Hey now, we don't know that yet... One of the issues with this particular address version, is there are two version numbers that can produce a "7" as the lead digit. Let me do a bit of research and find out what the correct version number is. Sorry You and keonos are correct and Cryptocoin is wrong. The official address version is 16 and I have it set as 15 in Cryptocoin. 15&16 will produce a 7 lead digit while 17 can produce a 7 or 8 lead digit...It can get confusing. Plus I should have checked the Base58 header file before deciding it was 15..... . Lesson learned, as I should know better as long as I have been making block explorers. I will correct that in a few minutes. lol, I think 14 also produce some 7s Yep 14 will produce 6 & 7. Anyway, Cryptocoin is back up and the addresses are now correct. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused. You are great. Yes nice work! The difficulty down, mining JKC is great!!

I think your concerns are valid, but he publishes what the bounty reserve are used for, and how much left, etc. I don't remember which message, but if you go through this thread, you will find it.
Now he's looking for a new leader and will hand over all the reserve to him. It will be up to the new leader to decide how this reserve will be used.
I am not sure to have a reserve fund is a good idea, but hey, he can not do everything by himself, so I understand what his intention is.
From what I can see, this is the most honest coin in this forum.
