen dafür sind nicht allzu komplex und das machen einige andere auch... Wieso brauchen sie also immer noch mehr Geld? Wäre es so ertragreich, wäre es wohl klüger, selber einen einfachen Arbitrage-Bot anzuwerfen, die gibt's sogar schon länger als Open Source.

Nein, so weit ich das verstehe, zahlst du zwar in BTC ein, dein Guthaben läuft aber in USD - du wettest also darauf, dass dein BTC in 120 Tagen weniger als X Mal so viel wert ist als zum Einzahlungsdatum, sonst würdest du zwar in USD Gewinn, aber in BTC Verlust machen.

Außerdem hast du eben das Risiko, dass du Geld hergibst und es nicht gerade sehr unmöglich sein düfte, dass du es nie mehr wieder siehst, weil 1-3%/Tag vielleicht ab und zu mal klappen, aber niemals auf Dauer über Monate.

Es wäre mal interessant, ein paar Einzahlungsaddressen von diesen "tradern" zu sehen, damit man dann mal sehen kann, ob die Coins wenigstens überhaupt auf Exchanges landen...

After checkpoints there is little need to get data from a torrent file instead of the network itself, since it is likely a CPU or disk IO bound operation, not network speed.

Also with this other torrent file, there is no way for me (other than downloading the whole file and decompressing it) to recreate + verify it locally.

Keine Ahnung was du da erzählst, aber der TE möchte mit 5000-7500€ pro Tag mind. 50€ verdienen, vermutlich auf längere Zeit (falls er das nur einmalig will - ich biete sogar 5% Gewinn für 2 Tage, einfach das Geld überweisen und 2*250€ kassieren! ).

5000/50*100 = 1% pro Tag.

Egal ob man das mit Trading, Mining, Geldverleih (z.B. Bitfinex) oder sonstwas erreichen will - in dieser Größenordnung wird es schon SEHR schwer, sowas dauerhaft aufrecht zu erhalten.

50€ bei 5000€ Einsatz sind mal locker flockig 1% Gewinn pro Tag. Glaubst du im Ernst, das geht auf längere Zeit gut?!
